It's cooked panini style or looks more like a fancy grilled cheese sandwich. It was very good. I usually have tomatoes with a lunch sandwich so having tomatoes in a breakfast sandwich was different. But, the combination of all the ingredients was delicious. The tomatoes were firm and not soggy, the bacon was just right crispy, and the cheese melted nicely onto the eggs.
