We wanted to bring our outside landscape in as an extension to our home, so we had a beautiful screen door put in at the front of our house, and a lanai put in our backyard. The process was easy, and relatively fast. The three man crew was very professional, respectful, and made sure to completely clean up each day so our yard didn't look like it was under construction, even though it was. An unusual event in Las Vegas! Screen mobile came when they said they were coming for an estimate, gave a very fair price, and then came back and completed the work when they said they would!!! Everyone was very professional, did excellent work, and would def call them again. I had (1) a new screen door placed in a casita, which required frame as well as double screen door, (2) repair of an oversized screen door that my German Shepard ran through in a moment of excitement, and (3) a new screen door and frame inserted into a slider that was originally installed without either. I had the option of a pet screen, which was stronger than the standard (review German Shepard comment above) but not the ridiculously expensive stuff that you will be quoted from some places. We had twelve screens to replace with frames, he did all the work within a few hours and professionally done. I had screen mobile replace all of the screens in my 20 year old home. It was time. When I first called to schedule, the receptionist had said that most people schedule with the window so they just do them the same day and for some reason I decided not to do that and I should've the quote process is very simple straightforward they text you or email you the full quote for every window. I then rescheduled to have them come back and do the install. It took a couple of hours but the screens fit perfect they look, absolutely absolutely stunning. Horrible customer service and defective product! We bought exterior window screens when we purchased our place in 2015. Almost immediately one particular bar on one window began to slip, but it wasn't noticeable. In 2017, our HOA was putting pressure on homeowners in the neighborhood and threatening fines to either repair, clean or replace broken and faded window screens. I contacted ScreenMobile to repair this slip and was told it would cost $80. After several weeks, he finally showed up to fix it and we paid the $80. Soon thereafter, this same bar began to slip again. When it became noticeable, I contacted ScreenMobile to come repair it again and was told it would cost $89 to fix. I told him I already paid to have this same exact bar fixed and didn't think I should have to pay to fix again because it is obviously defective. I was told it's outside of some warranty period (I never got an invoice for the repair stating any warranty period) and he isn't responsible for the weather that can cause damage and slippage like this. He also suggested I have my window washer come tap it back into place. His exact response is in the text messages I am including in this review. First, if it is that simple to repair, why did I pay $80 the first time and be expected to pay $89 a second time. I paid to have it fixed permanently the first time, which I should t have had to pay at all in my opinion. Clearly the product is defective and he is refusing to make it right unless I pay him AGAIN, which apparently still won't fix the problem permanently. Second, I live in a two story townhouse. I don't have a ladder tall enough to reach the window to "tap" it myself AND I don't have window washers. I told him his response is not acceptable because I have already paid him to have this exact bar fixed. He has not responded to me since even when I warned him I would contact and file a complaint with the corporate franchise office, which I have. I have not had problems with any of the other 3 window screens. Just this one window screen, which is obviously defective. read more
