This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a limo service. It was 2 days before my wedding when my previous reservations with a limo company called to change the type of vehicle they were offering me and it was NOT going to be a very nice car. I began my search and found ULC and requested a quote. James responded immediately. The quote was not only quick but VERY reasonable. Don, our drive (whom I highly recommend) was AWESOME. He was early and very patient with myself and my group, he got us to where we needed to be and was very punctual. We had an amazing time riding around in the limo. Absolutely was completely satisfied with ULC. Driver Rob was at the pick up location early, greeting myself and guests with a smile and shook hands. The bus was comfortable, clean. Booked a black bus as a gift to the bride and groom. Service was excellent during the booking process and driver arrived on time. The reason for 2 stars is that the limo arrived quite filthy. Despite the professionalism from our driver the bus should have never left the lot in that condition. She was willing to try and clean it as much as she could with paper towel and cleaner provided by us. This was a real let down and embarrassing for me as the Best man to the wedding party. I inquired a quote through the website and over the last few weeks have received multiple auto response emails asking why I have not booked yet. I have responded to 3 of these emails giving necessary information asking for a quote and have not been able to receive a response. 3 emails specifically to Jennifer. I didn't get to ask for the driver's name, but she was amazing. She was on time when she arrived at the hotel to pick us up, and waited for us until we were all ready to go to the church ceremony. In trying to plan the perfect bachelorette party for my best friend, I found ULC Limo here on yelp, and man am I glad I did. After requesting a quote via their website, I was immediately contacted and given exact rates which were incredibly reasonable.. I almost didn't believe it. When I was finally ready to book, last minute at that, the customer service was amazing, there was no pressure, and I even got an upgrade for my bride! Again, was still having trouble believing it. Flash forward to this past weekend... Our driver, Brian, calls me an hour or so before to confirm everything, shows up right on time (maybe even a little early) and was so incredibly friendly and nice with our group! I can't say for sure if our night would have been as fun in the limo without this guy as our driver, he was awesome! We got everywhere on time, he was incredibly patient with us (8 drunk girls singing 90s tunes all night.. you can imagine) and we even got a little marriage advice (Always remember, you -the women-, are always right). Even further, I went to look at my charges this Monday... As a skeptic consumer I was expecting to see extra charges, hidden service fees, those dollars that so many companies sneak in there that you've missed in fine print or otherwise. Not a single one. Fantastic and extremely professional service!! We had 16 teens on a party bus, that was completely gorgeous inside. The driver was so professional and fun and we were so impressed to receive a call from him when he safety dropped the group off to Magic Mountain. I booked a party bus for my son's birthday. From the reservationist, dispatcher to the driver, they were all so pleasant and professional to work with. The prices were significantly lower than the other companies. The bus had all the bells and whistles and was in excellent condition. The party ran a little late, but the driver patiently waited for all of them to arrive. The kids had a wonderful time. More importantly, everyone got back home safe and sound. I called to report the incident to customer service and the rep was completely dismissive. She didn't ask my location and said rather unconvincingly that she'd "let the office know." NEVER use!!! They double booked on the night of our kids Winter Formal and left 38 kids standing in the street waiting for over an hour. They lied about where the bus was, kids used find my I-phone and our bus was at the formal (dropping another group) not where they said it was. NEVER EVER USE THEM! EXTREMELY disappointed - BUYER BEWARE!! The guy that I met, Cruz was nice. I drove to see the limos bc I wanted to see exactly what I would be getting bc vendors say they have the best & nicest limos & sometimes they done. After I saw the limo and met with Cruz, I felt assured I would get what they promised. He told me that the smaller regular stretch limo would be upgraded to a 300 & the Hummer would be the American Idol white w/double row in back & he would give me a free hour. On the way back, I was just doing pickups for the parents & the bridal party - this was 4 orders I made (2 limos there and 2 back). A couple weeks prior I had not heard from them & didnt think anything until the day or 2 before when I was getting texts saying they were trying to reach me & couldn't. If they could text me, why didnt they call me? Not a big deal but then I called & gave them my final addresses of where the Church was, pictures were, & times to pick up all one or 2 days before. Also, they were hard to get a hold of months before & they have an answering service which really isnt too good & giving them messages &/or they just arent good at calling back. PROBLEM 1: Wedding day: Hummer on time, 300 was 20 mins late (was okay bc we were 1.5 hours late). But where we were in Garden Grove, the driver would not pull in to the complex & insisted my bridal party&I walk down a long alley to get to him (beginning of the issues - my party told him we had plenty of weddings & he would fit & he just needs to pull in & he eventually did. PROBLEM 2: We get into the limo, & there is no second row! Why did I need it? We had a child in the limo & was concerned about his safety so we wanted him in a carseat so the backseat for bride & groom was not feasible. Instead, I and 1 other sat on the floor & an usher sat on the ice thing. So bc they decided to give us the smaller limo last minute, my husband fought w/his sister & they winded up riding in a parents car from the Church to the hall. PROBLEM 3: While running late (not the limo's fault), the lady driving the 300 told us that we should go somewhere else in Laguna Beach that would be better to take pictures so we werent late for Church. I told her to tell our male driver where to go. Did he go there? NO. He said that he didnt want to change anything in the addresses & would not accommodate us. It wasnt out of the way, actually closer for him, cheaper on gas but he was mean. After we got to Laguna Beach, we took the quickest pictures EVER. I mean 30 minutes with a party of 18 okay! PROBLEM 4: The driver, as the men were getting into the car said - NO SMOKING IN THE LIMO - Duh we have a child in the limo!! Do u think even if we were allowed to, we would do that to a child? NO. They put out the cigarettes & got into the limo & we began our long & uncomfortable journey to GLENDALE (1 hour away) while I sat on the floor, I come to find out later when I called to complain that the driver said that we were smoking in the limo - yea I don't smoke & there was NO SMOKING in there. There was a child in there!PROBLEM 5: While we were on our way from Laguna Beach to Glendale the guys in my limo were telling the driving what route to take & avoid so we got there faster & he pretended to ignore us. The guys were being rude (my party) cause he was ignoring us, they were wrong but they were trying to help! PROBLEM 6: We asked the driver if this limo was coming to pick us up on the way back & he said YES. We left slippers, 2 bottles of Zinfandel,& we went into our reception. Stuff is still missing cause the same limo does not come back & driver said we left nothing in there. Real nice - Oh DISCLAIMER - They are not responsible for items left in their limos. PROBLEM 7: The Different limo & new driver come. Apparently when I called to complain later, the guy said that the men in my bridal party were being rude to the driver, they were, WRONG I KNOW. They kept telling him he was "The Transporter" cause he did in his suit, bald-head, & sunglasses. He told ULC he feared his life so he didnt want to come back & pick us up. Really? PROBLEM 8: On the ride back in the 300, it was fine & the lady in the 300 was too but she stated that we were over 30 minutes more than we had requested & that they would charge us even though she was 20 mins late. I later called when I spoke to Cruz & he credited us for this bc he was able 2 check the GPS on the car & see it was in fact 20 mins late so it was a wash ($). PROBLEM 9: On the ride back in the Hummer, we left a present in the trunk without realizing it cause the men in my bridal party were drunk & when I called the next day for it, no gift. DISCLAIMER - they are not responsible for items left in their limos.THIS MEANS: If drivers clean or look in the limo (they dont clean, they have a service) & there are items of value or items they can re-use, they will STEAL & TAKE it home) I HAVE SO MUCH MORE but this is enough BOOK ANYONE ELSE! read more

The fact that it took you almost a month to even acknowledge the review says a lot. If you would like me to forward you the original email that I sent to the company after my experience, I would be glad to do so. By the way, I got no response to my numerous calls or my email... It's convenient that after spending over a grand on a product, the company has no record of the customer or the transaction. So cut the victim act and YOU tell YOUR company to "man up". There are 7 filtered reviews for this place! Yelp is horrible and will remove a bad review if the owners complain about it enough making Yelp completely pointless and just an ad revenue. I used this company once and it ruined our entire night. I got the same "UPGRADE" that everyone seems to get, even after I called them 5 times days before my event to make sure I would not get a Hummer Limo. I couldn't stress enough how much I didn't want a Hummer Limo as I am not from the Ghetto nor a high school kid. I didn't say that because I'm sure spite would have been the reason for the crap wagon I got. I was nice and even offered to pay more if I could get a classic limo which they assured me would be the case. The driver seemed to be a nice guy and has become an expert at excuses working for a place like this. Obviously it was a piece of crap hummer limo that showed up (the only thing that could have been worse is if it were white). It also wasn't cleaned from the night before, and of course it was disgusting giving the usual clientele. My husband rented a hummer limo for my birthday. I was surprised at the details after the party. When I first got into the limo it was kind of dirty the floor and the walls of the hummer. It was kind of a turn off. The driver was ok nothing special and once had us caught in the middle of the street through one whole traffic light backed up traffic like crazy because he made his turn to wide. Embarrassing! We have used ULC Limo three times for high school formals and proms all three times completely satisfied. Customer service was excellent they were flexible on changing from a party bus to a limo to meet our needs with fewer passengers. Drivers were professional and friendly. Felt confident all passengers as teenagers were in a safe environment to get to the dance and have a fun evening. The booking process was easy. The customer service was good. The price was nice. The punctuality was great. We rented the American Idol Hummer However...the limo was dented and dirty. The inside was not clean. The IPod connector did not work well. It needs to be replaced though they said it worked well. My large party was not able to listen to their desired playlist because they could not access it through their faulty component. All the while the driver saying it worked fine. This definitely impacted the fun experience for these teens who took th time to create playlists We called to express our concerns and were promised a return which we never received. So I decided for my 30th birthday that I would do something a little different by renting a party limo bus complete with stripper pole and do a bar crawl around Los Angeles. I called a bunch of places to get quotes and while originally ULC wasn't the cheapest rate that I got...when I told them of the cheapest quote, they were able to beat it with a better deal. The other places I called were Platinum Express Limos, LA Party Bus, White Rose Limo, Los Angeles Party Bus, and Serpentine Limo. It ended up being $850 for 4 hours which includes two pickup/drop off points and 3 stops. This includes tax and tip as well as a bar stocked with ice, sodas, cups, and water. You bring your own alcohol onto the bus. We had about 22 people or so and it came out to about $40/person which included all the alcohol. But you can easily fit 30 people on the bus. The customer service while arranging for the contract to get the rental was pretty good. James was very attentive and replied promptly to my emails and questions unlike some of the other places that I called. We had dinner at Sisley Italian Kitchen at Westside Pavilion. I picked this place mainly because there was plenty of free parking and the food was fairly inexpensive and it wasn't difficult to make reservations for a large party. I hate having to do prix fixe or put down a credit card deposit for large parties. Our first stop was downtown at Seven Grand. Next stop was the Griffin in Los Feliz. And last stop was Blue Goose Lounge in Hollywood. I think after awhile no one really wanted to get off the bus since it was so much funner. The bus has a flat screen, Vegas style lights, and a sound system that will play music from your CDs or an ipod. The driver was very nice and professional and put up with a busload of drunks so I tipped him an extra $50 and promised I would write a review on Yelp. Highly recommend them!!! read more

On 4/3/2017 I needed a sedan limo for my daughters prom on 4/8/2017. I contacted ULC Limos via their website and received a response within the half-hour. Great response time. Began an email dialog with Travis and got it set up for Saturday 4/8/2017 from 1600 to 2300. The communication was early and often - as I expected. The driver communication was equally good. Limo arrived on time. Limo driver was courteous. Limo driver communicated throughout the evening to keep us (concerned parents) posted. Limo was as expected. Great experience - at a fair price.
