Someone brought these to the the office today to thank us for our hard work . All these ice creams were cookie ice cream sandwiches (ice cream sandwiched with soft cookies). There were a variety of ice cream sandwiches with different flavors/cookies to choose from. I couldn't decide and wish I could have one of each. Eventually, I settled with the snickerdoodle with vanilla ice cream with colorful sprinkles around (I forgot to take a picture). I must say, the ice cream tasted really good, creamy, and with pure milk (not watered down milk). Cookies tasted like fresh/home made. Toward the end of our eventful day, I decided I wanted a real meal and not dessert. I found these amazing ice cream sandwiches at the Whole Foods on Queen St. Omg!!! I have had many ice cream sandwiches and desserts in my time and the flavors from Uncle's are insanely delicious. I had Chai of the Tiger and the Double Dark Chocolate. The chai of the tiger is subtly spiced chai ice cream with oatmeal cookies. The double dark chocolate is a dark chocolate ganache ice cream (yes, it is as incredible as it sounds) on dark chocolate cookies. They are $6 each but worth every penny! The flavor was just so amazing. They are sold at many locations on Oahu, so find one near you ASAP! A complete listing of retail locations is on their website.
