We initially discovered Jory Marble Granite Quartz from a recommendation from a kitchen designer we were working with. Contacting him on Yelp, Motee was very responsive. I visited his shop and he gave the grand tour showing the possible stone that would work for our kitchen and he detailed his experience, his source of the stone and the differerence in quality. He made sure I understood the process and what to expect as a customer. He guaranteed that he would pick a stone we would like (he did) and that he would be the main cutter and installer. We needed a decent amount of quartz for our counter, backsplash and island, and based on my research, his prices seemed reasonable. But his customer service is priceless! Motee was always professional and considered my situation as a customer, continually communicating the next steps of the process. He made a suggestion to frame the window creating a quartz sill that stunning as well as functional; he even worked to use as large a slab as possible to reduce the number of seams. We had some minor issues with fit in one area because our appliances were delayed, but once the appliance was installed, Motee made sure everything fit perfectly. From the initial consult to the final install, he was professional, considerate, knowledgeable and dedicated to results he would want associated with his name. Ordered a quartz countertop and a sink from Victor who I found through Facebook Marketplace…read more Picked it up on Friday and Victor wasn't there but his employee was. The employee put the sink on backwards. He had to rip it off and put it back on again. He did not do a good job as it shifted off of the countertop on our way home. Plus there wasn't a good amount of sealant or whatever between the sink and the countertop. I reached out to Victor and told him, sent pictures per his request and no response. Reached out six days later and still no response. Even got a read receipt from his iPhone saying he read it. Had to remove the sink ourselves and found the sink was defective with a bump in the porcelain plus his employee got adhesive, (like caulk but nothing would take it off), on the porcelain. Had to order a new sink. As my spouse and I were installing the sink correctly, we realized Victor's employee had cut it wrong. The unfinished side with the side splash should have been seven inches and the finished side should be six, (as it's not against a wall). Instead the unfinished side is six and the finished side is seven. With the side splash on it looks ridiculous and uneven. I messaged Victor, (no idea if that's even his real name), though Facebook messenger and he wasn't responding even though I could see he was reading my messages. When I said he doesn't care because he had his money he sent me a message back that made no sense and blocked me. Absolutely will not recommend. Avoid at all costs. This guy and his team are a scam and have no business doing anything with quartz or granite. Shoddy work. I'm out hundreds of dollars, but you don't have to be! Find someone else. Anyone and anywhere else...just not this place. This place shouldn't even have one star. It's that bad.

We made it clear that the counter had to be lifted at anytime if a repair was required on the washer or dryer. Upon install, they glued the counter down. Shortly thereafter, they had to remove the glue. Since the wall was damaged at that point, they tried to cut the stone down some. We just had to lift it again yesterday and now the wall has to be repaired again.... And I need to find someone to grind it down. I reached out to them another time in the recent past about it still not being the right size, but didn't get a response.

I was at my daughter's house and had no idea of what needed to be done, nor did the installer ask me any questions except where was the bathroom when he first arrived. Being harassed and abused by an employee is not a way to run a business. Worse, once I contacted Ultimate Stone regarding the issue, they never returned my call even though the Project Manager said she would pass it on to the owner. Customer service is severely lacking at this company.

My wife found DJ Marble through a Google search around 10AM on a Sunday morning and called. She expected to leave a message and was surprised when Derrick answered. She explained the situation and Derrick asked us to meet him at noon at a stone supplier. He took us around and explained each type in great detail. We finally picked the "perfect" quartzite stone only to find out that most of the stock was on hold for another customer. He smiled and said he'd be right back. About 10 minutes later he came back saying "the stone is yours"... the material was delivered to DJ Marble's shop the next day. Derrick came to our house to measure and discuss details that we never considered, offering great insight and knowledge. We met with him 2 days later at his shop to layout the pieces, and with his help, ended up with enough extra material to include a backsplash in the laundry area. The tops were delivered and installed two weeks later! The workmanship and his professionalism is second to none.
