    1lb Salmon
    Mary A.

Located in the lower-level food court, this spot was a convenient and quick meal option. Ordering was simple through the self-service kiosk, and my food came out fast. I ordered the 1 lb salmon with spicy sauce for $28. I thought it was interesting that they offered the option to order just salmon, and as someone who loves salmon, I had to give it a try. What impressed me most was the fish quality. For a food court restaurant, I wasn't expecting much, but the salmon was fresh and tasted great. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by both the freshness and the speed of service.

I'll admit, I was skeptical at first. Raw fish... in a mall? (Probably an overreaction, considering modern refrigeration exists lol) I ordered the #1 with pineapple wasabi mayo and a honeydew tea. All in, it came out to about $26. My only real gripes are value related: I wouldn't have minded the bowl being just a touch bigger, or the price being a couple dollars lower. And if a $6+ tea came with boba, I wouldn't be mad about it. That said, the bowl itself delivers. The rice was warm and clearly fresh, the fish tasted fresh and well marinated, and the toppings were balanced and worked well together. Overall, it's genuinely good poke, better than some spots I've tried elsewhere. I was craving poke and wandering the food court without much of a plan, so I'm glad I took a chance on this spot. If you see lower ratings, I suspect they're mostly about value rather than quality.

Went at 6pm on a Sunday. Wasn't busy. Ordered on the screen with my credit card while the lady was helping someone else. Just got a drink. Brown sugar milk tea with boba. $6.75 total. It was decent but not great. 3/5 Would I get a drink here again? Probably not. Poke looked good. Maybe I'll try that next time

First off, this isn't "Hawaiian" Poke. It has it's own spin. I'm not saying it's not good - I am noting if you want Poke like you had in Hawaii, this isn't it. We dropped in when we saw POKE. We really like Poke like we had in Hawaii, and we try out new places whenever we see the word. I know, I know. Not the brightest approach. So we made our order for 2 x #4 Spicy Tuna Poke. Service was interesting - we got to the counter and had to wait a minute before someone came up and took our orders. My wife wanted their tea, but wanted something they didn't have, so I went somewhere else. Ambiance is "mall" - sorry, it isn't any better than that. Return your trays to their area please!

After coming here very often, I want to address the excellent customer service. Every time we've been here the service is excellent and the food comes out quickly. I typically go here around once every two weeks with my girlfriend, and we always get the #1 with rice, sesame mayo, and all the toppings with the occasional drink. The quality is consistently very delicious, and it almost feels like it tastes better every time we order. Many thanks to the owner and wonderful employees that have made my experience a 10/10.

Ugh, Uncle Sharkis at Del Amo Mall, where do I even start with this hot mess of a poke joint? I've given these folks chance after chance, despite their Olympic level talent for forgetting my poke sauce every dang time seriously, it's like they've got a personal vendetta against flavor. Last time, I practically screamed in ALL CAPS in the order notes: "PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF SUSHI, DON'T FORGET THE SAUCE!" They texted back all sweet, delivered a bowl that was honestly the best I'd ever had from them, and I ordered a taro milk tea that was a purple-hued hug in a cup. Faith restored, I thought, "Wow, they've turned it around!" Big mistake. Tonight, I ordered the exact same thing spicy bowl, extra toppings, same desperate sauce plea and what arrived? A sad, sauceless pile of rice and fish that tasted like someone forgot food is supposed to have flavor( don't forget the piles of jalepenos that I asked them NOT to put in there). Oh, and the poke sauce? Yup, MIA again. Here I am, playing Iron Chef in my kitchen, whipping up my own sauce because apparently takeout means "do it yourself" at Uncle Sharkis. But wait, there's more! I figured, "At least I've got my trusty taro milk tea to save the night." Nope! Last time's dreamy 50% sweetness was replaced with a syrupy disaster that tasted like someone dumped unflavored liquid in my cup, and the tea flavor? More like "vague purple sadness" than taro. I'm sitting here, annoyed, hungry, and swearing off Uncle Sharkis for good because nothing says "dinner vibes" like a flavorless bowl and a drink that betrays you. Thanks for the rollercoaster, Uncle S, but I'm hopping off this ride forever. One star, and that's me being generous for the one good bowl I got before you broke my heart! ‍ DEAR JENNIFER , please don't try to tell me that I didn't order sauce , it's like the 5th order that it was forgot. Here's a screenshot of my order and as you can see it clearly says poke sauce on the side .

#1 Ahi Tuna And Salmon. Coffee Milk Tea - Limited
    Maria F.

This was our first time trying this food stall at the food court. I was pleasantly surprised. The poke bowl was quite delicious and the price was reasonable. You can order from the register or at the terminal next to the register. We decided on the #1. Ahi and Salmon. We chose the white rice option with sesame mayo sauce. Next time we may ask for half rice, half salad. We also ordered a coffee tea boba without the boba. The drink was refreshing and not too sweet. I would order this again. Should we venture to this part of the mall again and if we're hungry, we'll definitely put this on our list of places to repeat. Enjoy!

I want to try uncle sharkii for the first time inside at del amo mall in the food court area, I try the Thai milk tea without no boba it's was so good. The service and ambience were great. I will come back again!

This place is fairly new and it is the first time that a poke spot has opened in Del Amo Mall. I found it quite interesting so I had to try out this spot. They had limited choices on the menu. I didn't mind since when it comes to poke i'm a simple gal. I went with the spicy tuna. I was satisfied with the choices of toppings. The lady working the counter was nice and explained to me the different toppings. She was the only one working that night but she was very fast in getting me my food. And she also was not stingy with the portions. So thats a plus one for me. This place is located in the food court of Del Amo. The food court in the mall has always been pretty chill for the most part. Unless its a weekend or Holiday time, it gets most busy and can be packed and chaotic. We came on a weekday so it was pretty chill. If you like poke and are at the mall, check this place out. I think it's delicious and worth it!

Pineapple + Strawberry Mixed Dole whip

It was National Dole Whip this past week and if any of you have been following my food adventures on Insta; you'll know I love National food days hehe! I was on the search for where to get dole whip in the South Bay and was pleasantly surprised to see Uncle Sharkii Poke Bar at Del Amo offering dole whip. Uncle Sharkii offers dole whip in pineapple flavor, strawberry flavor or mixed. The dole whip is $5.50. Another pleasant surprise was how much dole whip they give here! For $5.50; I found it to be a pretty good deal. They gave a generous amount and it was definitely the perfect National Dole Whip treat! Taste wise; it was the perfect mix of sweet and tart! I got the pineapple and strawberry mix and I loved it! Though this was my first time getting dole whip here; I have a feeling it won't be my last :).

Food : 8.5/10 the poke bowl is actually pretty good there! I got the ahi tuna and salmon with half salad and half rice base. Spicy mayo has the sauce and it was pretty good! It is kinda pricey though. The drinks were also good. Service : 6/10 service is pretty slow, I was the only customer there and it took a while for my food to be ready. Ambiance : it is located inside del Amo mall, in the food court.

The polite and personable gentleman behind the counter helped me narrow down my choices and offered samples. The salmon and tuna poke were delicious. One was shoyu, and the other was limu; both had umami flavors. I was so glad that the shoyu didn't have a hint of sweetness and that the limu wasn't too salty. The savory seasoning/marinade and cool temp made the poke a very satisfying and refreshing meal. I also asked for rice and mac salad for my to-go plate, and those were solid complements to the poke. It's a chill, fast-casual place with Hawaiian tropical decor and a few dine-in tables. The plaza it's in is kinda small and janky, but at least parking is free. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd love to drop by for their poke.
