Service was quick clean and neat. The space also. The quality of the work was wonderful. I got in at 6 and left at 6:55 for an SNS. I paid $55 they added a nail to my index finger plus the sns. I paid $65 with 20% tip. Lynn was the one to do my nails and it was very pleasant. I will be returning- literally tomorrow for my toes I am ready for the New Year! read more

I'd give them 3.5 stars if I could. First time I came here, I was helped by a younger woman who did a great job with my mani/pedi. Today, my experience was a bit more mixed but I would still recommend this shop for now. I'll give them one more chance. First off, they were accommodating even though I didn't have an appointment. I did have to wait 20 mins but at least they fit me in. They also offered me a beverage. The woman who did my pedicure was so nice and meticulous. She really took her time and made sure I liked what she was doing. I wish I'd gotten her name. It came out to $40, which is pretty pricy for a regular pedicure, but I felt like treating myself today. I do wish they posted their prices however so it would be more transparent up front. I also asked for an asymmetrical French gel manicure and that's where I'm left disappointed. The woman who did my manicure wasn't as detailed and never checked in to make sure she was doing things right. I had to ask her to fix how she filed one nail, she didn't use the right shade of pink for the base, and she painted my tips unevenly with messy lines. So my French manicure doesn't look asymmetrical, it just looks sloppy. I tried to tell her it was looking off, but she either didn't care or didn't understand me. Either way, I'm really frustrated each time I look at my hands. And it was $50! With tip, I paid over $100. At that price, I expect to leave fully satisfied with my nails. Not super impressed by this place. In fact I'd probably use the word DISASTROUS to explain this salon. They have great health and safety procedures for COVID; however, they lack process and consistency when it comes to the actual pedicure. I called ahead to ensure they could accommodate 3 people for pedicures at the same time. I was told this would not be a problem, so we went. Upon arrival, you are required to wear a mask and sanitize your hands. They also have plastic shields up between you and your technician. After taking a seat, this is where I was less than impressed. My two friends and I all ordered the same pedicure - the Delux, which comes with a scrub, mask, and massage. To begin, I was sitting in the chair for 20 minutes before they even started on me. My friends were well under way, and I was paid no attention. By the time they started on me, my water was actually cold. They cut my nails, and did my cuticles. They scrubbed one foot for calluses/dead skin, but not the other. They did a quick, rushed sugar scrub. Then they put a mask and hot towels on. No massage whatsoever. I had to say something for them to give me the included massage. I also had to ask for my nails to be buffed - they did not offer. My pedicure was finished 15 minutes before my two friends, who started 20 minutes before me. Not sure how that works... My friend go polish on her toes. She had to ask them to redo 3 toes multiple times. They left bubbles/debris on them. They got paint all over her skin. It was terrible. They did not proactively try to clean up their job. They left it and she had to ask them to remove the mess...they were oblivious. My friend also asked them to focus on one area where skin was peeling - not even a slight difference post pedicure. In short - AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. read more

I love the ladies here. This shop is a little bit smaller than others I've been too. However, the service was phenomenal. Ladies took their time on my nails and toes. All employees worked efficiently and fast while providing excellent service. They were not shy about wait times to customers walking in. While getting my toes done, the shop quickly filled up and new customers were told 30-45 min. They left and came back! What I love about the location is that it's next to Inizio's Pizza! Pedi & Pizza day for me!! I'll definitely be back! I can't wait for their newest location on Rea Rd. to open, so they'll be even closer! read more

It was my mistake that I did not ask prices before hand because I was in a hurry & when I checked out I was told $15, JUST FOR REGULAR TOE NAIL POLISH "CHANGE" (& I didn't even get polish change because my toe nails were bare)!! I have never paid that much before, maybe $10 max, a nail salon I usually go is only $8 but I didn't have time this day!! Very slow and ignorant. I had to wait 4 hours just to get my dip nails done. I was waiting and waiting and waiting. Women who came after me had their nails done and left the place, but not mine. I was embarrassed to be sitting there for such a long time. Even though I told them, I have to travel to Atlanta, I was made to wait. My husband and I were supposed to leave to Atlanta at 5PM, but I made it back home only at 7PM. I went there at 3PM. If I had an opportunity to give -ve stars, I would. The new mgmt sure knows how to run a nail salon. The place is immaculately clean. Tools are one time use only and kept sealed. The massage chairs make you feel as if you're at a spa. Beautiful chandeliers and tile floors. Everyone is friendly. Staff wear salon shirts and look and act professionally. You can earn points and get discounts. Paying in cash can earn you free service. I was trying to kill time while waiting on my boyfriend to get off work so I decided to go get my nails done. This place was great with walk-Ins. Out of 5 customers, only 1 had an appointment. There was no wait time. The employees work very efficiently. No customer was ever waiting. The technician who worked on my nails was very gentle and knew what she was doing. She has to excuse herself a few times to handle business things such as getting change, etc. which I completely understand. She was very polite and apologetic. I am still getting used to dip instead of acrylic but I was in the chair for 1 hour and 1/2. I am not sure if this is because of the dip or if she was slow. The technician had me wash my hands too early and there were scratched in the top coat. She fixed every nail that had been messed up. The new coat has a few streaks in it because she was moving quickly. I don't blame her, I was ready to get out of there too. The streaks are not noticeable from a regular distance. If they bother me later I will just put my own clear coat over the top. Overall I had a pleasant experience and prices are very fair. If I am up hear again when it is time for a change I will go back. read more
