She is amazing, warm, and efficient. I've had lots of house cleaners over the years and she is hands down the best and my favorite. She always arrives with a smile, easy to communicate with and has adapted to social distancing well. She always wears a mask and washes her hands. We open up all the windows and she lets herself in and locks up behind her. When we get back, the house is always spotless. I couldn't recommend her more strongly. Moving out is never easy but Ueslania was very thorough and got down to business immediately. She also responded to my inquiry right away and was very flexible to my schedule. Ueslania is a queen!! I had a plumbing issue that caused grease and food debris to back up into my kitchen sink and all over the floor. I contacted her and she came the same day, and was even able to come a little earlier than our appointment! She is friendly and fast, and my goodness, I've never seen my kitchen look so good. It's like nothing ever happened! She cleaned in the cabinets and under the refrigerator and she even did the dishes for me. As a plus she was friendly and super sweet with my daughter too! I was disappointed. I made the appointment with one week advance; the day of they showed up 40 minutes late. I had to call to find out what was going on (lack of parking). This is NOT why i am giving this star review but I do think it's important to know if you are considering working with them. The girls were very nice; they called and asked if they should bring the vacume (because they parked far). I told them not to worry about it because i had one. That said.... they came with NO products to clean a house!!!!! If i had known that or been informed by them in advance i would have at least purchased more products/sponges etc... so i ended up giving them my magic white erasers and sponges and products that i had for them to do the work i paid them for.. that was a first for me. I had asked them to help me clean the windows, walls and the kitchen oven (ahead of time). Two of the walls: they left with marks on them which I did not realize until later. One wall was very well done. The oven (she did try twice) was not cleaned!!! She said she couldn't do it (which is exactly why i hired her) and that i didn't have the yellow easy off product (though i have a #1 rated product from amazon) so basically she couldn't do it....... and then for the windows they did a good job except the few spots i couldn't get off myself they also couldn't get off. I told her and she tried again but was not successful. This is definitely not a professional cleaning service and i paid $150 for a little under two hours of work in a studio where certain things were not even cleaned. read more

She replied back to me rather quickly with a quote and was able to begin on the day I needed her. She arrived right on time! I was able to go over all my needs in person. Ueslania is so great and so professional! She arrived right on time for our move-out cleaning for our one bed, one bath apartment. We left her to it, and when we arrived, it was sparkling clean! She really goes above and beyond. She wiped down scuff marks on the walls, cleaned and dusted every inch - she even vacuumed in the hallway outside of our front door, even though it's really considered common area. After we left, we did notice that she forgot to clean up the oven (not her fault, we probably threw her off as we came in and out to move some remaining items). She came back the very next day and cleaned it up. She was very apologetic, and even refused our tip. I would 100% recommend her! In fact, we may want to use her for our new place. Ueslania was an absolute doll! Very professional and kind. I was searching for a cleaning service on Yelp and came across hers. I requested a quote and she was very responsive. Her prices are very reasonable and fair and she doesn't have any hidden fees or tries to surprise you with anything else. She did a great job cleaning our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom. It was just a thorough and awesome job. She moves things around and makes sure she cleans everything instead of just going around it. UESLANIA SAVED MY LIFE!! I called her 2 days before I needed my apartment cleaned for a move out--I was worried that she would flake but she came through (and on time)!!! My bathroom was a mess, I was almost embarrassed to let her see its condition. I profusely apologized for how dirty it was, she graciously told me not to worry and got right to work. She spent about 45 mins-1 hour in the bathroom. I came in after and it was like a brand new bathroom. I cannot believe it could look like that!! She then moved onto my kitchen. My fridge and oven was a nightmare and she left it sparkling clean!! She wiped down all the counters, walls, and floor! I regret not calling her sooner.. I left the apartment in sparkling clean conditions for the new tenants. All in all, 10/10 recommend Ueslania. You cannot find a better house cleaner!!
