Below is a text from the jeweler I took it to after Howard's. "Here are the pictures of your watch, we took the pictures right after we opened it, someone taped the wrong size  battery in place since they lost the screw on the arm that makes contact and holds the battery, we tested the movement and the coil has also been damaged which is easy to do if your not careful when changing the battery." "So blatantly wrong what they did. The battery size is right on the back of the watch. What a great picture!" Please be careful!!

When we walked in we were greeted by Tina and Kurt. They were both super friendly and VERY helpful. They explained the diamond ratings and certifying diamond bodies. The information that they provided and Kurt's certifications, AGS and GIA, made us feel at ease and confident that they could create a beautiful ring. We asked if they had Marquise diamonds or if they could bring some in for us to look at. After a few days they called us to look at two diamonds and different settings. The diamonds and settings we're so beautiful it took me awhile to decide what I wanted. I eventually decided to get a plain halo setting. The ring took three weeks to create but it was well worth the wait. I'm obsessed and haven't stopped staring at it since we picked it up. I got my rings soddered together waited 2 weeks to get it back only to find they soddered my rings on CROOKED. So they sent it in again, two more weeks, re-soddered. My diamond was loose 2 months ago, brought back in.. I didn't even get to wear my ring for my honeymoon due to that, held it for another 2 weeks at min.. today the diamond just fell right out.. they wanted to send it in again, but I refused until I speak to coporate or a manager.
