Star Massage Found…read morethis place because I was in the area. I called and the lady (receptionist) was able take me in. I came in and ask for the "Combo #1" (30mins body & 30mins foot massage). I was ask to pay first before service. $60 total. She lead me into a private room. Well it's not completely closed because it doesn't have a ceiling. **Inside Area** Inside the store was dark with a few yellow lamps for the ambiance. Soft instrumental music was being played. Not too loud just perfect. 5/5 **Private Room** Not fully seal since it has an opening at the top with two wooden bars I guess if you for deep tissue (they use it to stand while massaging your back) Soft yellow light inside. Room is clean and no smell. The room has shelf where you can leave your phone and wallet. 5/5 **Service** I was ask to take off my shirt and pants. But I was wearing long pants so I kept those on. I laid face down and the lady (Susan, the receptionist) was taking doing my massage. She asked if I wanted medium or hard pressure; I pick medium. But I feel I should have ask for hard. After taking care of my back I was told to turn over. She did great works on my neck and shoulder. Hands and arms are good. My favorite was when she massage my feet. I felt most of knots were relieve. I have a high pain tolerance so I know for sure I'm not getting any bruises later. 5/5 **Completion** After the service, She told me I can put in my shirt and exit when ready. She waiting in the front and I gave her the tips of $40 cash. I've been to many massages in the past so I made sure I have tips in hand before exiting. I told her I will be seeing her again. She smiles and was very happy to hear that. 5/5 Tip: If you pay cash it's cheaper by $3 versus credit card. Better to tip in cash. Overall review: nice place, Susan was really friendly. Clean place, they offer water and tea all self-serve. I would definitely go back when I'm in the area. So far no funny businesses they only do massage as far as I know. 5/5

FORCE TIPPING - this massage place required me to tip them $20 for the reason that my $10 tip is too low 2. NO MASSAGE PATTERN - they do random pressing on my body 3. THE PLACE IS NOT RELAXING - the space for each client is too small and is suffocating. (When I go to massage places I get to smell minty fragrance which calms me. Enough bed space, and have a space for my personal things. THIS PLACE DIDN'T HAVE ANY) 4. UNPROFESSIONAL STAFFS - when I called to ask if they accept walk-ins they where speaking with on their own language (which I understand but they shouldn't do that once they're talking with their clients) up until I arrived the place they were speaking loudly. - watching on their phone during the service isn't appropriate, I went there to relax and binge listen to their tv shows) - as a front desk person I expected that he greets and welcomes me but just let me go straight to the bed.

They have suggested gratuity, but its fair since its a good service.

This place is also in classpass. During my call I said I wanted the 75 min massage but when I went, the masseuse stopped after an hour. Place is very clean, very serene as well. I came in and they had me fill out the form about any medical history I have and if I want to focus on specific parts of my body-- I circled on my shoulders, back, and lower legs. The masseuse walked me in the room at exactly 5pm, changing and then lay on the massage table. My masseuse asked me if I wanted it soft, medium, firm and I usually go for at least medium. She said okay but she also notified me that if it's either too soft or too firm for me to just let her know which I thought was so nice and considerate at least. She started with my neck and then pressing her elbows towards some pressure points on the back but idk it felt like she does one thing on one side but doesn't equally do it on the other side or if not, it's quicker on one side. The massage involves stepping on your back, legs, and arms and at one point I had to tell her to go light on my back cause I was afraid of her stepping on my spine. She was apologetic and went softer but I'm not sure if stepping on the spine felt relaxing to me. I was just panicking just cause I don't know where she's going to step next. They do have bars on top of them for the masseuse to hold on too but the pressure i feel is all on where they're stepping. I liked when she used her hand and her elbows on the back but not a big fan of the steps. They also used hot stones as well to rub on your back and that felt really nice. Other than that, I would say my massage was 50/50. Not sure if I would go back knowing what type of massage they do now now. Other than that - space is so clean, the massage bed is so soft and I could just melt into it. Good customer service as well.
