I've been using Clinique's 3 steps System for Dry Combination skincare for over a decade. I'm an if it's not broke don't fix it, mentality individual. I've only been going to Ulta in the last two years to get my products. Ulta always has the entire line without me having to run all over town. The staff here are pleasant but not engaging while on the floor. I always know what I am looking for, so this hasn't been a problem.

Went there and bought over 500.00 worth of products. I asked for a sample of anything and was given only one sample of perfume /cologne. I literally had to ask for any sample gift too. My friend bought one thing and got a bag full of samples. I thought that was unfair My products were Fenty Clinique iT laura mercier and more.

I wanted to get my makeup done for my engagement pictures. I made an appointment online 2 weeks ago and they sent me 12+ messages confirming it. I showed up and there was no one there, and I walked around for a while until an employee told me to wait at a counter that wasn't manned by anyone. I waited there for 5-10 minutes and someone came by and said my name wasn't even in the system, despite the 12 messages confirming my appointment. She said the person at the makeup counter got covid a week ago so it wasn't her fault she wasn't there. That's fine, but why did I get the confirmation messages? The lady was like it's managements fault about the messages and I can't blame the person with covid for not coming in. I never blamed anyone I was just asking about my appointment! If there's an employee shortage or a miscommunication I totally understand. but where's the apology or helpful attitude? I mean it's too late to do anything else and she didn't offer any other solution other than "it isn't my fault" which I never said it was, I simply showed up at the time and place I made the appointment. Never going back and I cried on the day of my engagement pictures.

I recently went to this salon for the first time to get highlights. After I left, it was nearly impossible to get my hair to blend, as shown in the picture. I told the stylist Rachelle, that I wear my hair with a left part when she did the job. When I called the salon two weeks later, they said we have a 10-day policy for corrections. We can't do a correction after that. This policy is not written anywhere including on their pricing book, and the stylist never mentioned about a 10-day policy, even after I was charged $285 for this service. You can literally see the stripes in my hair, and the color was dumped in the middle front part of my hair and not even near the roots. I do not recommend the salon based on this bad experience. The manager, Kelsey, said I am sorry but it's our policy. Next time, you need to tell your customers the policy while you are charging them exorbitant prices.

At scheduling time, the receptionist was very nice and worked with me to find a time that fits schedules well. I was scheduled with Michaela for a Halo face framing type situation and was greeted very kindly by her and everyone else at the front desk. They offer you water and other beverages there as you arrive. There is also local crafted jewelry in the sitting area to browse. Getting back to hair, Michaela was very personable, funny, nice, and professional. The experience was nice and it feels like you're just chatting with an old friend. Honestly I probably chat too much but the story of my life LOL. They take you back to the hair washing area which is quiet and Serene, ready for relaxation. They also offer you and I mask type essential oil situation where you can pick different scents. After your hair is done washing you get processed and then you go back to your sitting area. It took a little bit to get my hair to the desired look but Michaela and the salon made it very easy to work with and get the results we were hoping for. I appreciate them for being so accommodating and ease of everything. Michaela is a great stylist and I would recommend booking with her anytime! Not only will she make your hair look better but just speaking with her makes your day better too.

I have only got services to upkeep my Balayage, so I am prepared to pay. I like that they greet you (a front-desk area with things to purchase), offer you a beverage (champagne or beer), hot coffee, tea, juice or water. They have great stylists, and a room in the back for hair washing, drying and just spa-like relaxation. Make your appointment on their website and get ready to be pampered!

Tried 2 other Korean barber shops in the Triangle (Hair News and Miss Kim's), and Scissorhands…read more(Andy) clearly provides the best service but compared to the other 2, it's also the most expensive, which is enough reason for me to alternate between the 3 aforementioned Korean barber shops. Scissorhands is my family's favorite with my two younger brothers regularly getting haircuts here. Andy is not as friendly as Miss Kim in Morrisville, but we recently had a nice conversation about the Korean language since I just started studying it. The cut was masterful, for sure, and followed the example I showed in a photo saved in my phone. Shampoo was included at no additional cost and I did not have to wait in my latest visit around Friday noon. I used to pay around $30 to $35 for a regular men's cut but the latest service, Andy charged me $40 (not including tips). As for the atmosphere, it's more spacious than their old location (where they shared space with other salons) but it's not as spacious as Hair News. Nonetheless, it's in a good location by High House Road, close to Cici's Pizza, a small Walmart market, and just less than 5 minutes drive away from HMart.

Came in 10 mins before my appointment and got seated right away. The lady who cut my hair was so sweet and precise, and she asked me a bunch of questions about what I wanted. I let her have a lot of freedom, and it looked great in the end! It was a longer appointment than I expected, but she was very detailed. It ended up being $70 which is pretty expensive in my opinion for just a woman's haircut. If you don't mind paying a hefty price, you should come here.
