I have passed this place so many times and never new it existed. I'm glad I found the place. When you open the doors you feel like you are in a country dining hall. It's immaculately, clean and plenty of seating. The chalkboard menu is a cute touch as well. Plus behind the register is a barn door with their sign and logo. The service was amazing and quick, but the salt content of the tomato gravy was a bit high like not edible. Instead of providing a new biscuit, they said to scrape off the gravy and eat it anyway. That was not the best way to handle things because the person eating it has high blood pressure . They could've just offered to have the biscuit without the gravy and she really eat any of it. Well I'll be back absolutely I can't wait to try the rest of their menu. I had a turkey gravy with biscuit. I wanted the bacon, egg and cheese, but they were out of turkey bacon as I am allergic to pork. The lemonade was delicious. Totally give it a try. read more

Okay...WOW. Came in on a whim and even though it was 30 minutes until closing and they were cleaning up, they did not make me feel bad or unwelcome. I had one thing I wanted anyway: the cinnamon swirl biskit. The website describes it as, "Our special BiskitNV dessert that'll make you forget what a cinnamon roll is." THIS IS THE MOST ACCURATE STATEMENT FOR HOW I AM FEELING. I am cinnamon roll obsessed and have been looking for the best one in the Chattanooga region for a while now. I guess I don't care about cinnamon rolls anymore and will make the trek to Cleveland for this beauty whenever the craving hits. The only negative is I wish they were open more days/longer because I want to bring friends, but they're always closed when I try. read more

Melissa had biscuit with sausage gravy and hash browns. The owners are very nice and the service was great. Kind smiles!! So I don't really know what to say but if I could give this place no stars or negative I would. Everything is onion based and if your allergic we'll that's just to bad now. On the other hand there are people like me who don't like onions at all. There is no no onion option and the sweet tea tastes like lemonade. The cinnamon rolls taste like baking soda as well. I've had two from there so far and they have both tasted that way plus the second one I had tasted like it's not fully cooked. I took it apart an sure enough it wasn't fully baked. I'll admit I did like the regular biscuit and gravy but even so it had onions and I just couldn't handle the nasty taste of onion. If you want simple biscuits and gravy for a cheaper price I wouldn't recommend this place. Biscuits and gravy should be a cheap price because it's a cheap meal but I guess other pay more for what some see as a gourmet style. read more

We are new to the area and had wanted to try it on our last visit through to no avail due to their limited hours. Boy am I glad that we got a chance to get in when they were open! The biscuits were out of this world! My two young kids got the cinnamon biscuits, my wife got the BLT and I got their baseline biscuit and gravy as I like to see how a restaurant manages their bread and butter dish. All of us were blown away by the flavors, the crispness on the outside and the fluffiness on the inside. The wait is well worth it for the food and the staff are incredibly kind. I dunno what the 1 star reviewer drank before going in, but their review is nonsense. And no, I have absolutely no affiliation with the owners of this restaurant. My wife and I travel often, and in most cases we base where we go on the food the place is known for. Biskit NV not only stacks up, but surpasses what we've experienced in larger cities. The menu is limited, but what I had today will bring me back to try more. I had the Loaded Rooster Bisket, you can't call this "just a biskit". It had a fried chicken breast that was dinner worthy in size and tasted 5star quality. It would have been a good biskit had they stopped there. But wait there's more! It had goat cheese! Spinach! And don't let the tomato gravy scare you because it was awesome. Sure it was 12 dollars, but when food makes you smile like it did today, 12$ is not something that's going to steer me away(not to mention I skipped lunch because let's face it, the loaded rooster biskit plus half a cinnamon roll(again, top notch) ensured I was not hungry come lunch time).
