I'll say that I thought the charcuterie board provided generous portions for the price. The winery is very dog-friendly, which might be a pro or con depending on who you are. We even learned that the winery hosts a weekly Yappy Hour. I think the waitress said this dog-friendly event happens every Tuesday starting at five. Perhaps, we'll give it a try once our pup becomes a bit older because he is still in the 'I have to play with and bark at every single dog I see' stage. The only (very minor) complaint that I have. One section of the outdoor seating feels like you are sitting in the parking lot. However, the winery have set up some potted plants as a bit of a barrier between the parking lot and the dining/drinking area. Minor complaint aside, I don't think this is situation is serious enough to prevent me from returning in the future. ;) Looking forward to visiting again to try a few more wines and food items.

We arrived at approximately 6:45 PM, were seated promptly, and were greeted by our server, Anna. She was pleasant; however, the service we received throughout the evening was extremely disappointing. We ordered drinks to start. My husband ordered a beer, and I ordered a rosé prosecco. When my drink arrived, it was visibly flat. I tasted it anyway and found it to be both warm and lacking carbonation. When I brought this to Anna's attention, she responded, "I noticed it looked flat too; I'll get you another one." Frankly, this was concerning. If she noticed the drink was not of acceptable quality, it should never have been served to a customer in the first place. We then ordered the mussels appetizer, which was excellent and one of the highlights of our visit. Shortly afterward, I ordered the swordfish special, and my husband ordered the shrimp po' boy. Neither dish would typically require an unusually long preparation time. Unfortunately, what followed was nearly an hour of waiting with no communication. Anna never checked on the status of our meals, nor did she provide any updates. Meanwhile, we watched multiple tables who were seated after us receive their food and complete their meals. By 7:45 PM, with our concert approaching, my husband suggested that we ask for our meals to be packed to go. It quickly became apparent that our entrees had not even been prepared. When Anna finally returned, she told us it would be "another five minutes," indicating that our meals had not yet been cooked despite being ordered nearly an hour earlier. At that point, we had no choice but to take the food to go so that we would not miss our concert. As a result, we ended up eating cold food later that evening. What made the experience particularly disappointing was that we had genuinely been excited to visit your restaurant. We had heard good things and were looking forward to a memorable dinner before our evening out. Instead, we left feeling overlooked and wondering what we had done to warrant such poor service and lack of attention. To my surprise, my husband--who is incredibly kind and non-confrontational--still left Anna a 20% tip, despite the fact that the service did not merit it. I am writing not to seek anything in return, but simply to make you aware of our experience. The quality of the mussels showed us that your kitchen is capable of producing excellent food. They were easy to pick up with a fork and bite without them splashing or sliding all oozy-goozy- all over the place, and they had the nice dark marks of grilling right on them, visibly, for proof of having been grilled! That was fun to see. My dining partner had the fish tacos and apparently, those were very good. The table service was really nice, friendly, professional, skilled, and knowledgeable. I wouldn't say the food was exactly prepared swiftly but I also wasn't paying attention so I'm not sure -- because I was too busy browsing and purchasing items in the adjoining store to notice when the food even arrived. It was a nice pile of delicately cooked eggs, but I wished there was more garlic Boursin flavor. Still really good. It came with salad greens in a light vinaigrette, sauteed mushrooms, and avocado. Our charcuterie board arrived long before our drinks did. We were half done with the board by the time the drinks arrived. The charcuterie board was delivered with no plates and only one napkin for two people. The board had lots of items on it and it was very difficult to remove an item or slice some cheese without something else sliding off. The cocktails were decent. She ate a few of them but I could tell by her face (and the fact that the bowl remained largely untouched after those few initial fries) that they were not good. My sandwich was okay. Just ok. It arrived warm, not hot, so I'm not sure if it was freshly made. Flavor-wise it was a little bland. I think it probably would have been better served just as schnitzel and not as a sandwich. For dessert, I ordered one of their oversized chocolate chip cookies. Again, it was just not good. Chocolate chip cookies are fairly hard to mess up but this one was just... Bad. It had more of a cake-like consistency... And not even very good cake. I took one bite and that was one too many. Between the difficulty finding parking, the general aloofness of the staff, and the terrible food... I'd recommend passing on this place.

The cold Burrata con Quinoa was okay, but surprisingly, it's still the only vegetarian dish on the entire menu. They really should add a green vegetable icon next to vegetarian items to make them easy to spot. For dessert, they offer lucuma ice cream, tres leches cake, and alfajores cookies.
