On June 15, 2019 I rented the H2 Hummer for my Daughter's Quinceañera and her Court. I must say this is the BEST Limo service I have ever ordered. Starting from the phone call reservation with Danny, which he added a discount for finding them through Yelp that I had forgotten to mention, to the Emailed contract and the confirmation call the day prior. I must say I am extremely satisfied as a first time customer.   The driver by the name of Eliud was very professional, arrived earlier then his pickup time, this I know as my photographer called to inform me the hummer was waiting just outside the Hotel 20 mins before the pickup time. Eliud called my cellphone to inform me of his arrival 10 mins before 12pm (the requested pickup time). When everyone was aboard the Hummer, the driver made sure my daughter had an AUX cord and hooked her phone to the sound where she was able to play her own music. The thing that I appreciated most was that he kept me informed via text of my daughter and her court arrivals and departures from each destination we had requested they go too.   The H2 Hummer was clean inside and out with shiny tires. What I really loved was that the H2HUMMER SOUNDED BAD ASS as it drove away. Kept me wishing I would of ridden along with my daughter and the Court. We had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this company. GJ Limo was hired to take my daughter and friends from our house to their homecoming dance and then to an after party. The driver showed up for pick up at the drop off location. The owner was unsympathetic and unapologetic about the driver showing up at the drop off location and causing the kids to arrive at the dance AFTER the doors to the dance were closed when they were no longer allowing admittance to the dance. After jumping through a lot of hoops on our part, we were able to get the kids into the dance. BUT , the nightmare of GJ limo continued because now the driver refused to drive the kids to the next location as he was contracted to do. All of the other party buses had left the school for the after party but our driver refused to leave because the owner of GJ Limo told the driver that I was trying to scam the company. The driver ultimately left the school parking lot, but pulled over to the side of the road and refused to drive the kids to their next destination yet the owner had not even notified me that there was a problem. My daughter and 20 of her friends were now being held hostage on the bus and not being taken to their destination in accordance with the terms of the agreement because the owner ordered the driver not to drive them anyplace. The owner of GJ Limo then called me demanding payment and said they did not take care of payment at pick up since the driver was late because he showed up at the incorrect pick up location. Since the kids were inside the dance for over an hour, it would have made sense for the owner to collect payment while the kids were in the dance rather than waiting until they were ready to depart for the next destination and holding them hostage and delaying them yet again to their next destination. Had he asked for payment before it was time to leave for their next destination, this second delay could have been avoided. I would have handled payment as requested and the kids would not have been held hostage and been late for the 2nd time that evening because of the unprofessional limousine company. Also, the sound system in the bus did not work. I will NEVER use this company again and would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! read more

My experience with this limo company was okay. The owner is not a very good and timely communicator. I sent my deposit on October 5, 2023 for January 27, 2024. I then emailed, called, and texted the owner to confirm receipt of my deposit on October 9th in which I finally received a text back stating they received my deposit and I would get a confirmation through email. January comes and I never received a confirmation via email. I contacted the company again on January 9th since I never received a confirmation. They responded January 10th that it should have been sent and they were going to check on that, but I was booked and set for that day. I still never received any type of confirmation. Wednesday January 24, 2024, I sent a text to verify how the final payment should be received since that was not discussed and I did not know if it was detailed in the confirmation that I never received. I never received a response on that Wednesday nor that Thursday so on Friday January 26, 2024 I just decided to pay the remaining balance the way I paid the deposit. A few minutes after I paid the balance I received a text message stating my balance has been paid and giving me my drivers information. Please beware that communication is subpar with the owner. You may or may not receive a response back. The driver was okay. We were going to Funbox Arcadia. When arriving he went over a few curbs because he did not calculate how tight the parking lot was when driving through it. You would think the route would be vetted prior to driving such a long vehicle because there was a different road he could have took without almost crashing into vehicles. I also was not happy that I was charged an overage fee of $100 because we made it back to my home 20 minutes after the ending time even though he lied and said it was 30 minutes after the time when i was looking at my watch to verify when the driver told me I would have to pay an additional $100. Now if it was my fault for being late sure I would have been okay with that, but it took him 8 minutes to come around and pick us up when I advised him we would be ready at 2pm so that obviously took away some of the time we could have been on the road and I cannot control how traffic is when we had plenty of time to return back to my home before the time was up so in essence the tip the driver was going to receive ended up going to the overage fee I was forced to pay. I personally don't think I would book again. The limo seems very outdated and worn in. It did not give me a luxury feeling and after spending $925 for 4 hours I would have rather have had an a1 experience. Sad to say had I not gotten that overage charge the driver would have gotten that extra $100 as a tip sucks for him. read more

My husband and I booked GJ Limousines for our wedding rehearsal dinner in March. Not only were we astounded by the outstanding customer service, but also by the cleanliness, and modernness of the limo. I was undecided over the regular Hummer and the convertible Hummer. My husband is 6'4, hence he needs as much room as possible. The owner was kind enough to meet with my husband and I to see which one he would feel more comfortable in. We ended up going with the convertible Hummer, so he could sit in the back. It was fully equipped with TVs, lights, and up to date on technology, so streaming our playlist was not difficult at all. For my wedding, we booked an Escalade for my bridal party and us. The process was so easy and the phone rep was always courteous. But we didn't get the Escalade we booked. The driver approached me and said, "the previous driver left the Escalade's light on all night and it drained the battery. So instead of hassling you on your wedding day, we decided to complimentary upgrade you to our newest party bus because we wanted to make it right and we wanted to give you the best on this day." The driver looked at me and said, "I hope that's ok." When we walked out of the church we saw a huge party bus with our bridal party happily cheering out the windows. I was stunned. My wife and I said, "heck yeah! Our family and friends were wowed with the party bus. As a business owner I understand that unexpected things can go wrong. But when you make a call like the one they did, and just give you the best even when it'll cost them, then you've proven that the customer comes first. How can you not trust a company like that? The party bus was spacious and it rode off pretty smooth. The amenities were helpful on a day like this. My wife and our bridal party absolutely enjoyed the ride and that's what I'll remember most. That on my wedding day, I could have received a call from the limo company saying they were going to unfortunately downgrade me, or cancel on me, or that they were going to be late. That's not what happened. So, if you're deciding to get something for the most important date of your life, go with the company with the best reputable service. They'll always make it right. Great service, professional driver, fair price. The limo party bus was nice inside - very comfortable. The process was so simple from beginning to end. My only ding would be the limo bus showed up with all the interior ("Let's Party") lights on, including the pole. This was a funeral event and I had requested no lights when making the reservation. It took the driver a while to figure out how to turn them off (I guess we were the first low-key, sober group!). But not a big deal at all. Booked a stretch town car for my wedding. Instead they sent a Limo straight out of a horror film. This was by far the dirtiest unkept limo I have ever seen. Everything was dirty and stained seats, carpet, glasses etc. The window tint was coming off. The AC didn't work. The top of the car was peeling. The cherry on top was the incompetent driver that didn't know where he was going, he got lost on his way to the church and to the reception hall. Surprise surprise turns out the GPS "just went down" worst experience ever. Don't be fooled by their 5 star rating on Yelp they must all be fake reviews! I suggest you all steer clear from this company unless you want to special day to be ruined. I'd give 0 stars if that was possible. Just a complete nightmare limo read more

We organized a battle of the sexes game and we had 5 stops around the Los Angeles area. We gave him all the addresses and we arrived at all of them on time. He never bothered anyone on the bus, he was very friendly considering everyone was intoxicated and he did an EXCELLENT job being prompt picking us up and dropping us off. Wow. So I rented a party bus for my best friends bachelorette party. The entire process was easy and to be honest it was the most reasonably priced that we could find. When the bus arrived, man were we shocked. It was the perfect size (huge!) and super luxurious. The driver was so accommodating and went wherever we wanted him to take us. I rented the Escalade with butterfly doors for my senior Prom and it was great! Very clean and comfortable and plenty of room (it even had seat belts!). Everyone was very happy and it really added to our Prom experience. The process of reserving and calling in was very easy and professional. Plus, our driver Ulysses, was great! You definitely get what you pay for. They accommodate you and your party, take you where you want to go, and I have to say I was really impressed with the drivers. They were very polite, always on time, and always available or a call away. The busses were always clean and stocked with what we had arranged. I've never been let down with GJ limos. They aren't the cheapest but I've paid for cheap and the services and vehicles are as much as a down grade as the prices. It's worth paying a little extra for an upscale experience. Wow. What an amazing experience I had with their service! So I decided on Saturday September 19th last minute at about 5 pm to throw a party bus to bring in my birthday. Literally planned 4 hours before actually having the bus. The staff was very understanding and knowledgable. A lot of other party bus rental places were sold out as it was a busy night due to homecomings. Other places warned me that since it was so last minute that companies will overcharge me if they did have available buses. I wanted a 40+ person bus so GJ hooked me up with the black freight liner which came with champagne due to my birthday. Man oh man was that bus nice. Birthday was a blast and I owe it all to them.
