I've purchased one Umbrella Armory OCAW from these gentleman and holy cow has my experience been Very good. These guys are very inviting and are extremely knowledgeable in this niche craft. The OCAW line is the god tier gun in the airsoft world and it's performance once Sighted in is a lazer gun. It's practically cheating how Accurate these Are! Also my guns have had minor hiccups as which is possible with any airsoft gun which needed a very minor tweak / adjustment and were fixed same day. Are these guns expensive? Yes Will you stand out? Update - 3rd weapon arrived, 16 weeks after ordering. A DMR which is supposed to shoot 500 FPS......it is shooting 345 FPS. Also, issues shooting in semi. This means both weapons I ordered had issues upon arrival, when they finally did show up. There's no way I can recommend this company. My son had a good experience upgrading his Krytac PDW. Upgrades are definitely pricey but he received a finished product exactly what he wanted. So be prepared to pay some money because these things don't come cheap. You won't be disappointed on the result when you receive your finished product. STAY MILES AND MILES AND MILES AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This has to be the worst transaction I have ever had with anyone, to the point I had to involve my bank. Worst customer service ever they don't even know who they are talking to even with a order I'd number. They will run around circles with you over the phone just to get you off the phone. The complaints you have save it and throw it away because it is never going to be addressed. They will take your money and won't even follow up with you until you make the first steps that's when they will start working on it and move forward with the built. Website says 2 weeks been over a month. All your going to get is an email saying we are sorry. Umbrella Armory was able to get me back into the fun of airsoft. Before I purchased my OCAW (this is their top of the line $2,000 airsoft gun, don't judge me lol) I read up alot online about the quality of the product and what comes entailed with ownership. If I'm being entirely honest, at first I was a little bit afraid. I've seen alot of discussion on Airsoft forums about issues with reliability, build quality, etc. I fortunately live in Pasadena, which is about a 30 minute drive from their offices. I decided to give them a call (Feb 2018) to get some more info, I spoke with their employee Dave (super cool guy, very knowledgeable) and gather more info. To my suprise Dave invited me to come visit their office so I could get some more insight and hands on experience. I was beyond impressed with the service I received. Dave taking the time out of his day to educate me thoroughly on the OCAW really solidified my trust with the company, especially when he was put and honest about mistakes in the past. Late March I came home to a long box laying on my doorstep. There was my OCAW. I immediately set it up with some of my old accessories and got ready for the weekend. I'm telling you, I have not had so much fun playing airsoft in so long. The performance on this rifle is so far beyond anything I have ever used before. It has been nearly 4 months now and my OCAW has given me no issues. I look forward to send my OCAW in for my 6 month maintenence in September to see what I really did to the internals. It is definately fun being the 43 year old airsoft dad with an Airsoft Gun that takes out kids with Polar Stars from the other side of the field. Purchased a krytac lvoas from them. Did not work, had issues when i received it. Its been over 4 weeks. No one will call or email me back to resolve this. Worst transaction ever. Complete lack of customer service and ethics. These guns are not cheap at $1100.00. I would expect more from umbrella. Could have had better results with a smaller local shop. read more

I started off a bit skeptical after reading some online reviews. So I decided to pay Umbrella Armory a visit in person. As I parked and walked up to their office I noticed a sign that said by appointment only. Thinking I may have wasted a trip I decided to enter their office anyways and poke around. After walking in the sounds of machine equipment resonated from the back of the warehouse. I entered into a lobby area with chairs and a couch, as well as several beautiful airsoft riffles on the wall. After saying an audible "Hello?" I was greeted by two gentlemen. I apologized for walking in after I noticed the sign that said appointment only, Dade, one of the men I met, said "well we put that there just to make sure we are here if someone comes by, but come on in, do you want a bottle of water or anything?" From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt welcomed and at home, I got to meet some of the tech's in the back, and got to test fire some weapons. Dade, and one of the other associates there gave me a great run down of product / selection, and features. This lead to me making a purchase as soon as I got back to my office, the feel of an Umbrella airsoft riffle is like none other, these airsoft riffles are the REAL DEAL. Yes you pay a good amount for it, but when you need performance and reliability you dont want to short change yourself. After ordering I emailed Dade, and he sent me a quick response welcoming me to the umbrella family, and informing me of the next steps to come. I've ordered 2 different airsoft replicas from this business. The Krytac LMG I ordered we just took apart for repairs and it DID NOT have the upgraded gears inside the gearbox that they promise on their website. Before I knew this I ordered a SPR-M Krytac DMR and waited months before contacting them and asking when I can expect it. They said it is next to be worked on, and then never worked on it. It's been 6 months since that order and I finally just cancelled. Their guns aren't what they say they are, they charge too high of prices, and their customer service is horrible. Find a local shop to work on your airsoft replicas. read more

How Capcom hasn't come down on them like they usually do for IP infringement is beyond me. Umbrella Armory embodies the ambitious spirit of the great techs that made some of the most innovation seen in this Airsoft. But that's about where it ends. After you get done being lost in all the pretty & expensive parts, the novelty quickly wears off and then you see you overpayed for siegetek & Riot SC Gears and a Retro Arms T7075 Billet Gearbox. All my clients that go to them all have the same complaints: -Poor customer service -Poor warranty service -Overpayed for something that should work better. I'm not saying take it to a better tech, but to all that have had give severely protracted RMA turn around times shows that Umbrella is in over their heads. read more

First thing you need to know about Umbrella Armory: Patience pays off. I have zero knowledge when it comes to the internals of my Krytac but I wanted to take out Polarstars at the fields I play at. I was looking at polarstars but then I saw a video from Dutch the Hooligan on Youtube using one of their guns and man, I had to get my hands on one of them. I was skeptical from some of the reviews I saw online and the high price tag ($799 for an upgrade?!), but I wanted to give them a shot and schedule an appointment so I emailed them and they were able to accommodate me. Upon showing up I quickly discovered they are a group of guys that are truly Airsofters and turns out, some of them play at me and my son's field. They gave me a brief tour of their shop and let me and my son test fire their builds. I decided to pull the trigger on the upgrade and was assured I was going to be taken care of throughout the process. Throughout the next month or so, I was given updates on my gun and finally was notified it was ready for pick up. I was incredibly impressed. The gun shoots lasers and on the field, it outranges my buddy's Polarstar. The experience is night and day. I also did not know Included with my upgrade, is a 1 year warranty and a lifetime service guarantee, as well as 2 high end PTS mags and 2 11.1 lipos. I definitely ended up getting more than I paid for. I will be saving up for an OCAW for the next Lion Claws! read more

We went to California to have our airsoft gun upgraded. After six weeks of waiting we received our order incomplete and damaged. They failed to fulfill the order by not including the hard case we bought, and they put OUR internal component back into the gun when it should have been replaced in the upgrade package we paid for (make sure you know what is in your guns people!) To top it off our gun was sent to us damaged. They never completely assembled it and instead just wrapped it in brown paper and shipped it to us. To pour more salt on the wound one of the 2 batteries we bought is also faulty. We then spent the next 4 or 5 weeks emailing, calling, leaving voicemails, messages on Facebook literally EVERYTHING we could think of and got no response. For an upscale airsoft business we expected WAY more. What a let down. read more

Bought their LVOA-C DMR, it out-ranges virtually every other replica on every field I take it to. Umbrella Armory is the blue ribbon of airsoft. After a year of play I had issues with the Titan, I returned it to UA around thanksgiving and had it back just after Christmas. read more

I have been playing airsoft for 10+ years and have wasted thousands of dollars over time with going to local techs who state they will make my gun as good as Umbrellas for half the cost but end up being complete garbage and a waste of time. Ninja Techs...I received my 2nd rifle from UA and it performed better than I could have imagined. Straight out of the case onto the field without any adjustments needed. Using .3's it was breaking thin branches and shot with pin point accuracy. I have several high end AEG M4's all 2017 / 2018 models. The 2 from UA out perform the other M4's in every aspect. I lent the 2 rifles to my cousins for a skirmish and within a month they sold their guns and made the switch. I've had good feedback from customer service as well. They helped me customize my 2nd rifle to a very specific FPS/Joule measured with .25's and it came exactly as requested. It might take a month to 6 weeks to arrive but is absolutely worth the wait! read more

Horrible customer service, you would swear you were trying to reach someone on mars. I begged them to call me they never did. One time they asked for my phone number and I thought at last a human to speak with, NOPE NADA GOOSE EGG, they never called. Additionally, terrible workmanship sent gun back damaged and blamed me. I took them my Krytac SPR and had them upgrade it. Took about 2 months but man it was worth the wait. The gun shoots lights out. I can hit a man size target at 100 yards no problem. I have played about 8 rounds with it and its so good its like cheating. I run .32gr bbs and it shoots at about 385 fps. I know it seems expensive but if you want to outgun the field give the guys at Umbrella a call. Love my SPR thanks guys!!!! Bill read more

Non-existent customer service. They take high-end parts and put them together so the product you receive is nice but the company itself is garbage. Orders can take months and they don't answer any of their phone numbers, text messages, facebook messages, emails, or IG DM. Sometimes you can actually tell someone actively declined your call by the number of rings and then they turn their phone off. read more

This company is a joke. I sent my rifle to them to do a build on and was told 1-3 weeks lead time. It was over two months that it took them to get me my rifle. They had replaced everything that was supposed to replace but many things they didn't replace. I paid 514$ for this rifle. Granted, it is wonderful. It shoots great and I love the performance. But the hassle of always having to contact this company multiple times just to get an update on my build is absurd. this company has no professionalism in terms of their time management. They'll push orders that were placed after you ahead just because of the fact that those orders were higher end guns. They'll make excuses as to why the gun wasn't built and outright tell you that one of their techs wasn't fit for the job and that is why my rifle wasn't in my hands sooner. Anyone and everyone stay clear away from this scam. To add on. I was never sent my old parts with my rifle which is part of the deal. I had a few hundred dollars worth of parts already in the rifle before I sent it to them and when I asked about my parts the sent me parts that usually go into a stock krytac thinking I wouldn't know some of my internals. I'm placing a claim on my payment and placing a scam case against this company. They are lucky to be operating. Stay away. If you need upgrades. Go to smaller techs on Instagram. Most of them will probably be quicker and cheaper. read more
