Very Irritated Customer: Why? I called 2 twice to ask where exactly their location. The attendant over the phone told me that it's located near Edwards Cinema and Chipotle. I came and looked for it. I even asked the security and valet team? No sign. I tried to call again but no answer. Then I Yelp it again maybe it will give me luck. I came and the young man told me that they're close!!!What?! I told him it's only 4pm not 5pm? "We close early today" that's what said to me! Customer Service: No star! You could have told me over the phone that you're closing early! And no apology???Very unprofessional!!! Business Owner: Please train your team to talk to a new customer over the phone correctly!And please advertise right so new customers are aware! Came here because it had good reviews and the car wash location was shaded. I wanted to get the cheapest wash there to see if they were worth coming back to. The basic wash here costs $29. I asked for the basic and the guy at front tried really hard to upsell me on the wash and wax. Price for that was $69, he offered me $15 off for it. I said no and then he offered $20 off. Eventually after hearing no so many times he accepted the fact that he couldn't sell me on the wash and wax and gave up. The wash took an hour and a half and I spent the time walking around the Spectrum. I came back 10 minutes early and my car was already washed and ready to go. They did a fantastic job with the wash. I would definitely come back for their higher priced washes here. I could do without the pushy upselling though. read more

I decided on trying Ultimate Detailing at the Irvine Spectrum after reading the yelp reviews. They did a FANTASTIC job! For my Toyota Corolla it cost $85 -included shampoo of the carpets/ mats/ seats; interior detailing/ exterior wash and detailing! I've usually paid $95+ to have our cars shampoo and detailed. Ultimate Detailing did a better job than any other car wash I've been to. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. Possible downside is that they were busy and because the shampoo and drying process (seats and carpet were dry when I picked up my car) took about 5 hours. However, we went to the movies, ate and shopped a little so the wait was not an inconvenience! Also, since parking is always a pain at the Spectrum it was very convenient to just drop the car off to be washed in the first level parking garage by the movie theater. I will definitely take my cars back here! read more

who likes to wait while getting a car wash? wouldn't you rather be doing something productive than just wait? u can only check ur email, tweet, update ur fb status or even yelp so much to start annoying other people. convenience is key these days and getting a car wash while u work is the best thing ever. claudia is the first person that i see every monday, wednesday and friday, weather permitting of course, as i stroll through the parking lot to get to my work bldg. she sits by the entrance of the structure next to her podium for the key drop off, most often than not, bundled up with layers of clothing that early in the morning. at times she reminds me if I need a car wash but never bugs for a sale. their service does come with a price. i'll be first to admit it's not the cheapest wash in the block but they do quite an excellent job. they offer specials from time to time so it doesn't hurt to ask. on an added note, u can also do add-ons for the type of wash / detail u prefer. however, one thing that makes me comfortable is that they wash my car at the lower lever of the parking structure. it's not being driven anywhere outside the bldg, which is always a good thing and it's not sitting out in the sun for too long. leather + heat = major oowwee! they do a prime job even if ur just getting a basic wash. that feeling of excitement when u first got a brand spankin' new car rushes back when u see ur wheels sparkly clean! they also cater to ur schedule by getting ur car ready at your desired time. how cool is that? at the end of the day, my car's getting done while i get work done. all around productive! read more

I used the Ultimate Detailing service in the bottom level of the parking structure at the Irvine Spectrum (the one behind the Edwards theaters). Even though I ended up getting the lowest priced option (which was still a hefty $35) I was NOT disappointed. This was, hands down, THE best car wash I have ever gotten on any car in my 18+ years of driving. The first thing I noticed was how clean my leather was. I sat down and was consistently made more and more happy looking around at the dash, the windows, the floormats. Everything was streak-free and just as clean as when I bought my car 8 months ago. I told my girls I will make it a point to go back every month or so and get this service to keep the car looking so brand new. Thank you UD! You made my Sunday even brighter. =D read more

Very convenient.. get a great car wash while you shop and dine. A little expensive but the convenience made up for it. Car was very clean.

Fermin and his crew did an excellent job on my older model car. They even rubbed out scuff marks on the bumper. They knew the car was for sale and worked hard to make it shine. The shop is on level B in a parking structure and how nice it Was to sit indoors out of the cool misty weather. Fermin and his crew were very friendly and polite and worked me into their schedule. I'm confused. I walked up to the car wash on Sunday fully expecting that they would not have availability today to wash the car and shampoo my car seats. They didn't, which is fine. It was a last minute idea. I asked him if he had availability the rest of the week and he said that they did and that they open at 10:30 am. Great, I have Thursday off of work, let's make this happen. Mid way through filling out the paperwork, I remembered that I have a commitment at 10 am that morning, though it's near by. So I asked if I could drop the car off early and leave the key, he said no. That's cool, I completely understand. I asked if he had any appointments that afternoon. He said no. I asked if they had any openings the rest of the week. He just shook his head. "You don't have any openings? You just indicated that you have openings all week." He just said no. Fine, it seems like he wasn't willing to take me on as a customer, I'll go elsewhere. Long story short: I can't comment on the services themseleves, but the customer service sucks. read more

It was a little hard to find the location since it is located in the basement floor of the garage. However I got a great service for a great price! They told me all the possible services I can get that were specific to my car and its needs (including waxing for small bumps). I chose the cheapest service which was $17 for external/internal wash. I didn't have high expectations and was very surprised with the result. They took care of everything! In my previous experiences in other places, they were usually not that detail oriented and I needed to point out the spots to clean one by one. This time I couldn't even find anything to point! It took around 45 minutes but totally worth it! read more
