I have never received service this incredibly terrible. The on site staff (apparently there is a call center elsewhere) are extremely rude and incompetent. On June 17, 2024, I booked vehicle transport with Ultimate Transport 123, scheduled for pickup on June 19 and delivery by June 21. On pickup day, I was told the driver, Jose Amezquita Hernandez, would arrive between 12-3 PM. After delays, he said traffic and prior issues prevented pickup. I informed him I had a flight that evening and changed the pickup location to a nearby garage. He then demanded prepayment via Zelle--$500 sent from my mother--despite my prior understanding (from rep "Casey") that payment was due upon delivery. I left my spare key in the car and missed my flight while waiting. By 10 PM, my car was still not picked up. The driver said he'd resume in the morning. I contacted him at 9 AM, and he said he'd be there shortly. I ran errands in my car but returned it to the garage. At 5 PM, the car remained untouched. He texted he was "45 mins away" but didn't show. At 7 PM, I asked for a refund; he refused and said to wait until Monday. With a flight Saturday and no place to leave the vehicle safely, I called the company. They promised an update by 6 AM on June 21--none came. I had to cancel my flight and drive myself. I called again June 24 for a refund. Rep David shouted "IT'S NOT OUR PROBLEM," which was unprofessional and offensive. The $699 ($500 to driver, $199 deposit) was never refunded. I later learned the driver has criminal charges for vehicle fraud. Ultimate Transport 123 acted negligently, failed to fulfill its agreement, and subjected me to emotional and financial harm. read more

Note my Yelp elite status as well** UPDATE: just found out the drivers stole items from the car as well: a new set of knives and some mats. This company is unbelievably horrible lol wow. Horrible experience with this company I ordered a transport from California to New York a good month or more before my actual move. I called them so many times, but was forced to schedule everything super last minute because they couldn't find a driver. I thought that would be the end of my headache, but they failed to tell me that they can't deliver on a weekend (originally my pick up was set for Saturday), and in addition to that, would be 5 days late on the transportation. They said the car would arrive by Friday morning, but it only actually arrived the following Tuesday night. I couldn't contact anyone about this issue again until very last minute because they couldn't find a driver. Once they did finally find a driver, they pushed the pick up time the day of 3 hours back AND charged me an extra $100 to pick up. Obviously I don't have my car with me so I've had to rely on uber and public transportation to get places, spending so much more time and money, including fare to the pick-up location that they made me wait extra hours for, than I expected for my move. Warning Avoid this company: I experienced horrible treatment, especially from Josh manager of Ultimate Transport 123 and Jack, a dispatcher at Westfield Express Corp. (I have to say Manager of mismanagement Josh and pathological liar dispatcher Jack to reflect their true colors) I booked my car to be shipped from Miami, FL, to Oakland, CA. The person I initially spoke with at Ultimate Transport 123 was Howard. Despite informing him that I wanted my car delivered on either May 30th or 31st, he scheduled the drop-off for May 28th--two days before my arrival in Oakland, meaning no one would be available to receive the vehicle on that date. I called Howard to correct this, but he didn't answer, and I left him a message about the error. A few minutes later, I received a call from their partner company, Westfield Express Corp., regarding the shipment. Jack, the dispatcher from Westfield Express, contacted me about the pickup and drop-off dates. I explained the mistake with the drop-off date and informed him I was waiting for Howard to confirm the correct date. Jack assured me that he would deliver the car on the exact date I requested. Later, Howard called me, and I explained the situation, including the incorrect drop-off date and Jack's promise. Howard then promised to either cancel the shipment or speak with Jack to confirm the correct date. The next day, Jack called me and said I shouldn't worry about the drop-off date--since they had space, they could hold my car until my preferred date. I told him I wanted either be May 30th or 31st, and he assured me it would be the 31st. I didn't hear back from Howard, and when I called him, he didn't answer. Then, on May 22nd, one day after the scheduled pickup, they picked up my car, instead of May 21st, along with two bags weighing about 100 pounds, as Howard had advised. The real issue arose during delivery. I called dispatcher Jack early on the morning of May 31st to inquire about the arrival time. To my surprise, Jack told me they don't work on Saturdays and would deliver my car on Monday, June 2nd, three days after the agreed date. He kept making excuses about a "window period" and claimed they couldn't deliver on the exact date, even if the car arrived in Oakland two days earlier. I then contacted Ultimate Transport 123 to inform them of the situation and the additional costs I would incur to get to the hospital I was assigned to. I had to buy new scrubs and a white coat because mine were loaded in the car. They promised to pass my message to manager Josh on Monday. On Monday, I spoke with Josh and explained everything. Initially, he said he would consider how they could assist. Later that day, the driver texted me saying he would deliver the car to my address while I was at the hospital. I begged him to drop it off at the hospital, but he refused, saying he wasn't allowed to enter that area. I would have to go home, which meant additional expenses, get permission from my employer, and pick up the car myself. Throughout this ordeal, I explained the financial hardship caused by their delays, but Manager Josh dismissed my concerns, saying, "I never asked you to load your scrubs, white coat, or other items, which cost you extra. It's not my fault." Dispatcher Jack, meanwhile, refused to speak with me and started cursing at me. Josh also treated me poorly. Finally, I requested a $100 to $150 discount for the expenses that spent for transportation for the 3 days delays they caused, while I have to bear myself the inconvenience and extra expenses I incurred. Instead of delivering my car, the driver left without completing the delivery. Multiple calls to Manager Josh resulted in him saying he would inform the driver to return my car. After hours of waiting, I had to make alternative arrangements and paid the driver an additional $100 to deliver the car, or it would have been sent to Sacramento--more than two hours away from Oakland. I also had to pay $50 per night for storage until I could pick up the vehicle myself. In summary, I was mistreated and misled throughout this process. I hired Ultimate Transport 123 to transport a car from Littleton CO to Bartlett Il. The hiring process was easy. Communication was easy all the way until the week the car was to be delivered. That is when all HELL broke loose. I was told the car was to be picked up on Monday 5-26-25 (I thought that was strange because that was a holiday), the car was not picked up until Tuesday (there was drama during the pick up). Drop date was supposed to be Wednesday but of course that did not happen, the car was delivered today 5-30-25. on 5-29-25 I called the driver to see who to make the cashier check, the driver said cash or Zelles only.I called Deirdre at Ultimate on 5-29-25 was told the contracted company (S&L in Algonquin Il) will accept a cashier check so I purchased the check. The car arrived today (5-30-25) the driver Mahil (Mark)refused to accept the cashier check. I called all companies involved was told yes by Ultimate and no by Mahil. My brother was the person receiving the car, fortunately he had an extra key to the car so he used the extra key and drove away in the car. I received calls from Mark, his boss telling to have my brother bring the car back otherwise he would be charged with grand theft auto. I had to leave my job in Chicago travel back to my home to resolve this issue. Fortunately the Elgin PD was involved the 2 officers called Ultimate 123 confirmed that a cashier check was made out to S&K and that S&K would accept the payment. Mark (Mahil) was upset. I gave Mark (Mahil) the cashier check he gave me the key to the car however he took the fob and would not give it to me. I called my friend in CO to confirm she gave him the key fob. Now I have to have the car re-keyed and purchase another fob. I called Mark at 480-226-2774 to ask for the fob he lied and said he did not have it, I called his idiot boss at 630-269-8748. Do not use Ultimate or S&K if Mark is the transporter. Yes I will stop payment on the check and reissue at minus the amount that I pay to re-key the car & purchase another key fob. Dr. W read more

Pick up date and times were changed 3 times over the weekend; once the car transport driver arrived everything was fine; driver was very respectful and always answered my phone call and questions. The saleswoman whom i booked with was never available after the initial call even though she gave me her personal cell number for any questions or concerns. Ultimate transport is not an honest company. Ultimate transport charged my account $275 for a service that was never completed. The company didn't even use my real name on their invoice. There is only one scammer working from N.Y. taking calls and getting your money promising a service he doesn't have the equipment or personnel to complete. For example, he charged a $275 deposit to tow my daughter's car on 08/20/21. A day later, someone called me to advise me that doing this job would be difficult and almost impossible. The person who called didn't work for ultimate transport; he was a driver trying to get paid by Ultimate transport to finish the job. I was promised that the car was going to get to Miami, and in the end, nobody could tell me when this was going to happen. Their sales rep Carlos Orihuela promised a smooth experience talked badly about other companies and they are doing exactly the opposite what was promised. Needed my vehicle delivered today this morning and it is now 4pm and vehicle still sitting in my drive way. Carlos is not taking my calls and the ladies in the office can care less. There was 145+ miles put on my vehicle. After I paid a $300 deposit they could not locate a driver for over a week. When I told them forget it and to cancel my contract, they suddenly said they had to a driver. They have costed me 1550 dollars in additional costs due to there lack of organization. I requested a simple transport from California to Las Vegas. 5 hour trailer transit. They took SEVEN DAYS to get the vehicle here. I spoke with them ahead of time and let them know "hey, if you cant make the deadline please let me know, ill pay extra to make it happen all you have to do is say the word." "Hey, if you cant make the deadline please let me know and ill just cancel and go get it myself". I warned them that if the car wasnt picked up by the promised date that they would be charged storage fee's and a deposit that I was responsible for. OF COURSE they never relayed this to the driver and was clueless about these out of pocket costs. I am so grateful these calls were all recorded on both of our ends because I will ABSOLUTELY be pursuing them in court for these costs and additional damages. Even the driver was dumbfounded and will happily speak on the events that occurred as well. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BROKERAGE COMPANY. If youre a driver. STEER CLEAR. They will screw you. My rating is 1 Star because the salesman "Patrick", lied to me every step of the way. First he told me that they had their own drivers and that he was not a broker.....he lied. Then he quoted me a price and then raised it by $300 only 15 minutes later. He then told me that they would not draft any funds until my truck was picked-up....he lied about that too because they drafted the money (their fee) the day before. They sent me the driver's details and the freight company that was going to do the work....they actually had no idea who was doing the driving nor where the driver was located.
