Surfs Up (I think that was the name of this one. Has pineapple, mushroom, bell peppers, onions, meatballs, and I believe pepperoni)

Cute Place and Delicious Food! The vibe is like you're outside in Italy or somewhere like that. Cute and welcoming environment with a lot of seating. You can even stand outside and look in a window to the kitchen and watch them cooking and baking. The service was a little slow, but there seemed to be only 1 cashier and 1 guy delivering the food when it was ready. You also have to wait a bit for the food but it's because it's all fresh - worth it. Enjoyed my pizza and will be back!

Perfect family spot! Was able to finally try this pizza shop that's been around forever. To start, there is much more seating space than I expected. It is a full restaurant inside which I had assumed it was mostly takeout. Service was excellent, they're really kind and will bring your food to the table. Food is just about the same as your classic pizza place. Nothing fancy but still pretty good and perfect for a family outing. Some arcade games including claw machines etc. Would visit again. Rating: 8/10

Customer Service: 10/10 Ambience: 10/10 Quality of Food: 11/10 Selection of Food: 11/10 Overall Experience: 10/10 Vicky helped us out at around 7:00pm on Friday, 11/14/25. She was friendly! We almost always see her every time my boyfriend and I come to visit. This time, I tried the Crabby Bill's pizza, which had shrimp, real crab, mushrooms, green onions, Alfredo sauce, and mozzarella. I was really craving a savory, seafood pasta and this really hit the spot! I love that this restaurant always has interesting pizza topping flavors and combinations. I got a strawberry lemonade Calypso drink to pair with it. They have a great selection of drinks to choose from. My boyfriend had gotten one of the classic meat pizzas, which he always enjoys very much. The Gourmet Pizza Shoppe is a cozy restaurant in the middle of the Main Street of Redlands. Its decorations are reminiscent of an old family restaurant, with its walls being painted like you're walking down a historic street. The atmosphere is very cozy and warm. I love coming out here every time we come this way because there's always something new to try or something delicious to choose again. We've only really ordered to-go, but one of these days we'll have to dine in and try their beers on tap!

We dine here on a weekend and it was not too busy. It has a old school vibe and seems like a place were most local hang out. Love the staff and ambiance. We tried their half-half pizza, spaghetti, and ravioli. Pizza was good. The spaghetti and ravioli were not so great. The marinara sauce were watery and meatball was dry. The ravioli has same watery marinara sauce as well. We'll stick with pizza

Here for the vegan cheese since I'm allergic to dairy. Pretty good pizza. Paired it with some wings.

It's been years since I ate here after they closed the Yucaipa location which was a long time ago lol ... so I was looking forward to retrying my old favorite-The Old Prospector- it was still very good just needed a lil more sauce and I think it would've been perfect. The cheese bread is really good. I'm definitely going make my way back to try some more. The lady who worked the counter was very nice and helpful. So definitely definitely worth checking out if you're looking for good pizza and a strong menu of options that u won't get anywhere else.

The The Gourmet Pizza Shoppe in Redlands is a fun spot, especially if you like pizza places that get a little creative. The menu is packed with unusual toppings and inventive combinations, which is impressive, although I will admit my brain tends to shut down once there are pages and pages of options. I played it safe and went with a simple pepperoni, and I was very happy I did. The pizza was really good, with a pie-style crust that had just the right balance of chew and crisp. It ended up being a solid win for my family on our last visit through Redlands, and I would happily go back, even if I stick to the classics again.

    Chicken Citrus Salad. 5/10/25

Who gets just a salad at a pizza place? The hubby and I do! Lol! We ate well for lunch earlier in the day elsewhere and just wanted a salad in the late evening. The Gourmet Pizza Shoppe is located the bustling downtown Redlands. We were walking around and saw the descriptions of the salads on their menu. Redlands is famous for the oranges. So we chose the citrus salad which is a mix of fresh greens, tomatoes, mandarins, grilled chicken, sliced almonds, green onions, and mozzarella cheese. The dressing is their own citrus poppy dressing. Refreshing and delicious! There are plenty of tables and chairs and booths. We sat in a booth. The Pizza Shoppe is very family friendly. In fact, there was a nice family seated near us playing a game. Service was good. 4 stars in 1.1K reviews to date is accurate! We would return and try the pizza.

Located in the heart of Downtown Redlands, my partner and I stopped by this little pizza spot hidden away on State St. Looking deceptively small from the outside, we were surprised to see how spacious the interior seating was. We got our food relatively quickly. The pizza was good, if a little bit too oily. The place itself offers many deals online so we'd also recommend checking those out as well We also ordered a platter of buffalo wings(not pictured) which we also finished. We couldn't help but notice the pretty pizza boxes everyone was taking home.

Tried a pizza called The gouda and it was insanely delicious it had cashews in it they have a unique selection of toppings i even saw raisins for a suggestion this place will not disappoint

Lots of options ... I mean like a lot. Every pizza combination you can think of and all the ones you never would. Food is descent but with so many odd pizza options it can be hit or miss. The ingredients and quality are good, just can be odd to get a peanut butter bacon pizza but do what you feel. Menu can feel overwhelming so look at it ahead of time. Service isn't bad but not waiter style so expect to get your own stuff.

I come to downtown Redlands every two weeks since I get my eyelashes done here, and one of my favorite things about this area is how many hidden gems it has. I am always pleasantly surprised anytime I try a new place. So setting wise, the restaurant itself is pretty dark which I didn't mind since it's so hot right now. It's super kid friendly and they have a lot of toys in the waiting area to keep kids busy if you happen to be waiting. I ordered at the counter- they do take Apple Pay, and then ordered a small personal pizza to go. I had a really hard time deciding on my toppings because I personally have never seen SO MANY unique pizza toppings and pairings. The pizza was hot, fresh, very cheesy and damn near perfect. I will most definitely be back! I honestly haven't stopped thinking about how good it was.

This place is always busy, both inside and with takeout orders, so I definitely recommend ordering ahead if you're in a hurry. That said, they are consummate professionals at what they do, and even if you walk in, the wait is never painful. My advice: check out the menu while you're in line and be ready to order when you get to the register. They're busy, and nobody wants to be the indecisive person holding up the line! Their daily specials are incredible, but be aware that if you want a special from a different day, it's not happening. Also, get there early if you want the special, because they can and do sell out -- which honestly just proves how good they are. Everything here is done right. The menu items are thoughtfully put together, balanced, and full of flavor. Portions are generous without being ridiculous, prices are very fair, and honestly, I think they may even be low compared to the value you get. The staff is always helpful, and the girl at the counter has been there as long as I've been going -- I believe she's family -- which says a lot about the heart behind this place. Don't skip the market, either. They carry some of the best Italian ingredients, and it adds even more to the experience. Saverino's is by far the best sandwich spot in Redlands, and I'd go out on a limb and put them in the top five on the West Coast. Family-run, local, consistent, and absolutely top notch. This place is a winner and deserves a try. Just one warning: THEY ARE ADDICTIVE!

Everything on the plate complements the meal, but the sausages are unquestionably the star of the show. They're flavorful, perfectly cooked, and make you want to come back to try more combinations.
