My husband and I stopped into the store May 17th and had great service by Angie who helped us configure our sanctional and texted back and forth with me a lot! I placed an order for a sectional during sale (May 22) as we were told this discount was best yet to find out this 35% is available on every holiday. I was encouraged to order now, even though my home was not built yet in order to take full advantage. I was reassured (in person) that I still had a 60 day trial period and they'd honor that if we hated it. This was my reason for placing the order with that specific store. Unfortunately, our home took a little longer than we anticipated to complete. I sent a message July 16th asking to extend our delivery to later (so that I could actually take advantage of the 60 day in home trial). I was told it had to be release 7/23 and to anticipate 2-3 weeks for delivery. They could not hold. To make matter more complicated, I was not getting email notifications from FedEx and they dropped the sofa off without our knowledge (at property that was still under construction. On 9/23 I got a text reminder that 9/25 was the end of my "in home trial". I immediately responded how we were still not in our house and haven't set it up. I asked what happened if we didn't have all the parts etc. they told me if anything is wrong the warranty would cover it and encouraged me to open all the boxes (20+!?) to verify everything was there. I said "gosh I don't think that's physically possible". To where they said " ...just keep us in the loop... we should be able to figure something out...". January 18 just as soon as we got everything set up, I texted that the anything table is not the right color, and wasn't functional in the current set up. While they were friendly about it- the answer is that I am outside the 60 day trial window. They wouldn't even offer to exchange it for any entire additional section- which would benefit them (costs more). So, I am stuck with a non functional anything table that looks horrible. I cannot provide a positive rating because customer service is 75% the reason we chose Lovesac. We are very disappointed! read more

I would like to say that I have a super awesome couch right now, but LoveSac cancelled my order midway through ordering online. However, their financing company, still has a pending charge. The financing company says that LoveSac has to cancel the order and even though I have a charge and an order # that was cancelled, the reps from LoveSac have no record of my order. Everyone keeps pointing fingers at the other company, meanwhile, I don't have a couch, I have financing that has a pending charge that won't go away. The rep at the store, was AMAZING. Other than that, the purchasing process (or lack there of), has been a complete nightmare of hours of emails and phone calls with reps from both companies with zero progress or actual solutions. read more

Ok so I bought 6 seat 2 wedges and 10 back pieces back it 2017. Agree with a lot of the other post this couch is great you can take it apart you can wash it but, granted it take like an hour to remove all the covers and one more hour to put back on not including cleaning time. I love you can move this couch and make it whatever you need but, doing it by yourself your will get one heck of a work out not as easy as all the videos you see on there site but granted they have like 5-7 people moving the stuff around. So fast forward to now 2022 I deciding needed 2 more seats and the same covers I was super excited for it but, once I got slightly disappointed when I got because the fabric is different and the base of the couch is a slightly different. I then was like ok no big deal the covers will cover that and you won't be able to see it anyways right? No the covers I got are the same color but the fabric is different and the zipper is now blue/teal. Thank goodness I can put those pieces in the back and you can't really tell to much. I have OCD and I am a little upset but I don't want to go in and have them replace all of my covers so they all match. But grow with me no they are not unless you want slightly different stuff each time you buy.. please don't say grow with me and then change it. read more

We stopped by the Arboretum store while trying to decide between a Lovesac, or an accent chair for our living room. The staff was incredibly kind, and very helpful. We showed them pictures of where the piece would be going, and they were able to give us a better sense of what would fit best. They have a great in-home trial policy, and you can bring it back if you don't like it. They offered to have us go home and measure, then come back to make a to-scale model of the room, and help us decide. They were SUPER dog friendly, and gave our pup all the love, and made sure to let him approve of our purchase first! They gave us samples of fabrics to take home and compare to our furniture before we made a decision, and even helped guide us on the right time to order so our pieces didn't show up while we were out of town. read more

[PART 2 : PLEASE READ PART 1 FIRST] As I was saying, the biggest problem that LoveSac needs to addrerss is CONSISTENCY. If you can't maintain consistency, don't trick people into "adding more pieces later". To wrap up the review, here's a quick summary of issue that took last several months to resolve: 1) Even though I bought the *same* covers (seawater padded velvet, previously called rhinoplush) each time, I ended up owning covers from 3 different "dye lots", resulting in slightly different color tones and textures. Seriously? Hard to notice individually but super obvious side-by-side. Furthermore, when I tried to get 1 more base cover set recently, I found out that it was "discontinued" so I couldn't expand my set. But wait, a month later, it got brought back from the grave, though this time in yet another dye lot and as "custom covers", which are more expensive. 2) Inconsistent seat and back cushions. Just like the covers, I guess I ended up owning 2 different sets of naked pieces. One set is in khaki and the other in gray. It's obvious they were made differently and stuffed differently. Now I have 3 seat + back cushions that are noticeably flatter than the rest. I thought it was just usage difference at first but no, it's by design. I understand that the cushions needs to be "broken in" but it's already been 2 years. I even weighed the back cushions (just to make sure I'm not imagining things) and the new ones weight about 40% heavier, which means more stuffing. The fact is that after only 2 years of owning the Sactionals, the covers and the pieces are already not matching. How's that for "furniture that grow as you grow"? Do you still trust their 2-lifetime warrant? Now, I do want to point out here that Adam (and Debbie from a Dallas location) did work hard to compensate for this issue. Great customer service! In the end, we came up with this elaborate plan where essentially I'll be exchanging all the covers that I currently have for a new set of "custom covers" so that they would all match. I really appreciate their effort but again, their products failed to deliver 100%. They addressed issue #2 with "that's just how it is". I was told many times that the covers would be EXACTLY the same. They're not =( The custom covers don't have the embroidered LoveSac logo, or the oversized zipper pull tabs, or the 2 seam lines running across the middle, all of which are things that my wife and I liked. Oh, and the side covers ran small and was ridiculously hard to put on. I pointed out that the covers looked small when I was picking them up but the sales lady assured me that it would be alright. Should have made her try it out. Big mistake on my part. I know these might seem like minor issues. In some sense, I agree. But when I paid $4000 for something I could usually get for $1500, they become major issues. We also own a set of IKEA Ektorp sectionals which possesses similar features like washable, durable, and changeable. It only cost us $1000 and comes with a straightforward 10-year no-question-asked warranty. Are the Sactionals better than Ektorp? Yes! Are they $3000 better? Probably not. So in conclusion, here's what I've learned and wish I could have had before I invested into the Sactionals. 1) I'm not rich enough. These furniture are designed for those who won't even flinch at dropping $5000-$10000 for a couch. 2) Forget about adding pieces. You better know exactly how many total pieces you need from the very beginning. If you're adding pieces, they expect you to switch out *all* the covers. 3) Don't expect to reconfigure much. Once setup, you're not gonna want to change it. 4) Don't plan for "long term" or "future investment". You never know what's going to be discontinued. Just ask those people who invested in their 5-series Sactionals. Well, I've done my part in providing an informative review of their products. Don't get me wrong, I still think the idea is cool and that their products are comfortable. My point is just that they're certainly not for everyone and I wish they could have been more honest and realistic about their features. Don't expect their prices to go down. They recently did another price increase and the base and side naked pieces are now $400 and $200 respectively, up from $350 and $175. Would I buy any more products from LoveSac myself? Probably not, since I already have all the pieces I need and don't have to worry about matching any more. It would be nice if LoveSac could address issue #2. Even if I do find myself owning a house large enough in the future for me to look for an even bigger couch, I'll probably go get some *real* luxury couches =) read more

Let me preface this review by saying that I went back and forth many times on whether or not I was willing to drop $5K on a new living room set. But today I finally did--and I'm so, so happy about my purchase! I ordered a pillow-sac and an L-shaped "sactional" with Adam, the store manager, and Cheyenne, the designer. Cheyenne helped me piece together a fantastic color combination based on my personal style that fits perfectly with the aesthetic of my new home! I can't wait until I receive delivery! I have a friend who purchased a Lovesac during Black Friday last year, and all she could talk about for days was her new sactional. Initially, I was skeptical, but every time I was able to fall sound asleep on her couch, I became more and more convinced. The price is admittedly more than what I have paid for furniture in the past, but between the quality of the materials and the quality of customer service, I earnestly believe that it is worth EVERY penny. So I ordered a super sak a week before Christmas and was told it would be there on the 23rd of December. I was pleasantly surprised and waiting for my shipping label to be emailed to me. After trying to contact costumer service, online, about 4 times I had never received any help or even an answer or email back. Finally I called the store I purchased it from and had a nice chat with the store manager, but I still wasn't given any definite answer as to when my Lovesac would arrive. I'm just very disappointed with the lack of communication from the company. I love the products but don't know if I'd order their products again due to the issues I've had thus far. Yes, these couches are not cheap, but they are so comfortable. BUT, shipment, delivery, setup and customer service have much to be desired. I took the morning off of work because the delivery was to be made between 9AM and noon. The delivery arrived at 1:30pm, with no call. They were supposed to call 30 mins before arrival. When I called to find out what was going on, they claimed they called me, and that I didn't answer. According to my cell phone history - I had no missed calls. I PAID for ASSEMBLY, but the feet to my ottoman were missing. I know missing feet doesn't sound like much, but without the feet the ottoman can't be joined to the couch, or even placed on the floor. I called the office, and they said they would try to find some for me. No details were given, just that they would try. The next day, I drove to the store to pick up the ottoman feet. With no explanation I was handed a bag with used, banged up, old feet. I was so angry at this point I got online for a Chat, There I chatted with Linda who knew WAY more about what was going on than I did. She let me know that the old feet were just temporary and that new feet had been ordered for me and would be shipped to me in 7-10 days. It would have been nice if my local store would have let me know that. read more

I have been researching a lovesac online for quite a while now. I guess i wanted to relive growing up always having a beanbag chair. My wife and I were in Austin Christmas shopping and thought we would just pop in and see what they were like. Well needless to say they were everything I thought they would be. Long story short we took home a supersac and squataman. We got it home unpacked it and actually followed the directions. After getting it set up I realized the negative reviews I had read online had to be from people that didnt follow set up instructions. We are so pleased with our supersac and our boxers approve of it too. Sarah and Adam were awesome to help and Winston just provided the icing on the cake. Thanks Lovesac for a great Christmas. Terrible experience and horribly uncomfortable couch. I've had it for 9 months now, so I definitely gave it a good try. I have tried every configuration but none of them are comfortable. I thought I would love this as I like to change things around frequently and this would let me do that. But the seats lengths are too short in one direction and too long in the other. The material is scratchy. The back cushions are too thick and too long. They don't fit well on the length along the back, nor on width, they take up too much room. I've tried using other pillows but they don't look right. I wish I could return it! Also notable is that I ordered it and had it delivered. It was placed about 1/2 mile from my house on the county road and left there. My entrance has a number on it, so it was obviously not the right location based on my address. I tried to talk to LoveSac and Fed Ex about this problem, and no one ever called me back. I left messages multiple times. But I could get over everything if it was just comfortable. I wish I still had my Pottery Barn couch that was half the price! read more

So everyone in the store was helpful and friendly when we were shopping for our couch but after we paid it was a different story. My couch was lost in shipping. Which meant I was paying for a couch I never received. No body could give me a shipping date. Lots of phone calls. I told my sales person the hard time I was having with the shipping company and they said they would check into it but never did. The couch did eventually make it to my house. After assembling the couch I realized we paid for 2 extra back cushions that we didn't need and don't fit on our couch. So pretty much I have $500 dollars just taking up room in my closet. On the plus side they are very comfortable couches. Don't apply for Synchrony Bank card with lovesac. I had a Synchrony credit card before and LOVED it and I thought it would be the same company but it was not. Bad customer service and they kept giving me the run around when I saw extra charges to my account. Maybe I just was tainted by the bad experience wish I had a better story to tell. read more
