We were in town for a conference and a vendor invited us to a VIP event at this location. They have a spot in the back that is perfect for private events with a private bar atrium and food options. They had a decent variety of cocktails, and a nice assortment of foods for you to eat plus desserts. We were all very pleasantly surprised with the experience.

We came to Uccello's for happy hour and were definitely happy with their offerings! The prices were great, both for the food and the drink specials. I got their pizza with bacon, and I think bacon might be my new favorite topping now. I don't think you can beat these prices. Highly recommend!

First visit, got a seat outside on their sidewalk tables. Ordered a 10 inch deluxe pizza and a side salad. Pizza was made perfectly, with a buttery, slightly crisp crust. Toppings were outstanding. Have a full bar and craft draft menu. Awesome pizza!

I was there at happy hour and I'll tell ya, I couldn't believe how inexpensive their happy hour is and it is delicious. Honestly, they should charge more for the portions you get. It's a step above the rest. I sat at the bar and very friendly service and gave great recommendations of places to go while in town. It could because it slower right now or not, but I would definitely come here again. I definitely want to try a Pizza. Looks really good from the beautiful woman sitting next to me.

It is a great spot for a late-night dinner when other locations are closed. Family friendly. The pizza was standard, but it was nice that they offered smaller sizes so we could all personalize. The Italian flatbread was very yummy and a perfect portion. The Fettuccine Alfredo could have had more flavor but was very creamy. Service was not very attentive and we did wait a while for our food.

Place well located downtown on a less traveled street. Great seating area outside. QR code for the menu. Online menu well presented, easy to read. I had meatballs for an appetizer and pizza for main. Meatballs came with a lot of thick marinara sauce and melted cheese. Good starter. My pizza was the signature pizza. Deep dish, full of various cheese and meats. Another restaurant could call it meat lovers pizza. Pizza was excellent. Waitress (McKenna?) was profesional, pleasant and full of smile.

We are from out of town and we have to say ot was a perfect meal. We ordered online and picked it up to take back to our hotel The chicken marsala was amazing, and the creamy chicken pasta with sausage was so good. The dessert that we ordered was the Italian lemon cream cake.. it was still frozen.. when it thawed out, that's all you can taste was the frozen after taste. But overall, the take out experience was good..

Pizza was amazing , restaurant was clean and nice. Service was okay but not as great as some of the other near buy restaurants.

Visiting from Memphis on work travel, my group met here for early dinner. Outside seating available, it appears to be still in progress, but it was a nice evening and we could hear the Latin music from the Rosa Parks park. I had the chicken Gouda flatbread which comes with ranch, it was very filling and I could only eat half. I had the "U" fries for a side which are their signature fries tossed in garlic butter and parmesan, yummy and the server was kind to our large group. Food came out quickly! My only complaints are the flies swarming badly and the unfinished nature of the patio, more coverings needed to block the sun.

It gets busy there. I love that they have seasonal cocktails. They had some special ones for st Patrick's day. They also have happy hour M-F from 2-6pm. I booked a bay, it charges per 30 min. The hour was $65. I had one cocktail. I got a briefing on the system and I was on my way to playing a very difficult golf course in South Korea. They have club upgrades but I stuck with the standard bag. I had a great time. Next time I will choose an easier golf course! Also, I believe the server calculates their tip not only on what you buy but also your bay time. So I'll review my check a little closer next time. The sell golf gloves if you need one/forgot yours. I was surprised at how long it took for the 2 hosts to greet us - as we were standing directly in front of them. They were talking to one another, and it was probably work related, but to just stand there staring at them for a couple minutes while they ignored us was awkward. When they finally talked to us they weren't very friendly. Anyway, we made our way to the bar and it was full except for 3 seats. I think the bartender waiting on us was new. He seemed like he was pretty overwhelmed/in the weeds. He greeted us quickly and brought us waters when he did, which I appreciated. I ordered a Blackeberry Bourbon Sour and my Mr had Paloma Nuestra. We both enjoyed our drinks they were refreshing and well crafted. For dinner I had a really hard time deciding! I wanted to try so many things! Our bartender said his favorite thing in the menu is the chicken and rice bowl. That was something I was considering and decided to go with that. Excellent recommendation! The chicken was flavorful and so tender. The hot peppers were a nice touch. There was a lot of food too! I couldn't finish it all. Mr had the hanger steak that was served with mushroom and asparagus risotto. He said the risotto was the best he's ever had, and I agree. The asparagus was perfectly cooked and so was the steak. The space is really nice, felt intimate without being overcrowded. We are looking forward to coming back!

When you've had a drink or two, it's all just throwing balls and knocking things over. Woodrows Duckpin is the only duckpin bowling alley in Grand Rapids, as far as I can tell. It's a great place to get a drink and knock things over. In fact, you should be aware that you can only get things to drink here -- they don't sell any food. But you're welcome to bring in your own food. We opted to just get beverages (sodas for kids, beer and wine for the adults) and eat elsewhere after we played. You can reserve a lane for an hour at a time. An hour of duckpin bowling was more than enough for me and my family! Games go by quickly, and I think we played three games in about 45 minutes, then peaced-out with 15 minutes left on our tab. (But we had our fun and got our money's worth.) Duckpin bowling uses smaller balls that are more lightweight than regular bowling balls, so it's easier for young kids to play. Think skee ball, but on a slightly larger scale. Honestly, I think I prefer duckpin bowling to regular bowling! It feels more laid-back and less serious. There's a nice lounge in Woodrows Duckpin, which is pleasant to sit in when you're not playing, or if you're waiting for your lane to be ready. Woodrows is also attached to the Amway Grand Plaza, so if you're staying at that hotel, it's just a quick jaunt downstairs.

Portion was very respectable, meant for a shareable appetizer but it was just me lol. The ricotta is a delicious touch. Then the hangar steak. It's the best steak I can remember having in a long time, and on a relatively inexpensive cut such as a hangar. I just can't express enough how impressed I was with it.
