Would give a ZERO, I got a screen protector for my Z Flip . It started peeling again 2mths later, they charged me $80. I went on a trip to Texas and had that 2mth old screen protector replaced, better quality and more informative on the procedure & how its done, they charge me $27. The technician said the Temecula store OVERCHARGED me because Samsung sets the prices, not the individual stores. If you go to the Temecula store price check other ubreak stores first. Also, one of the technicians doesn't speak English very well and didn't understand my question or any other questions about Samsung policies. He was frustrating other customers asking questions as well. We all had to wait for another technician that was late to answer our questions. When the late technician arrived he told me there are no warranties on any of our screen protectors and it would be another $80, ok? NEXT! read more

I have been here before to fix my iphone via my Verizon insurance and found them reliable and friendly. Took my son in for his cracked iPhone and mine luckily (they had some my iPhone shield prior and it prevented a serious crack.) Broke a screen Saturday night, fixed by Sunday afternoon. Evan underpromised and overdelivered. Said he would have it done by 5 and had it in my hands by 3:15 - on a Sunday!! On top of that, it cost barely more than what a new display/screen would have cost me online and the work was done by an expert without issue (fogetting the wait for an online screen order to get mailed to me). Paid over $300 for a phone repair and now my phone barely holds a charge. No coincidence that this started happening AFTER my costly "repair". When I called I was told it was an "app issue" not a problem with the repair. The worker then suggested that I was lying - quite a turn in the conversation as I was simply calling to see why this might be happening. I will never ever use this organization again. I knew it! These guys stole my screen from my IPHONE and gave my phone back to me saying they could not do anything about it. I want to them in the start of the year because of my screen would not turn on. My screen had some notification dend and dents on it. I even called and ask about how my screen was prefect and didn't have any issues on it. Today went to apple and they told me something was up with my screen and looks like something mess with it. I accidentally(who does this on purpose:) left my IPhone on top of my car hood area and it fell off on the highway. Luckily, I found the phone, albeit with a very cracked glass screen. I took the phone in on a Saturday and the worker assisting me couldn't have been nicer or more professional. She told me it could definitely be repaired almost as good as new and it was! I will keep this short since I've left many reviews other places. I do not recommend coming here at all. Worst service ever. The employee and owner cursed me out with some harsh profanity words. I asked from the beginning are these official apple screens. He confirmed yes. Not even 30mins later the screen fell off my phone. I put the screen back on, and it had the smallest little crack from the bottom from reinserting it. There screen is very cheaply made. I spent a $180 just to go back the next day to be insulted. Save your money and time. Go somewhere else. Whatever they respond to this yelp do not believe it. They are scammers and don't have much business and I see exactly why.
