Came here on Chinese new year which was on a Tuesday. Showed up right after an early lunch right around noon. We were lucky that this was located in that Chinatown mall because we got parking and we're able to walk directly up here. When I got here, there was no line there was one other patron waiting for her order. There are a couple screens where you put your order in and then they text you because they ask you for your phone number once your order is ready then you pick it up right on the left-hand side of where they're actually is a register. The one girl who was working here that day was very nice and friendly, but I don't think she totally understood me as I was trying to explain the benefits of leaving tip in cash versus tip on the card at the kiosk where you put your order in. We did order two drinks and both drinks are absolutely delicious. However the Taro milk Boba tea was a little bit chewy. You could obviously customize your toppings, the sugar amount, the iced amount, etc. that sounds pretty standard. The flavors were delicious and super fresh so frankly, if this came out of a can or out of powder, it definitely didn't taste like it. Really top quality and great taste for the price. I believe each drink was $6.25 which puts it right at par with a lot of its competitors in Chinatown. Also, if you order some of the unique drinks that come in a unique square cup, believe it or not. The location is completely decked out in their pink. It's very cute and I assume was really put together for the purpose of social media pictures as you can see from the pictures I took. I would definitely come back here again as it is unique however, a lot of the menu is pretty similar across the Boba competitors located in this exact same mall as well.

This place is so cute. I remember when it first opened a couple years ago with their surprise keychain but the drinks are good. There's two kiosk you can order from and the decoration inside is so cute. They're so nice. Once we grabbed our drinks they said thank you for waiting and it just really shows how considerate they are.

TICKLED PINK If a magic pink elephant simultaneously vomited and had diarrhea then this would be the result. This place seems like it was the result of an interior design job by HELLO Kitty. Pink eye has a whole other meaning in this place. Ok, I'll stop trying to PINK a fight with this business. I will give them credit, because you would be tickled pink over the mini version of Chicago's iconic BEAN sculpture. It is a cool prop for photo ops and just adds a cute and memorable element to the decor. I'll admit, I couldn't resist taking a Pic of the mini landmark, myself. As for the drink, I got the MATCHA TEA LATTE and it was topped wth matcha ice cream. It was mild with matcha flavor and was perfectly creamy and sweet. They had me at ice cream, but the bonus was the ice cream served a functional perk as it helped keep the drink sweet as the ice melted and diluted the drink. The variety of drinks was impressive and anyone is sure find a drink to their liking here. They only had oat milk as the dairy alternative. It would be nice if they also had almond or soy milk, but because of allergies they may be trying to keep safe from cross contamination You can order at the kiosk or with the cashier which is efficient for keeping the queue flowing. It looks like a pink color bomb went off in here, but at least the tea was also exploding with flavor

I've been wanting to come here forever and finally cane with my friend. The space is super small but really cute with lots of pink everywhere and some fun Chicago decor too. They have so many drink options, but I went with the matcha strawberry with boba and green tea ice cream. 10/10. So good. Sweet, creamy, and just the right amount of matcha flavor. It's always packed no matter what time you go, and you can tell the staff in the back are hustling nonstop. They work hard!!! Will definitely be back to try more drinks.

Off the main Chinatown path but worth a stop! You can order your drink at the kiosk and customize everything - even the level of sweetness. Lots of yummy drinks to try. Even on a busy evening, the wait is minimal. I heard the you can pay a little extra to get a special cup with a fun little surprise keychain!

Cute! Love the pink interior and baby bean in the side of the room. We went on a Sunday and it took a little longer than I expected to get my drink but when I did it was fantastic. Came in on a busy weekend to grab a tea to sip on while walking around China town. The inside is smaller, but decorated so nicely in different shades of pink and a variety of textures. It's pretty easy to find the menu and order on a tablet. You do have the option to order through a person behind the counter too, though. I went with a standard brown sugar black milk tea and only 30% sugar. I like that you can customize the level of ice and sweetness. My drink was ready within 2-3 minutes, despite how busy they were. It was exactly as I ordered and perfect to quench my thirst during afternoon explorations.

This is one of my daughter's favorite specialty drink shop ever! I'm sure it's because of the stuffy surprise cups. In any case, inside is decorated so cute and Chicago themed, so great for tourists. The drinks itself they have a really nice variety and you get a pretty large sized drinks for around $8. I wanted to give a special shout out because the young lady at the register was super friendly and honored my coupon (which was from their original grand opening). Compared to when they first started from the grand opening, it looks like they've become a lot more efficient too. They are fast at preparing the drinks and they also have a couple of online kiosks and QR code, and they show your placement of the order on a monitor above pickup. So great job evolving and providing great customer service. Oh yeah, the drinks were yummy too! Had a thai tea and the lychee drinks.

Cute concept with the mystery key chain plushie on the bottom of the cup. For $11 though... one time for the fun and games. Didn't really like my drink-- it was too sour(?). Maybe I'll stick to the milk tea next time. Got my drink pretty quick. The dining area is HUGE but only two tables and a few chairs. Edit with details. Pic of surprise cup drink. I wrote this on google, and they removed it along with other 1 star reviews with similar experience to raise their ratings. I resubmitted it.(Huge red flag) It's very tiny with a poor layout. There are 2 or 3 tables on the left wall. The pick up is crammed next to the tables. They have 1 register and 2 machines next to it, where you can order from, but they are places in a 4 foot counter. Most people didn't know they had machines till they got to the register. So you have a line sticking out the door. You cant sit to enjoy your drinks because it gets crowded easily. people waiting for drinks form a crowd next to the tables, so as the line grows, the crowd grows worse and is uncontrolled. I got excited they opened a shop here because of the surprise cups. It was awfully busy the first few days, so we waited until today. The line was small. The surprise cups are cute. We bought 3 drinks but for $31. They have Cute 2-3in plushies, sure? But the drinks were not worth the huge wait. They lacked flavor. The only reason you'd want to go and wait is for the plushie photo op, but the drinks are best somewhere else nearby. the surprise cup drinks are small. After you take the plushie out? You have to rip off the paper that reveals a regular $6 cup. We took the lid off, and the cup was not filled to the top. 1 in gap. We placed order 3 drinks, somehow 10+ People after me got their orders way before we did because they were not filling them in order. I felt so bad having to ask them because they were busy but 2 of my cups had been sitting at pick up counter for 15mins. I squeezed through the crowd to ask and they brought out 12 drinks at once. My strawberry watermelon tea with tapioca was good but it's just a trendy spot. Obviously geared for gen Z. Didn't even have plant based milk. Had to wait like 10 minutes for a fruit juice with tapioca. All of that waiting done stranding in a small crowded room with music coming from a Bluetooth speaker on the floor in a comer. I like the cuteness factor here with the stuffed animals, and the fact that you can earn points when you sign up with them and earn rewards. The snacks are also good. Maybe if they can lower the price a little for the drinks and stuffed animals combined, that would be great! I ordered the brown sugar boba drink here today. The woman at the counter told me I'd have to wait for them to make more boba, I said sure. 20 mins later they handed me my boba drink. I tried it and it had mushy melted mochi stuff in it, not boba. When I asked her where the boba was, she acted confused and told me "that was my drink" . I politely asked for a refund, which she gave to me. I'm thinking they were just out of boba, which is fine, but just be honest. Plus I had to wait around for a drink I did not want. I ordered the Thai milk tea with crème brule and I was worried bc the drink is fixed sugar and ice level but it was a well balanced drink! It's not too sweet but could definitely be colder. Boba is good but more in the squishy side. My friend had the Oreo crème brule oolong tea and she said it was good. She got a cute bear plushie. Not the best tea or boba I've had and I'm not sure I would return do to their limited menu read more

All of the employees were very courteous. I ordered the gardenia tea with half sweetness. I thought it was nice, but I do wish the floral flavor was just a little stronger. The cups, along with the entire shop, are aesthetically pleasing. I'd come back here for sure the next time I'm in Chinatown.
