I said you close at 11:00, he said no 10:00. Extremely rude. Not very good customer service. So we said bye were going to shakeys. That man was not very mice and wasn't very welcoming. Fresh toppings, but the crust is a bit thin and there was very little sauce or cheese. What crust there was had a good taste. Not a lot of beer on tap but the choices they made were very good. Very pleasant staff and the service was good but the tables have nothing on them but salt & pepper. You have to go get Parmesan or crushed peppers and napkins. I had the combination pizza & will come back to try either one of the sandwiches or the wings. All in all, better than most places I have tried. I give this place four stars for the food. Their pizza is the best!! So delicious; the cheese is unbelievably good. Their specialty pizzas are a must have! My family especially enjoys the hot wings. The key hole game at this location is rigged. I won the Nintendo DS in the top corner. The key went all the way through. I've won this key game before on a carnival Cruise so I do know how it should act after the key passed through, yet just simply retracted back through like nothing even happened. As far as pizza goes, me and my family love this place. The all-meat pizza is great and encompasses all the meats needed to make a good pizza and their hot wings are pretty tasty as well with many different levels of spiciness. And thank God for that because everything else about this place is very so-so. The restaurant itself is old, dirty, and has that worn out feel. Carpets are faded, walls are dirty, the banners promoting the years and years of their local support of RBY teams are dusty and sun faded. The arcade room is sad as well, with old, dated games, half of which don't even work. Then there's the staff. Sure, some of them are ok and slightly helpful, but overall, I get the feeling that they don't wanna be there. I understand that...I work in the resturant industry myself, and I've had bad days, but it always seems to be the same folks with the same "I hate it here" attitude. Although I have yet to have a bad pizza here, the rest of the food I havnt been to lucky with. I too have experienced the wilted brown salad. Not to mention a plate of spaghetti that was basically frozen in the middle, to which the staff was very rude and uncaring about when confronted. I understand that the place is common ground for baseball and football teams (I even had a football party here back in middle school days) but it leads to a loud, noisy, and sometimes annoying experience (drunk parents, loud speeches, kids running around between the tables). Price is a bit on the high side-20 something dollars for a large meat pizza is a little steep for a hungry, starving student like myself. Ive stopped in twice now for lunch to dine in. Both times food is great, during my second visit, the service sucked! It took 40 min to get the other half of my meal. When i needed to leave, i asked for it to go, the server had a mad look on her face, i thought maybe she was perplexed and my order forgotten, but she was just simply rude when i tried to explain i only got half my order. Really good pizza and wings! They sell pitchers of beer which we always opt for. It is the go-to place for sport banquets/team parties, and they really do a great job at accommodating that. There is an arcade for the kids, and even though it is small they have a good range of games. They also have a bunch of TV's so you can watch whatever games are on. read more

I hadn't been here for years. So as a belated return customer... First, the bathroom smelled like rotting fish. The carpet on the way there was very worn and dirty, and the bathroom floor and fixtures were very much in disrepair. Second, only three of the games in the game room were working. This isn't easy to explain to a toddler. Third, the onion rings were nearly burnt. The batter was very heavy, like a very dense pancake batter, and very very dark in color. I saw the top third of an onion battered up, as in, not onion rings per se but just sloppily chunked onion, well, chunks. Fourth, the pizza was rather bland. The toppings lacked any real flavor, except for the ground beef which tasted like school cafeteria taco meat. Other than that, you could not tell the difference between mushrooms, pepperoni, sausage. They all tasted the same which was flavorless. The pizza seemed to lack any sauce, and was mostly just flavorless toppings atop way to much flavorless cheese atop a very dense (felt like iron in my stomach) crust. They are amazing and that sauce they use is too tasty. The arcade area is kind of small but for the size of the place it fits and as many times as I've been there the kids love it.
