They are not lying when they tell you they offer lower prices. They are able to apply any available sales prices from Helix, Avocado, etc. and they have the ability to add discounts on top of that. To make it right, the store told me that I'd get $600 in store credit and my mattress the next day. I got neither, the manager Bethany (please avoid working with her) said she would not honor the $600 store credit that another manager promised me and came up with a laundry list of reasons why the mattress was coming in late... without taking ownership and issuing an apology first. Very frustrating to disassemble your previous bed and expect your $7K bed only to find out it's not showing up for another few days. There Bee Cave store has a much better staff. I repeat, avoid Bethany. She laughed when I asked to speak to her manager and said, "you can't speak to our big wigs" - as if they live way above the customer and don't have time for us. Everyone was really advocating for me since I spent so much at the store except for Bethany. Oh well, lesson learned. This will be the last time I shop with Mattress Firm. I placed an order for a sectional during sale (May 22) as we were told this discount was best yet to find out this 35% is available on every holiday. I was encouraged to order now, even though my home was not built yet in order to take full advantage. I was reassured (in person) that I still had a 60 day trial period and they'd honor that if we hated it. This was my reason for placing the order with that specific store. Unfortunately, our home took a little longer than we anticipated to complete. I sent a message July 16th asking to extend our delivery to later (so that I could actually take advantage of the 60 day in home trial). I was told it had to be release 7/23 and to anticipate 2-3 weeks for delivery. They could not hold. To make matter more complicated, I was not getting email notifications from FedEx and they dropped the sofa off without our knowledge (at property that was still under construction. On 9/23 I got a text reminder that 9/25 was the end of my "in home trial". I immediately responded how we were still not in our house and haven't set it up. I asked what happened if we didn't have all the parts etc. they told me if anything is wrong the warranty would cover it and encouraged me to open all the boxes (20+!?) to verify everything was there. I said "gosh I don't think that's physically possible". To where they said " ...just keep us in the loop... we should be able to figure something out...". January 18 just as soon as we got everything set up, I texted that the anything table is not the right color, and wasn't functional in the current set up. While they were friendly about it- the answer is that I am outside the 60 day trial window. They wouldn't even offer to exchange it for any entire additional section- which would benefit them (costs more). So, I am stuck with a non functional anything table that looks horrible. I cannot provide a positive rating because customer service is 75% the reason we chose Lovesac. We are very disappointed!

The financing company says that LoveSac has to cancel the order and even though I have a charge and an order # that was cancelled, the reps from LoveSac have no record of my order. Everyone keeps pointing fingers at the other company, meanwhile, I don't have a couch, I have financing that has a pending charge that won't go away. The rep at the store, was AMAZING. Other than that, the purchasing process (or lack there of), has been a complete nightmare of hours of emails and phone calls with reps from both companies with zero progress or actual solutions.

I purchased Nucor LVF (Luxury Vinyl Flooring) from Floor and Decor on 12/27/2023 paying $3.99 per sq. ft. It came with a Lifetime Warranty. Within few weeks of installation, the flooring had dents and scratches. My contractor filed the complaint with Floor and decor in March 2024. The company was supposed to send a rep out, but no one came. After waiting over a month for a rep, I had contractor take out the damaged flooring, re-purchased replacement flooring from Floor and Decor and had it installed since I did not want the floor to be half done. Meanwhile the claim from my contractor was denied. After reflooring was finished the floor started denting again. It is not standing up to the quality mentioned by Floor and Decor. I filed the compensation with Floor and Decor based on product's lifetime warranty but it was denied. I am really unhappy with the floor quality and plan to replace.
