BEWARE!!! I took my car here for the 3rd time since owning the vehicle, the car somehow came off the track and went sideways hitting the side of the equipment/wall. It was very alarming and scary to be in the vehicle at the time. There is damage to my front right bumper, also a mysterious white scratch on the back of my tailgate cover. The manager refused to give me their insurance information or the video claiming this is my fault that I pushed the brake, which I did not! I have been going to this car wash for 20 years and have never had this happen. Something malfunctioned with their belt pushing my car from behind to end up sideways and hitting the wall/equipment! I am very disgusted that they are not taking responsibility for this! DO NOT GO TO THE BELLEROSE VILLAGE CAR WASH either they own both! I will be having my insurance fight this. read more

I paid for an exterior wash with wax. How is it that I have to then manually clean my car for an hour after the car wash? I had mud on both sides of my car due to all the inclement weather over the past few weeks and went to the car wash to get it off. They left all the dirt on my car, took my tip and pretended there was no dirt whatsoever on my car. Not trust worthy staff. I would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible service. I used to love coming here but now I see there's new management in the service is piss. Poor the worst I've ever seen for this place and I've been coming here for 15 years. I don't wanna leave this review, but I feel compelled to stay away from this place they charge me $10 more and do less of the service I wanted to see them win as a company because it feels every five years there's new management but this management is not doing a good job with this car wash. I came here because the other Sonic down the street doesn't do detailing, which I definitely needed because of mold that had developed from trapped moisture in my car after a few months of not driving it. I was promptly greeted and advised of the price and estimated wait time. They took a little longer than expected, but it was worth the wait! My car is now clean, free of mold (if it can ever truly be gone I don't know), and smells fresh! The jambs, windows, dashboard, rugs and seats, etc, are all clean. They put all my belongings into a big garbage bag, I have a lot of things, which I will have to go through and put everything back later. They disposed of my drink which I just bought, but that is not that big of a deal. I am overall satisfied with the work completed and the friendliness of the employee who serviced my vehicle. I didn't see the other reviews until I came here to write mine, sorry others didn't have a pleasant experience, but I did. Worth giving them a try! read more

Terrible car wash. I paid for tire shine but I guess it wasnt marked so they said I would have to go all the way back around and talk to the person in the front. I didnt have time to do that so I just didnt bother. Even worse than that was the wash itself! They dont even properly clean or dry the car. I paid for the package interior and exterior. Horrible experience. I've come here before and never had a problem until today. My car was not clean at all. I paid $28 for essentially a bubble bath. My car had water stains on the windshield and bird droppings still left on the hood. The guy in the picture refused to offer a solution, his answer was to "go somewhere else". Ultra Sonic Express - The terrible car wash - Auto Detailing Near Me - Floral Park, New York

I returned to Ultra Sonic Express after many months because I was in desperate need of an exterior wash and - more importantly - an interior cleaning. I wasn't super impressed with my last visit and reviews by recent patrons gave me pause but I bit the bullet and stopped in. Full disclosure: this was largely because the "other" Ultra Sonic down the street and USA Car Wash even further down the street were both super backed up with waiting vehicles and t I couldn't wait that long. That being said, Ultra Sonic Express also had a wait just to enter their compound, but it was shorter than the aforementioned competitors. I elected for the basic interior + exterior cleaning and paid an additional $2 to get my rear floor mats "shampooed" (more on that in a sec). The total came out to just over $26 (including tax). Once I entered the compound and paid for my selected services, the employee directed me to one of 2 lanes they have. The 2 lanes still feed back into 1 lane for the vacuuming and interior cleaning and is intended just to get the cars into the compound and alleviate the back of vehicles lined up and waiting to enter from Jericho Tpke. The vacuum crew did a decent job of cleaning the interior but I noticed that they didn't "shampoo" my mats - they just vacuumed them. When I pointed it out to one of the crew members, he said, "I don't know" and pretty much walked away from me. I asked him if anyone spoke English (because it was clear to me that he couldn't converse with me) and he pointed to another gentleman. When I pointed it out to the 2nd guy, he quickly took my rear mats and walked into the tunnel where all vehicles eventually enter and get onto the conveyer belt to be washed. I could see that he dropped my mats onto the ground and pressure washed them before bringing them back out to be run thru another machine, apparently to dry them...or at least to remove as much excess water as possible within those few seconds. It did the trick so I can't complain but I didn't see any actual shampooing involved. The wash was itself was fine and the crew members who dried off my car upon exiting the tunnel did an acceptable job (unlike my last time there). Still, once you drive off and stop somewhere, you will have a bunch of water that makes its way out of all the gaps they didn't/couldn't get to. In comparison, the UIltra Sonic down the street has been known the to use an air compressor to blow out water from various spots, thus reducing the amount of water that will spot your car as you drive away and which you will need to dry yourself if you don't want spots on your car. This trip was much better than my last one so I will give them another shot (when I face similar backups at other nearby car washes) and see if this visit was an exception or a new pattern. The cost, however, is markedly higher than what USA Car Wash charges. I think USA is around $16 for a basic interior and exterior wash & dry. Also: both USA and the other Ultra Sonic (not the Express location) pull your car over once it exits the tunnel and hand dries it. The Express location just dries it off quickly before they motion for you to pull onto Jericho and drive away. The Express location requires you to drive your car thru the wash tunnel while USA and the other Ultra Sonic have a crew member who drives your car into the tunnel before putting it on the conveyor belt and another member will drive your car off the belt and to the area where they finish off with a hand dry, tire shine, etc. read more

My RAV 4 needs an exterior wash only. Glad to know that this place is back to service after its long renovation. This where I have my car washed before I switched to Ultra Sonic two blocks away. They have changed their name too, sounds like they are under the same management. Oh well, i could have presented my membership card in able to find out and to get credit too :) I love their exterior cash wash service in a way that I could be inside my car during the washing, enjoy quiet moment during this cool short trip and drove my car right away after the cleaning, no time wasted. Standard cleaning result, not like i will be super impressed of the work done. What i got surprise though was the new service price comparing to my last service. :( read more

This place washes with their eyes closed. I went to this car wash for an interior and exterior wash and when I went home I had to clean all the marks they missed. This is the last time I go to this place. I will not recommend this car wash to anyone. Staff is also not friendly. read more

The pricing became much more expensive than when it was Jericho Turnpike Car Wash. Now the pricing has two categories: External and Internal cleaning. For the Internal Cleaning, I believe it is $7. It usually comes with interior vacuuming, cleaning the carpets, vacuuming the trunk, cleaning the dashboard, and others. For the External Cleaning, the pricing will depend on the option you select. For extra money, I believe it is much worth to go to Ultra Sonic Car Wash which is couple of blocks away from this place. The cleaning detailing at Ultra Sonic Car Wash is much better than here but the lines are usually longer... read more

The employees at the front are sooo soo rude , we use to go there all the time with old owner , the employees were courteous and very well behaved, they did nasty job cleaning , and also behaved very badly , although the car wash had only two cars they didn't clean mine well, they didn't even clean the radio screen it had finger marks and even at the end of cleaning it had marks .. I wish I could give them zero stars. They need to listen to the customers. Am really disappointed because we have been visiting this location for the past 30 years. Although they did not do my backseat. i turned around to check and saw there was still obvious dirt. i showed the guy and he let me pull back around where the vacuumed again. I just left there and tried to call to say how unhappy I am but shockingly no one answers the phones. My interior looks the same as when I clean around with a duster. I don't expect perfection but come on. $20? For this? I've been going here for at least ten years. They closed down I went elsewhere. They reopened and it's this way now. I think I'm going elsewhere again. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! The strangest part of this reopening is that now if you want a car wash you buy a car wash for 11.00$ sounds great right ? Noooooo to get the inside cleaned u have to pay 9$ for the interior package. Huh? In my 35 years of driving and washing I have never seen this. First time here, after going to the hand wash down the block for years. 2 words. OVER PRICED! The top of line wash was 20 dollars and then the guy goes oh but that's only for the outside. They wanted 30 dollars for a mechanical car wash and to do your inside. Way under staffed as well. Better off going down the block to the hand car wash. At least they do it by hand. Long story short. I cannot believe how bad the wash was. I drove off after being hurried through the drying process and got home to see the car was almost worse than when I brought it in. Smudges worse than before and wet spots all over. I brought it back and spoke with the manager. He said I should have stayed to see how the car was cleaned. You cannot wait because there is no space to wait. The exit is on the street and with more cars on the line, you're forced out. I paid for the VIP treatment but instead got the hobo treatment. The manager said it appears it had been a long time since I had the car cleaned. I asked if that would matter since the machines touch each part of the car. I was impressed for the monthly service, and since my wife likes her car always shinny and clean I got the monthly subscription, it was about $80 per month unfortunately I did not try their service before. Well, my wife is very unhappy and she says that after coming out of the washer and having their people dry the car all we see is two lazy people with a small towels in hand trying to dry the car at a minimum speed while they rush her out of there. They left the car all wet and did not even open the doors to dry around it and left the car with foam around the doors. Now I have to wait until the month is over so I can cancel my membership. I called and left a message to have the call back (as instructed) and nobody call me back. FIRST AND LAST. Why do I have to leave one star? They do not deserve any. read more

I am a client that takes 4 cars to get washed. When they're done vacuuming the car you'll still have dirt on your seats and other places. They spray so your windows and leave streaks not only that but the liquid that they spray is left to run down on your window switch. I have complained to the guys and they end up laughing and talking about you in Spanish and I know because I speak it. I told the manager who is a fat guy in the entrance and he had the audacity to tell me to pay more so they can do a better job. LAST TIME ILL EVER BRING MY CARS!!!! read more
