I didn't know anything about lawnmowers so I just bought it, when I got down to cutting the grass it was just flattening it and almost blew my back out using it of how hard it was but thought that's how cutting grass was. I used it 3 times till someone told me it was just flattening the grass and not cutting it. So about a month later I went back to let the old man know and he said he didn't sell me that lawnmower because he doesn't set his blades the way they were setup and because he didn't remember me, I tried explaining him when I went but he denied it I realized he was an old man not worth arguing with I was so upset I told him to keep his garbage he sold me and I left and left it there with him. If you buy from this place I suggest getting a receipt or don't buy from this man again. This happened last year.

Ok so I send my employee the next morning with the business card only for him to be rejected (thanks for wasting his time by the way ) because the cardholder needs to be one doing the transaction. 1st should of said that the first time. 2nd, it's a business card, my employees can do transaction without me being there. I show up before 4pm to do this transaction and I get ignored for about 10 mins until I told the white hat guy if I can pay a quoted order, he tells me yeah you're gonna have to wait awhile while I unload this truck. Seriously? I just came to pay and that's it. Dude has me waiting for 30 minutes then searches my quote and tells me I need to come back tomorrow because there's no sales person in the office.
