Evidence of her calls and letters HQ to find out about the questionable withdrawal of money. She was very old school. Checked and double checked every statement, recorded every purchase, every deposit, and balanced the check book religiously. They couldn't pull the questionable withdrawals of money on her, and it seems as if she was reimbursed eventually. I gave this information to our lawyer, who is looking into it. Make sure they don't do it to you. Check your statement from any financial institution you go to.

The woman who helped me was very confused since she said they never sent me a notification that they were going to do this. She looked for it but said, no, no notification was sent which is by law something that they are required to do. I told her some of the things they did or didn't do over the years to me and to my husband (who left them years ago), She was not surprised but saddened.
