Unfortunately, we had a pretty disappointing experience here. My daughter and I walked in and weren't greeted or acknowledged at all. Eventually, we were told we could sit wherever we wanted, so we chose a table and waited. About 20 minutes passed and no one came over to take our order, offer drinks, or even acknowledge that we were sitting there. There were only two other parties in the restaurant at the time, and it was also extremely hot inside, which made the wait even more uncomfortable. A waitress passed by our table multiple times without saying anything or checking on us. What ultimately made us decide to leave was seeing another group walk in and immediately receive assistance at the counter while we had been sitting there waiting for service the entire time. It's honestly a cute little spot and we were looking forward to trying the food, but the lack of service and acknowledgment completely turned us away. Perfect family spot! Was able to finally try this pizza shop that's been around forever. To start, there is much more seating space than I expected. It is a full restaurant inside which I had assumed it was mostly takeout. Service was excellent, they're really kind and will bring your food to the table. We did a combo for two which included one entree, one pizza and two drinks. Our Caesar salad came out first and we got to enjoy it while our pizza came out. The pizza had a ton of toppings and was so interesting in flavor as I've never had Alfredo sauce as my base before (ordered the Bulldog). But it was really good and flavors went well together. I come to downtown Redlands every two weeks since I get my eyelashes done here, and one of my favorite things about this area is how many hidden gems it has. Hadn't been to this shop in years! My husband is super picky with pizza and he LOVED it! We got a medium pizza with pepperoni and jalapeños. We also got cheese raviolis with Alfredo sauce and a half salad with ranch dressing. The reason for the 4:5 stars was on the order being brought wrong :/ we got regular sauce on raviolis and those take a while to come out.
