Upland Colonies Crossroads is the BEST I am a senior disabled with my mobility and when I arrived at the store the associates were notified that I needed help finding my items. These three little Angels came to my rescue their names are Cassandra, Guadalupe and Stephanie all three (3) was patient and courteous with me. I was able to purchase everything that I needed without leaving my seat. These young ladies came with the items that I needed and purchased them. They went far and beyond their call of duty. Went to Ulta for make up and hair for a wedding- Jasmine did a wonderful job. I showed her my inspiration photo and she made it happen. My make up stayed set the entire night- and my hair- styled in a messy bun, stayed put the entire night! It was windy, I danced all night and my hair and make up still looked flawless and set. My hair did not come undone. I maybe just had to retouch my lip gloss but thats expecting at an event with food and drinks. Jasmine is one talented and skilled artist! I had a makeup lesson at this Ulta location and few weeks ago and it was worth every penny. Hope M. was my stylist and she was incredibly patient and kind as she taught me how to correctly move the makeup brushes to get the pro makeup looks I always wanted. Prior to this lesson, I could do a single (ultra neutral) eyeshadow, lipstick, mascara and that's it. I always felt self conscious about my lack of makeup knowledge and watching YouTube never really worked for me. No one is born with a makeup brush in their hand and if you don't try, how will you learn? After less than an hour, I was able to do a full face of makeup- from bronzer to eyeshadow. I'm finding I can now use shades in my eyeshadow palettes that I would have never touched before, thanks to Hope! Made an appointment for a blowout 2 weeks in advance as I was getting headshots taken and wanted to look my best. I get a call less than 24 hours from my appointment with them cancelling without being able to reschedule to a time that would work for my headshot the next day. They say there's nothing they can do as they're booked that whole morning. I was disappointed in their lack of urgency and cancelling on me last minute without much of an explanation and then not willing to do anything to help when I let them know my concern.
