It's been 9 years since I havnt been in the game . My friends who all have gear invited me to join. I go in the store at 6:50 (felt bad because they close at 7, but hey just a mask because I needed it for the next morning). Walked in and the gentleman behind the counter was SUPER nice to me and explained all my options in masks and why they all looked different. I walked out with a new mask! The next day my friend sells me the gun he let me borrow. It's now a week later I come to the store and this time it's his mom that helps me, I can tell she cares because she tried helping me last time as well . She takes the hopper off and shows me how to change the battery's, then starts opening the gun and says no neeed to leave it here it's perfect condition greased and o-rings perfect. She was honest! I bought a case for the gun, barrel cover, and cleaning supplies for the gun. This place is awesome. They have a huge selection of gear, accessories, etc. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and they seem to truly care about the customer experience. I bought a few cases of paintball paint today and without asking, the owner (I think that's who he is) voluntarily offered to assist me with loading my car up. I'm a sucker for superior customer service and this place exemplifies the aforementioned. I wish they had more guns in stock so I could help them out and purchase a few backups but this appears to be a common trend across the entire industry at the moment (no one has any decent guns in stock). This is the place! We were in desperate need to find a handful of paintball guns for an event we are having, and this incredible family saved the day. I found out that Mountain view Paintball has been family owned and operated for over ten years. They have a 3,500 sqft. showroom and are the largest paintball store in Southern California. I needed CO2 for my kegerator. The people that work there are very professional. They helped me and said I had to get my CO2 tank checked. I wasn't very happen but they were just following the law.
