Service was good but the accuracy on what time to pick up my phone was lacking. Was told It would take another 30 mins, came back an hour later and was told it wasn't ready and it would take a little longer. I was the only one there. Dropped off phone at 12 noon and got it back around 5 ish. The face on my phone was cracked but it looks good now. read more

Advised to by Samsung to bring my ph here after 2 chats & troubleshooting a camera/flash defect. Made an appt thru Samsung website for the next day. Went in to the place & was immediately hit with a hard scent of what smelled to me as lots of cigarettes (or something worse... not that Im an expert), no one at counter, and what appeared odd personal/ home videos on a screen. A (middle aged) gentleman comes forth & asks how can he assist. I brief him on my ph issue & all he's doing is shaking his head, then says get in touch w/Samsung to mail in my ph. Well that was offered to me by Samsung as well as walking it in since they are a Authorized svc center for Samsung. I agreed to walk it in. Anyway, I ask if there was anything in the settings he could recommend/ advise me doing. Still continuing to (immediately) blow me off, he's still shaking his head & shrugging his shoulders. Like super rude & unprofessional. When I pulled up, I saw one person exiting the store, I came & went, and another came & went quickly rt after me. Made me feel they're super lazy, not too business savvy, and like he's tired of customers :/ WELLLL, maybe shouldn't have signed up to take people's issues. Waste of time. read more

I filed a claim for a screen repair a guy comes and fixed the screen but damaged my phone even worse. The person stripped the screw & stripped the paint on my phone that I was going to sell. The screw is not flush it's placed sideways I heard and watch the "technician" trying to "smooth" out the screw that's when he stripped the paint I told him hey you messed up the screw and paint the "technician" said put sharpie over it. I told him are dumb you messed up the phone all he said job is finished I called the place and the "owner" told me we can't do nothing oh well but I kept telling him I need you guys to pay for a new phone he didn't want to help all he said was we got proof that there is no damaged because the only picture that the "technician" took was the screen nothing else I was watching him. I told the "owner" that I would bet him there is no pictures of the stripped screw and stripped paint he didn't want to respond cause he knows I'm right. Worst place ever to fix your phone worst customer service literally my grandpa with one hand can do a better job then these nut heads. Take your phone directly to your cell provider or Apple Store they know more then these nut heads. read more

Super easy to work with. They told me how to easily file an online claim to repair my cracked screen. It took me about 2-3 minutes to go through the online questions on Asurion's site. Evan and Kevin are the guys running the store and they were great. Told me it would take an hour. I came back, they handed it to me, printed the receipt. Nothing due on my end because of my insurance and I walked out with what looked like a new phone. Awesome! read more

I went in with a broken Galaxy S9+ screen. The replacement was through Asurion claim. I dropped my phone off, went back a few hours later and it was done. The owner, who is the only person I interacted with, was very polite, professional, friendly, and courteous. He explained the replacement process well. It's been a couple of months and I've had no issues with my phone. The screen looks and works the same as the OEM. The replacement came with a new battery, a nice perk. I definitely recommend this shop for screen replacement. Beware that Androids must be unlocked to allow for a mandatory functionality test, which done by a computer. read more

Visited this location because Samsung was offering first responders and healthcare professionals free repairs on Samsung phones, including cracked screens and battery replacements...to set up a repair according to the advertisment we were to simply visit a uBreakiFix location and show our ID...I called and was told to schedule an appointment, which I did...arrived at my scheduled time...and was told that I would have to have the repair approved first before they could even work on my screen repair...I would need to leave phone for approximately 24hrs because they were getting ready to close....the statement was made to bring it back when I had time...I live over 45 miles away and have 1 day off due to the pandemic...as healthcare professionals we are contantly being updated via our phone of our work locations, assignments, etc...keeping my phone for 24hrs for a repair that needed approval was not feasible...I contacted Samsung and asked them to remove this location as a repair site...and that I would have my screen repaired elsewhere...As my grandma always said you get what you pay for...free is not always best but you would think you would receive better quality service even in these trying times!!! Hopefully they survive this pandemic...I know I wont refer my business there read more

Great store, locally owned. Broke my Pixel 3A twice in three months because I'm an idiot, got it fixed good as new both times. Service turnaround was less than 24 hours. Certified by Google also. When I got there there was not enough time to do my phone before they close, but the owner was the only one working and due to my line of work he assured me that my phone will be done tonight before my shift started. I got to see him work with several people and go above and beyond to ensure that everyone's job was done efficiently and correctly. I took my iphone to get the glass fixed, and when I brought it home, it wouldn't charge. I had never had an issue with it charging until AFTER they fixed the glass. They say they have a 90 day guarantee, and since I was just there yesterday, I took my phone back to let them know it won't charge anymore. He said the charging port was loose, showed me that it wouldn't charge and it was loose, pushed the wire over, got it to charge, and said there was no problem because he was watching it charge. He took it to all of his chargers and showed me that it was not a problem. I told him that I tried every wire and every brick in my house and couldn't get it to charge; I tried connecting it to my Mac, too - why would I drive all the way back to the store today if I DIDN'T have a problem? I offered to go get the wires and bricks from my house, and he said, No - it's obviously your wires and your bricks because it's working here... AFTER he told me that the port was loose. The port was NOT loose before I took it into get repaired. He couldn't have cared less about actually helping me or taking the time to get the issue resolved. I don't want to have to hold a wire at a certain angle and apply pressure to make it charge.... I would not recommend this business. There are lots of other similar services in town, and I'd try any of them before going back to uBreakiFix. I would recommend filing a complaint with the BBB if you have a bad experience with this location; there are so many great small businesses in our town and this place doesn't belong in our community. I also have to agree with another reviewer in that one day they are helpful, and the next day (after they have your money) they'll blow you off as fast as they swiped your card. When I called to find out the name of the employee so that I could file my complaint with the BBB, he told me, "You can call whoever you want and complain..." He obviously isn't interested in helping the owner grow a business - though, based on other reviewers, doesn't sound like the owner is too interested in that either. read more
