The service was really good. We hired ULC to go between our hotel and End of Year company party (about 6 miles apart). The early coordination took a bit more follow up than I would've liked, but we were able to get everything together. Our venue had a steep driveway, so I appreciated that the staff looked into whether our shuttle would fit. Ultimately, it did not so we went with a smaller size. There were a few people who waited a long time (or just eventually Ubered) but that was more on my side for coordinating the times with my staff, not on the driver. He was under the influence of drugs and he admitted he decided to do drugs while we were in one location and we aboarded to go to third location he started driving passing our third stop. My dad rented a limo for my sister's big wedding for Saturday, September 2, 2017. In the past, I've have limo drivers in suits. Not this guy. Anyways, that was just my first impression. He picked the bride and bridesmaids up from the hotel and all the girls noticed how hot it was inside the limo. And that day was actually one of the hottest days of the summer. (Above 100 degrees). We kindly asked for the driver to turn on the AC wondering why it wasn't cooled off to begin with before picking us up. Hot air blew through the AC holes. Looking up to adjust the AC nobs and be able to blast air to my face, I noticed the roof emergency exit open. We ask the driver to shut it so no hot air could come in. He came inside to close it and now that I think about it this guy had NO personality. Whatever happened to customer service? I'd know I work in retail! Like a simple, "hey, congratulations" or "enjoy the ride." Even Uber drivers say more! Lol We got to the church which was a 10 minute drive and still no cold air. Church was an hour long and so we got back inside the limo about 1.5 hours later AND still no AC. Wtf MOH (aka me) was beyond pissed at this point and ask the bride for the limo company's phone number. Instead, our dad got on the phone with them and they told him they'd call him back to "see what they could do." We went to take bridal picture which was almost about a 10 minute drive from the church. We got off and I was thinking maybe they'll just send somebody else for on the way back after our pictures. We had the same limo all along. Our whole limo experience was crap and I wouldn't recommend this to anybody. Do you want your makeup destroyed on your big day? Do you want your bridal party to be miserable the whole entire way? I'd rather have sat in a public transportation bus than be in that limo. Anyways, Dad told me that he got a voucher. "To use for the next time"-(sarcastic voice) Screw your voucher, fool it expires in a month. I don't need no limo in the next 30 days! Had the worse experience ever and it was my daughters big day. I was left to get the bus and I chose ULC. Jennifer Lopez was nice but the problem was that they sent me pictures of the bus that i was getting and when the actual bus arrived, everyone in the party laughed and said it looked like an older public transportation bus, I was hoping it wasn't ours and sure enough it pulled up. They don't even have a picture of the one we got on their website because they would never rent it out if you seen it first. I go in and the bus looks like they had it stored away at some auto shop waiting to get fixed. The driving area was filthy, The bus smelled, the radio didn't work, the A/C was leaking water so people could not sit in the back because they would of gotten wet, not sure about you guys but a party bus without a radio is pretty much public transportation! Pick up was at 12 and the wedding was at 1 so we really didn't have a choice, I asked the driver if the outlets work so I can stop by my house to pick up some speakers so we can have some music, he of course said yes so we picked up the speakers and well like everything else the outlets didn't work, so now we have speakers but no power. I had the bus reserved from 12-5, they finally got the radio fixed at 4:30 just enough time to hear music for the last 30 minutes of my reservations which ended up being the ride back to the drop off place. I initially emailed ULC Limo for a wedding limousine. I got 2-3 automated responses from "Alisa Simpson", "Cavan J. Jacobian", and "Cavan Jacobian", but none that followed through. As I initiated more emails inquiring about the pricing and wanting to book a date, "Cavan Jacobian" responded back with a price and the information he needed to book my wedding limo. I provided the information he asked for and didnt get a response for days to weeks. I decided to follow up with 2 email and after 12 days, I got a response from "Jennifer Lopez" who had no knowledge of the information I provded "Cavan Jacobian". After providing the information again, she said she "will take care of it, if not entered." That was May 22nd. It is June 2nd and I have still not heard anything from her. **UPDATED** After my last email on June 2nd, they responded promptly only to quote me a high price than previously given. When i brought it up, they then decided to honor the lower price. I was ready to book the drive, but the following email from them ridiculously stated, "I apologize but we are going to pass on your business, our manager stated that your yelp review was enough said and we're going to pass on working with you." Instead of taking the criticism of their faults and apologize or compensate for the terrible service, they double downed and refused limo service. I can't speak much of their limo service or drivers since I havent had the opportunity to utilize it but the organization structure of the business, its ethics, & customer service is terrible. Yesterday was my friend's graduation so I booked a limo to pick us up. They were too too too flexible in timing, I have changed the pick up time twice! The driver was super polite his name if I remember was Brooklyn. The graduate arrived one and a half hour after the pick up time and the driver had waited for her to come with no charge!! You are better off walking (because that is almost what we had to do.) We use limousine service 2-4 times a month and we actually thoroughly enjoyed the 1st time in the excursion- putting the responsibility of driving in the very capable hands of our driver. Then there was 5/18/12- BLACK FRIDAY. A husband and wife chartering a car to enjoy food and beverages responsibly in the south bay area of LA. Our driver started out courteous in Orange county- (3 close calls trying to get to the car pool lane that almost gave the Mrs. a heart attack), then a bath room stop in El Segundo tilted the driver's attitude into some sort of entitled driver (Which- by the way- had NO NAVIGATION and was trying to find his way with a 10 year old Thomas Guide!!!) that got us to our reservation (Nathan passed the restaurant 3 times)a 1/2 hour late. We made it thanks to us calling the restaurant our selves and guiding the driver there. Correct me if I am wrong but I thought when you hire a car you should be able to give the address, close the door, and open it @ that address. Not the case here. We would have been better off with Helen Keller @ the wheel!!! Since we showed our unhappiness verbally ( I OVER tip @ all times when possible as the economy and hard working folks need a boost- even this guy Nathan) to the driver, he went from courteous to " this is a MAJOR inconvenience" from when we went into dinner until we were ready to go from the restaurant. It was as if we were putting him out and inconveniencing him. We tried giving him names and addresses of places to go but he shut us down with " Will you give me a minute to find this place in the book!" (AS HE IS DRIVING THE CAR!!!!). We proceed to go to my cousin's hotel to have a nightcap (since our driver could not find his way out of a paper bag) and we go into the hotel to decompress from the unsolicited stress our driver has provided our group. Please keep in mind we are 4-over 30 professional, well bred individuals. This is @ 11 o'clock and the driver say as he drops us off " I don't think I can handle the smell of the tar" as the road @ LAX is being paved. I told him to go off to where it can't be smelled and await our call. 12:20 comes and my cell is being lit up like a Christmas tree. It is the dispatcher from her DEMANDING AGGRESSIVELY that I go pay the driver more $ ( i gave a card to hold the reservation but we pay cash when we can to help any person working for us). I go RUN to the driver and pay him an additional $200 ($50 an hour- $100 for a max of 2 more hours to stay and $100 meant for a tip). He says- smiling- "what took you so long" and grabbed my $ right away and hastily took off. @ about 1:30 I start calling the driver to no avail. @ 1:50 I go out to look for the car- ITS GONE! I call the dispatcher and after a 5 minute hold I get this " Yo bro (ha ha he he ho ho), you guys have been drinking and the driver left. Read you contract and start walking-HAHAHA". I call back a couple more time and the laughter increases and @ 1 point the Mrs. starts to cry (on speaker phone) and the dispatcher and his buddies laugh even harder!!! HUH??? ( to qualify- we are all over 30, parents, well educated professional people) As far as I recall, the purpose of getting a car service is to avoid driving and have a few cocktails. ARE YO YOU KIDDING ME???? Several further attempts to contact the dispatcher reveal they were hosting a party and we were the involuntary show, laughing and being disrespectful. The driver made NO attempt to let us know he wanted to leave, nor (besides his "primadonna attitude") did he express any discontent as far as anyone's behavior is concerned. He took our cash and RAN!!! We feel betrayed, violated, and taken advantage of. You are better off walking with glass in your shoes then hiring these folks. read more

My wedding started 30 minutes late because the driver had left our venue and decided to go somewhere else...I had him blocked for a 3 hour period of time, he wasn't supposed to go anywhere I was also informed by guests that he was extremely rude and was yelling at my guests at the end of the night. When my new husband and I got in the limo after the wedding (at 12, we booked him until 1:30) we said we wanted to drive around for a bit. I got this service for my senior prom, just a few months ago. I had any complainants about them, but at the end of the day, I was still satisfied. I was looking for a party bus that would fit around 46 people. Ill start off by saying, on the day I called a bunch of limo/bus services, and this was the only place that picked up their phone. The man that helped me ( I believe his name was Travis ) was friendly, but very pushy for me to do business with them. At the time it was the only place that offered a good deal. He pushed me into a deposit for a bus, and I did. Later on though, my prom group broke apart until there were only 26. I was frustrated to find more people to come along, or change the bus to a American Idol Hummer limo, for 24 people. I called them, and they let me switch. Expect, the day before prom, the man who helped me was trying to convince me to switch to a small party bus. I didn't want to, but he kept on pushing me to get it, telling me that the Hummer Limo was not big enough to squeeze two extra people. Long story short, I ended up with the limo after a long morning of phone calls. I was not okay with this service by the morning of prom. I was annoyed, I was tired, and I did not want them messing up my big day. The limo arrived. My group got in just perfectly, not squished at all. That guy was just trying to sell me the bigger vehicle! Just trying to eat our money! Our driver was nice, brought us to dinner, to our prom venue, and back home. The Ipod jack was broken though. Only radio songs for the limo drive? HUGE disappointment. At the end of the night, I was pleased that everything went A-OK. Overall, this service was just alright.
