    Dear Verizon Management,…read more I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at one of your store locations. I went in to pay my bill since my account was recently changed to "cash only." However, the employee assisting me informed me that he could not accept cash payments, which was already frustrating considering the inconvenience of having to come into the store to make a payment. To make matters worse, I was charged a service fee -- which doesn't seem fair when I'm the one going out of my way to pay my bill in person. When I asked the representative a few questions regarding my account, his response was simply "I don't know." That level of customer service is disappointing and reflects a lack of proper training. I strongly suggest that management provides additional training to ensure employees are knowledgeable and equipped to handle customer inquiries professionally. Customers should feel supported and confident that their issues will be addressed effectively, not dismissed. Thank you for taking the time to review this matter. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience at your stores.

    This store my family member and I went in to the store to pick up both of our phones. Came to find…read moreout that the phone that was ready was mine and my family members phone was back order. When they had called us told us that our phone had arrived but did not specify which phone up until we had gone in person to find out. Also, to add more one minute the guy that helped put my family and I told us that one minute I would need to trade in my phone then shortly after told my mom I didn't need too and that I could keep both our phones.

This is a corporate store which means that they have the ability to do things that a authorized retailer does not. I had a very large concern involving a phone I had to turn in to get credit on my new phone. Normally I would receive a shipping mailer for it, but as of the 25th day none had arrived. I was getting concerned so I went to this T-Mobile store and was greeted by several associates. I explained everything and they told me not to worry that they would resolve it by taking the phone there. Since it's a corporate store, they can do that and they gave me a receipt. What a relief as I was very worried about everything involving my old phone being returned to T-Mobile. The service was absolutely stellar and the associate I talked to could not have been more polite or helpful. We even went over my bill and he explained some features of my new Google Pixel Watch 4. The store is spotlessly clean and the display of the phones and other items are excellent. I have been a customer of T-Mobile for many years and honestly have never had any problems with service or the phones. A few older one star reviews make me wonder. I have walked into T-Mobile stores before when they were really, really busy and sometimes the wait is a little long. Normally when that occurs I just leave and come back later. I do feel sorry for those customers who experience the issues that occurred. However, in my dealings, I have never had that problem. One time I accidentally locked up my SIM card and after waiting a while the person at a T-Mobile authorized retailer unlocked it for me. I really like this T-Mobile store and their service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

Very kind and willing to go the extra distance to be certain everything was done correctly. I'm completely happy so far. Coverage is better than AT&T. Price drop was substantial. I noticed the joycons attached weren't mine, so I gave those back immediately. Admittedly I should have looked at things more thoroughly, but they were about to close and I was in a rush to get home. Once I got home, the real problems started. The Switch will not power on. I gave them a working device that would charge if you jiggle the cable back a little bit, and after paying them and not having a Switch for several days, I now have a Switch that will not power on AT ALL. As I was troubleshooting it to figure out why on earth they'd return me a device that wouldn't power on, I noticed that a crack on my Switch housing was missing, which seemed very unusual because I only paid to have the USB-C port replaced... So then I went poking around in the device itself, and it had a copy of Minecraft inside AND there's a sticker on the back with someone's name on it.... not mine. Seems like whatever happened, they got our Switches mixed up, so now this woman has my Switch (and has probably factory reset it by now) and I have hers. THANKFULLY most of my saves are in the cloud, so the only true loss in all of this is my pokemon saves, since those won't let me backup to my memory card and/or the cloud... but ugh that's still quite a few hours of lost playtime. I'm sure Asurion will repair this one, too, and get it to power on since I guess this is my Switch now and the repair is covered by warranty and I suppose having a Switch that doesn't have a crack in the housing is a win.. but yikes, now I have to go through all this hassle to get this woman her copy of Minecraft back somehow.. and I still may never be able to, so she'll just be out her game and have to buy it all over again. :( EDIT: So I got my Switch back and now it's even worse. Not only does the USB-C port *still* not output video, but now the left rail also won't charge my joycon, so after paying for a repair I actually. have a less functional device than I started with.
