I said, "hello" and proceeded to the aisle. I immediately noticed the woman watching me, my daughter (who had walked to a different part of the store), and another patron. First, let me add, before walking in, there was a sign that reads "SMILE YOU'RE ON CAMERA!" I saw the sign but thought nothing of it, a sign like that was placed there for potential shop lifters/criminals and I'm neither of those so it was an after thought. However, when we walked in, I realized, the owner herself must be the "camera" because when I tell you, she spent so much time HARDCORE watching every customer in her store that she could barely assist customers that needed help. I felt bad for my poor innocent daughter. All she wanted was edge control and the woman shouted from behind the counter, "WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?" It was uncomfortable and a bit annoying because I couldn't get true assistance for her being too busy thinking everyone in the store was going to steal from her. I don't know if she has security cameras but I'm a firm believer in allowing your cameras to do the security work for you. I don't knock anyone who is trying to protect their merchandise but if you are so busy being the watcher, then how do you assist actual customers who aren't criminals? Or do you just put everyone in the "potential criminal" category and so we all get maltreatment? She was so busy staring at everyone in the store that she forgot to bag one of my items. I went to my car and her kid ran out to me to give me the item. I don't care how good your store is, I will not set foot in a business that treats everyone as a criminal. I really dislike that feeling. I am a CUSTOMER who is patronizing your business.

They have the most adorable shop helper named Francesca who offered to assist me with anything I needed while I waited for Sabe to finish up on her last client. As soon as Sabe was finished she immediately came over and introduced herself and the conversation just kept flowing. What an extremely fun and energetic personality. We had some great conversations and her work is incredible. Im not super picky on my hair cuts or coloring but Sabe made sure I got the full treatment that she gives to every client. My hair cut has never been more precise and the coloring is spot on. She uses only organic products which I was excited about since I am not a fan of the toxic chemicals that are inside products these days.
