I called customer service they told me they wouldn't approve to be able to pay all my bill over 2700 a month. So my mortgage was alway late fees n it got old. I go thru a larger bank now n have no trouble paying my bills on first with out late fees attached. N I had a direct deposit. I like they held my money hostage. I talk to a clerk she told me it because it's a smaller based bank. It shouldn't matter u deposit or direct deposit should be able to use. I'm happier now that I can have piece of mind that my payments are going thru n not being denied. It was only a convince because it was close to my home. Now having to travel is worth it because them fees go into my gas tank n not the bank. My review of this bank I give a 1 rating. Plus they should let customer know that your only allowed so much per day so they are aware that over 500 a day won't be happening period.

Recently, we lost my dad (they've been married for almost 40 years) and a situation happened where we had no control over it. Cindy told my mom to stop "writing bad checks and she wouldn't overdraw" while in front of other customers, as well as making another teller cry in front of my mom. Not sure why they'd keep a teller around that's okay with making a customer feel this way.

The tellers were not only not helpful but bordered on rude. So my husband and I each had to withdraw cash from the ATM over two days and could only get 20's. I went into bank again on the second day and asked for hundreds instead of having to pay the contractor all in 20's. Again, they were unpleasant and said they could only give me a limited amount each time I came in. I suppose, we could've both gone out after receiving the paltry amount and then come back in and requested some more. Going out again and come back and requested more. How ridiculous! Now we are moving to Sea Ranch and I figured that my only choice for a bank was West America. When I mentioned that to a local friend from the area, she told me that would be a mistake and that I would be better off using Redwood Credit Union. The employees of West America Bank just figured I was some tourist and it wasn't necessary to treat me well. Now we are going to live in the area and their bank will miss out on our business.

They processed our check no problem and we shared our terrible experience in Windsor. They couldn't believe what they were hearing. They advised us to never go back to your location and that we weren't the first to have terrible experiences. I hope your managers learn a thing or two about managing and customer service etiquette, or better yet, fire them! Your establishment is DISGUSTING.

While the staff is wonderful, the lines are usually atrocious and take awhile as every time I am there, there is only one teller or two at most. Another con is the slow technology integration, in terms of the outside ATM. Every other location seems to have the new ATM systems that are much more secure, but not a huge loss or annoyance. So while I continue to bank here as the CU is wonderful, this location just needs a few things to spruce it up.

This is important to me as I can see the bank's profit going back to the community instead of lining rich fat cats pockets. Redwood CU is a full service financial institution and you can do most of your banking at their tiny Point Arena office, or at their ATM at Surf Market. I love that you can make deposits without a deposit envelope and it reads the amount on the check. Try them and you will be pleased with the personal service.

Pray is is an atm that will take cash if need be ( yes, they disclosed AFTER the fact that American Canyon Is cashless). The atm card they provided has not worked since day 1. The only effective way to pay this loan is to drive 20 minutes. The reps on the phone ,John W, Gina and Leslie all seem to want the customer to jump for them instead of the way it should be. I have paid 28k to this establishment and they via phone seem to have entitlement issues and take objection to being called a "clown show".( which is kind considering the nonsense that they have put us through) Really, if you need a car loan go elsewhere, I have memberships at Patelco and Travis.
