I arrived at 6:53 PM. Outdoor seating was available, but I wanted to eat inside. The first thing I noticed was that it looked like they sell baked goods, though their inventory was a bit sparse when I was there (guess that means they sell out quickly). Also, you're able to see what dessert options are available at the front. I asked my server, Valen, if their dessert options rotate or typically stay the same. She said they usually keep to the same 4 offerings: Tiramisu, Flan, Tres Leches Cake, and Biscoff Cheesecake. All 4 are made in house and typically are made fresh each Tuesday and Friday. Valen informed me that the Biscoff Cheesecake tends to sell out fast, so if that's what you want to try, you may want to get in as soon as you can on Tuesdays and Fridays (or you could just call and ask). The bathroom was a single that was rather spacious, clean, and offered paper towels. For dinner, I went with the Huevos Rancheros With Picanha (they offer breakfast options all day), which took 9 minutes and 50 seconds to arrive. I wanted my eggs to be scrambled, and they were cooked well and not rubbery. The sauce was sweet and tomatoey. The picanha I wanted medium-rare, and they were the correct doneness, not tough at all, and great. I do wish the knives were sharper, but I understand why restaurants tend not to have sharp knives. The beans were smooth and savory. The plantains were hot and had a mild banana flavor to them. The sour cream was tangy. The queso fresco was cheesy and salty. The bread itself was fine. It tasted like white bread, but it didn't taste like it was store-bought or day old and it helped clean up my plate after I finished eating everything. Overall, everything was as I was expecting to be, which was really good. It was also a very filling dish as I had no room for dessert. I did buy a slice of Tres Leches Cake to take home and eat at a later day. I had wanted to try their Biscoff Cheesecake, but they were sold out. Valen did inform me that the owner would be making another batch the next day (Saturday). I was going to be preoccupied all day that day, but it was sweet of Valen to let me know that. I ate the Tres Leches Cake on the following Sunday, so it had been in my fridge for 2 days. There was a small pool of milk on the bottom of the takeout container, and I'm not sure if that was milk that had leaked out of the cake. Regardless, the cake was light, sweet, and milky (everything you'd want from a Tres Leches Cake). Now, this is a restaurant that applies a small surcharge if you opt to pay with a credit card. I didn't see any sign or anything indicating that, but it's entirely possible I missed it. If they don't advertise that however, I think they should mention it on an easily visible sign somewhere. That didn't end up being an issue with me as I've been carrying around plenty of cash just in case, so I didn't get the surcharge. In the end, I had a very pleasant and filling outing, and will come back at a later date (I still want to try their Biscoff Cheesecake), and Valen was a very nice and accommodating server. Last 2 things I'll mention are: 1) they offer free guest wi-fi; and 2) while they don't do anything special for people's birthdays, they did offer a free dessert to any moms who came in on Mother's Day.

The food is pretty decent too, but I recommend the dulce de leche latte or the horchata latte - honestly you can't go wrong.

It's immaculately, clean and plenty of seating. The chalkboard menu is a cute touch as well. Plus behind the register is a barn door with their sign and logo. The service was amazing and quick, but the salt content of the tomato gravy was a bit high like not edible. Instead of providing a new biscuit, they said to scrape off the gravy and eat it anyway. That was not the best way to handle things because the person eating it has high blood pressure . They could've just offered to have the biscuit without the gravy and she really eat any of it. Well I'll be back absolutely I can't wait to try the rest of their menu. I had a turkey gravy with biscuit. I wanted the bacon, egg and cheese, but they were out of turkey bacon as I am allergic to pork. The lemonade was delicious. Totally give it a try.

I had one thing I wanted anyway: the cinnamon swirl biskit. The website describes it as, "Our special BiskitNV dessert that'll make you forget what a cinnamon roll is." THIS IS THE MOST ACCURATE STATEMENT FOR HOW I AM FEELING. I am cinnamon roll obsessed and have been looking for the best one in the Chattanooga region for a while now. I guess I don't care about cinnamon rolls anymore and will make the trek to Cleveland for this beauty whenever the craving hits. The only negative is I wish they were open more days/longer because I want to bring friends, but they're always closed when I try.

Great ambiance to also just hang out or study/journal. Service was friendly and timely. I got the Iced Lavender Latte with oat milk. It was delicious, the lavender syrup was perfectly flowery and sweetened. There were so many food options on the menu, it took a while to order because everything looked so good. I ended up getting the Bruschetta Toast and the Nutella Croissant. My friend had the Acai Bowl and French Toast. The croissant was nice, pastry was large and filled with nutella. I shared with my friend and really liked the Acai bowl. It was presented beautifully and tasted very fresh. The French Toast was smaller than I thought and pretty sweet but good nonetheless. For me, the star of the show was the Bruschetta Toast. I loved everything about it: from the avocado spread, the soft mozzarella balls, the cute microgreens on top, the cherry tomatoes that add a little acidity, and the balsamic sauce. At first the balsamic smelled strongly of vinegar but it worked so well with all the ingredients, it was not overpowering as I thought. Such a well-balanced dish. I had to end the whole experience with the last bite of toast because everything else was pretty sweet, and it was just that amazing. I highly recommend this place and I'll be back to try other things off their menu.

The math doesn't work, but neither does this place, and somehow that's exactly why it does. I got the Natural sandwich and even as I'm writing this review, I wish it was still in my mouth. It was outstanding. The kind of sandwich that makes you wonder if you've been wasting your life eating lesser sandwiches. They also had old-timey bottled sodas that were fantastic, plus a bunch of random chip brands I'd never heard of but was immediately willing to trust. No regrets there. I grabbed a cookie that looked soft, gooey, and delicious. It nailed the delicious part but missed on the soft part. If you're a crunchy cookie person, you're in luck. If you're like me and prefer your cookies to have the structural integrity of a wet sponge, you may be disappointed. The tables were lined with comic books, which is exactly how I would decorate my house if my wife weren't constantly protecting me from myself. The staff was friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Garner's is quirky, unique, and packed with personality. Highly recommend if you're anywhere nearby.

Rather then go into the terrible attitude and lack concern from staff, i'll just summarize. IHOP, this is awful. Food came out at 11:40AM. Unbelievable. Besides the waitress providing pickup order clients her absolute SMUG indifference, you fail miserably not living up to your marketing prowess. IHOP YOU PROMISED :Let's Put a Smile on Your Plate" Campaign: IHOP's primary national slogan directly links their service model to joyful, friendly dining. Their marketing materials explicitly promise "warm and friendly service" [A LIE] alongside a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere designed for families and group connections. Passionate Hospitality: In their official corporate mission and brand value guidelines, IHOP defines their primary hospitality value as "the relentless pursuit of pleasing every guest on every visit" [EXCEPT ANYONE PICKING UP ORDERS] and striving to "exceed expectations"."Anytime, Anywhere" Convenience: Marketing for IHOP's off-premise, curbside pickup, and online ordering emphasizes speed, reliability, and seamless execution so that the same quality of hospitality carries over whether dining in or picking up to-go orders. Everyone including the managers needs mountains of training in Customer Service, IHOP Promises and Corp Etiquette and indoctrination to the IHOP culture because this store fails at all of it. Lets just say the waitress BOLD FACE LIED to me about how long my late order was going to be, not one single staff member smiled or even greeted a single guest in the lobby. Their customer service to anyone and everyone who was waiting patiently in the lobby for pickup orders were ignored and shown complete bias and indifference. I KNOW WHY! THEY DONT GET TIPS!!! No one was greeted with a smile. Everyone was greeted like this. "HOW MANY?" God forbid if you said "I'm here to pick up" all you got was "Is there anyone here dining in?" Then the wait staff just marches off.
