Had an amazing time and and amazing experience all around with Uncorked Tours. I went with them to book a hot air balloon ride and am glad I did. They were accommodating in SO many ways and truly made it a great time. The host, Shaylynne (hope I'm spelling it right) was great...and being that chipper that early in the morning was impressive all on its own! The pilot, Megan (hope I'm spelling that right) was funny and all things pro! I definitely recommend them!

If you're looking for a great wine tour in Temecula this is your spot. The tour guides are extremely kind, helpful and thorough. If you're new to wine, this is great because you get to try a little bit of everything and every winery you go to helps you define your palette. Would definitely book this again.

This was our second time doing this with the same company and we lucked out and caught the same pilot as we did the last time we came here back in November 2022. It took us about an hour and 40 to get there from LA but we had to be there by 5:05 AM. There is an ample parking and the party bus picks us up and takes us over to where the balloon is getting air in it via the flame. Our pilot, as usual, funny and informative with the whole process of flying and how Mother Nature's basically in control. I will not lie they canceled on us several times, but obviously, regardless of the weather reports things can change regardless of the time of year. The last time we flew was in November 20 22 and this time we went for the summer and the end of July.. I highly recommend it and honestly if you keep getting canceled, don't worry you'll get the tour eventually and it's worth the wait.

We really enjoyed our hot air balloon ride with Uncorked Tours! We arrived a little before 5 am; we parked, checked in, and then took a bus to the takeoff site. Watching the sunrise over the horizon from the air was an awesome experience, and Temecula in general is a beautiful area. We were offered champagne, which was a nice touch! Our pilot, John, was very friendly and knowledgeable. One thing to note, the takeoff is dependent on weather conditions. We got unlucky with the weather a few times. Luckily for us, we don't live too far away so it's not that big of a hassle. If you're coming from out of town though, just be prepared to reschedule if necessary.

Today was my 40th birthday and I decided to do something that was on my bucket list . This hot air ballon experience was amazing . Our pilot was Joshua he was great and gave us a good laugh while flying . Our guide Natasha was also a sweetheart. I totally would recommend this tour to friends and family . So happy to finally cross this off my list with beautiful memories made Thank you the James family

Booked a hot air balloon ride for my birthday. I called and booked it over the phone . This was a great experience from booking to communication to check in and the flight itself. The host and staff were super friendly, funny and helpful. Our pilot was John, who made us feel safe and was super funny in the meantime . It was our first time so I was kind of scared but as soon as I met him, I was sure that we are in great hands and he knows what he's doing . I definitely recommend this company for your ballon ride.

WOW, TERRRRRRRRRRRIBLE customer service. Trying to dispute a refund. Normally, I am really easy to work with, unfortunately these people... not so much. I don't know what it is, they obviously have a great thing going for them. Do they not care? After leaving NUMEROUS of messages, I have yet to hear from the manager. JUST DONT DO IT. Josh has been amazing. Our entire trip has been an entire pleasure and educational experience. I'm confused at all these negative reviews! My girlfriends and I wanted to do a fun date thing. I wasn't the one to make the reservation, so I can't comment much on that. My friend told me it was easy to call them and tell them about our voucher. Our host was Nolan and he made it super fun! We had a big party so but there were about 4 other random people on the bus. Which wasn't a problem at all, and everyone had a good time. Especially the military wife that started stripping for her husband in front of us! Yeahhhh people got drunk and crazy! So I recommend you pacing yourself!! The bus took us to 3 wineries, and we had complimentary tasting at the winery where the bus was picking us up too. So it was a lot of booze! By the last winery, everyone was pretty much buzz or passed out drunk. They give complimentary wine glasses on the bus, you can't steal the glasses from the winery! LOL. Nolan told us some people have been stealing glasses from the wineries, and that was hilarious. read more

This is our second time with Uncorked Tours and Josh as our guide/photographer. Both times were so much fun. Josh is very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. He is definitely the personality of Uncorked Tours. The bus is plain on the outside, but don't let that full you, on the inside it's the definition of a party bus complete with a pole and flowing champagne. In the summer months it does get a little warm when the bus is packed, but they have plenty of ice cold water for you. The wineries they take you to are always changing so I won't say too much about them individually, just that every one we went to had something special about it whether it was an item that's to die for, a breath taking view, or a specialty wine. In conclusion, I will say, of all the tours we've done, this is the I always recommend to others and it's my go to. Cheers. read more

This is my first wine tour & I swear my standards are set super high. The staff is incredibly amazing. Joshua & Megan make sure repeatedly that you are having a blast. Uncorked Tours is the BEST WINE TOUR I have ever been on! Everyone must check out this tour! My wife and I have been on several wine tours and this company has an excellent program and tour guide(Joshua) was very knowledgable and fun. Joshua accommodated our every need and went over and above to make sure we had fun and got great information about the Temecula Valley area and the wine varietals that we enjoyed on the tour. We will definitely be back with family and friends to enjoy this wine tour in the future! Remember to pace yourself as you will get 6 wine tasting at 3 wineries (18 tastings total) and champagne, cheese and crackers, and chocolate. The complimentary photos are also a nice touch to compliment our memories and show to friends and family what a great time we had. Overall if you don't take this tour you are missing out on a great day in wine country!! Great job Joshua !!! read more

I planned this sunrise balloon ride to pop the question and it worked out to be a perfect ride, albeit with a few caveats for future flyers. Firstly they do not take off at the winery and do not take off in Temecula at all if the winds are over 4mph. That meant a bouncing 20 minute ride to Winchester in a frankly awful neon and stripper-pole tour bus. That initially took the edge off and it took quite a bit of time - in fact we sat through a long introduction and some schticky sell job for trinkets as the sunrise happened behind us. It was beautiful but no sunrise flight. At the launch site the excitement kicked back in and I was able to deliver an impromptu proposal inside the balloon as our photographer Megan recorded. (She looked as surprised as my fiance!) The flight itself was surprising. I was expecting a bouncing thrill ride, borderline moshpit inside the basket and general nail biting - but I could not have been more wrong! The take off, ride and landing were all uneventful, peaceful even, and the basket felt as solid and stable as an elevator! I would do this again but know that your launch site could change and you may not see the sunrise from the balloon. I think it is called a Sunrise Flight only because you have to be at the winery by 6am! read more

I agree with all the reviews regarding Nolan and the service on setting up the appointment. Yes, Nolan is awesome! He's a really fun guy, and he really does take care of the people in the tour. It was hard to get a hold of someone on the phone. Forget email. It's like emailing to the black hole. Our tour was through Groupon, and that made setting up the appointment a bit more complication, as well. But, once we made it to the appointment, it was great. Again, Nolan is awesome! We went to three wineries. Favorite winery was Europa, while Danza del Sol came to a very close second. Favorite wine was Europa's En Vie. read more

I also had a difficult time making a reservation for the balloon ride. there was a large group of our family trying to reserve our for the same day, but it is hard to get a human on the phone sometimes, and instructions on leaving a voicemail were confusing. Also, one relative said it took days for her to get a callback. By that time, the reservations were full. Hoping the balloon ride is worth it. will update my review once we have gone on the ride this summer. Yes, you heard right, we had to book months in advance. wondering if the Groupon offer is the reason. Also, be aware there are additional charges for over people over 220 lbs and required gratuity for parties of 4+. I don't think that was clear on the Groupon. read more

We ate lunch at the Cougar Vineyard & Winery. I chose the roast beef sandwich, and it comes with a side of salad and a brownie. The winery is absolutely beautiful and the views are breathtaking. The best part is that they're pet-friendly! They even have adoption opportunities, and you can meet the puppies! I completely forgot the names of the wine I tasted, but I thought the wine was okay. Our last stop was at Fazeli Cellars Winery. The structure and outdoor area is very nice. Service is very courteous, attentive, and knowledgable. I thought it was unique because their wine contains interesting ingredients, especially the sweet wines. A friend I met on the tour ordered a flat bread, and we shared it. The flat bread was delicious and paired well with the wine. Highly recommend Grapeline Wine Tours! This was an unforgettable birthday experience. My only critique is that I prefer a guided tour at each winery because I'd like to learn more about its history, their own wine, and their own techniques in wine making.

Yesterday was my friends birthday and we were scheduled for a wine tour in Temecula. This company is called uncorked tours and the owners names are Joshua and Megan. Everything was going great until we were leaving the last location and heading back to our drop off place which was also our pick up place. On our way back, one of our girls in our group put the volume up on the PARTY BUS. (Keep in mind they never said we couldn't do that) and Joshua flipped out on all of us and he started screaming at everyone in the bus. I told him to shut up already since he was getting really repetitive and violent and he looked at me with an intense look answer and screamed "fuck you and shut the fuck up" later he proceeded to yell these things to my friend and when we got to our destination he continued to call us whores and Inform us that he has pictures and videos of our friend with their "pussies" hanging out and that he's going to get them fired. Later he said something to one of our girls and she followed after him and he laid his hands on her neck and later he pushed down another girl by the neck as well. (I have videos of all this) Megan (the driver) obviously didn't do anything because shes with that guy but we all thought he was on some type of drug. Another one of our girls left her jacket in the bus and contacted the bus people to bring it back and only the driver came back without Joshua. The police was already there and had taken our reports, he also took Megan's report because she claims WE ambushed HIM. There's not much we can do besides shutting them down because they're the owners. So I'm trying my best to spread this story so they no longer have a business. I shared their page and they blocked me. If they keep blocking people who speak up, the word won't spread. So please help me and my friends spread the word and help other women not go through this. Truly incredible company! It was our first trip out to Temecula and we couldn't have been luckier to find Uncorked! Firstly, we did the sunrise balloon ride this past Saturday. It was an incredible experience. Our pilot, Megan, was extremely calming and made the ride that much more enjoyable. I am afraid of heights, and my girlfriend was nervous as well. But as soon as we took off, Megan calmed us down immediately with the way she calmly explained what we can expect during our flight and pointing out all of the awesome landmarks, mountains, and marine layer that we could see from above. The bubbly served in flight was a great plus too! Next we did the Uncorked Wine Tour with Joshua. He was AWESOME! Very knowledgeable in regards to the area and types of wines. Educational box, CHECK. He also was fantastic with the camera, being sure to take pictures of everyone at every stop to capture each moment! Memories box, CHECK! And of course, he was very funny and had such a high energy. From getting us all laughing on the party bus to keeping us excited at each winery, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Fun box, SUPER CHECK! Next time we find ourselves out in the area, and everyone I know who make their way out west, I will definitely be recommending them. Really made the visit one of the best to date! Where they are now being told that the bus broke down. I took the four hour wine tour Friday with Uncorked Tours using a Living Social deal for my birthday with 4 other girlfriends! What a blast! Everything was supper easy from booking online to the email confirmation and reminders (even a check in call from our host, Nolan, to see if we needed assistance with directions)! Our first wine tasting was at Churon Winery, wasn't my favorite, but had some cute gift shop items that we got discounts on for being on the tour. Nolan, our host, made us feel comfortable and took lots of cute photos for us! After Churon we loaded up into the party bus which was amazing! Definitely has the wow factor with the lights and poll. Our second stop was at Europa Winery (my favorite...loved the Muscat & pinot). Very cute winery! Third stop was Danza winery! On our way over Nolan poped open champagne (and it flowed) with a tray of cheese and crackers. By this time there was a lot of dancing and poll lessons to be had! Once we arrived at Danza Nolan gave us Hershey bars to enjoy with the wines at Danza! Danza has a huge selection of wines to pick from and a relaxing courtyard to hang out and enjoy! We felt pampered through the whole experience and well taken care of! Nolan we love you and are definitely coming back!! Overall an excellent value and a lot of fun!! read more

I was excited for a hot air balloon ride with uncorked balloon tours but the experience was disappointing for several reasons. At check-in, we were unexpectedly asked to pay an additional $100 for being just five pounds over the weight requirement. While I understand the importance of weight restrictions for safety, we were not informed beforehand that the charge would be so excessive for such a small difference. This came as quite a shock. To make matters worse, the situation was handled very poorly--the announcement was made loudly in front of other guests, which was both embarrassing and unnecessary. Additionally, one person in our party became ill and was unable to attend. When we informed the staff member checking us in, their response was a loud and dismissive 'ugh,' which came across as unprofessional and unsympathetic. Finally, the ride did not match the advertised promise of being a "sunrise balloon ride." By the time we took off, the sun had already risen, which was a significant letdown as the sunrise was a key part of why we booked the experience. Overall, this experience fell short of expectations. I hope the company considers handling situations like these more professionally in the future and provides clearer communication about additional costs and timing. read more

WOW! If I could give a higher rating for this place, I would. We absolutely LOVE Uncorked Tours!! This place is the best, I have flown in a balloon in other states and this is by far the best. The balloons are pretty, the pilot Tim was so great, very knowledgeable and friendly. We felt so safe and happy the entire time. The customer service is outstanding as well, we had the pleasure of booking with Elizabeth, she was friendly and answered all of our questions, and even gave us recommendations for lodging and things to do after the flight. We were greeted very early by friendly faces, Ocean helped us with the check in process, and it was a breeze. She is great also, very helpful and answered questions along the way and we even got to ride on a party bus to get there. We will %100 be back in the future. If you are thinking about booking a flight, we recommend coming here for all of your balloon flight needs. 10 out of 10. The best wine tour in Temecula!! I took this tour with my girlfriends and absolutely had a blast. The party bus is a beautiful vehicle. The wine tour guide Joshua is very knowledgeable and extremely passionate about wine education and service. I have taken several tours in the past and this is definitely the best tour I have ever been on. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for a fun affordable and educational wine tour that takes you to premium wineries. They served a beautiful appetizer platter that was made just for our group. The gourmet chocolate was delicious and a nice surprise. The driver kept the Mamosa's topped off. I honestly could not ask for a better experience from the program set up to the service aspect. It's true you get what you pay for and this company has a great rate. Extremely Disappointed - Ruined a Once-in-a-Lifetime Moment. They were a key part of the plan to my godson's proposal and knew how meaningful this moment was. Unfortunately, they canceled their reservation just hours before they were scheduled to take off, with no real explanation or effort to make things right. What made it worse? They refused to issue a refund. My Godson didn't cancel. They were ready, excited, and waiting. But they left them scrambling at the last minute, completely ruining what was supposed to be a magical and unforgettable experience. This was not just a missed hot air balloon ride--it was a shattered memory that we'll never get back. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who's counting on reliability, professionalism, or basic customer service. Be warned: if something goes wrong, they will not take accountability. Spent today on a wine tour with 9 other friends. We were nervous about what to expect after reading the mixed reviews on Yelp. But we all generally enjoyed the afternoon and had fun. Our guides Nolan and Pete were great. Very personable, fun and helpful. They created an environment for us to enjoy the afternoon and the company of our friends. With that said, do not go on this tour expecting a "wine country experience" where you're going to taste excellent wines and learn about the Temecula wine country and the wineries that you visit. Basically, you visit the wineries to get buzzed and then be crazy in the party bus with the stripper poll and loud music. Again, we did enjoy ourselves, but you need to go in with the right expectations. There was plenty of cheese and crackers in the bus, and enough champagne for our bus-load of 20 people to have two glasses. The wineries were not great. Our sunrise hot air balloon ride was truly an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, everything was handled so smoothly. Shaylynn was amazing--she helped us secure a spot just the day before and made sure we were well-prepared for the adventure. She was a fantastic hostess, explaining everything clearly and keeping the excitement high. The party bus ride to the launch area added a fun vibe to the morning, and watching the balloon being prepped for launch was fascinating. We got plenty of opportunities to take photos and soak in the process. Once we were airborne, Pilot John made the ride feel effortless and magical. Uncorked Tours is hands-down one of the best ways to explore wine country! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, fun, and full of personality--thanks in large part to the incredible Megan and Stacey. Their energy is infectious, and their passion for local wine and community shines through every stop on the tour. Each winery we visited offered something unique, and Megan and Stacey made sure we had the inside scoop--whether it was a hidden gem off the beaten path or a bold red with a backstory. Megan, Josh, Chris, and the whole crew made the overall experience fun, lively, interesting, and worth waking up early for. The team works well together, and their expertise is apparent from the get go. Taking off from Monte de Oro Winery is a nice touch as you float just above the vines and orchards of Temecula. Eventually you're soaring high as the sun rises with champagne in your glass. My natural fear of heights wasn't an issue and shouldn't hold anyone back from taking advantage of this amazing opportunity. The gradual ascents and descents, a gorgeous God given panorama, and good company quickly take your mind off any anxiety you may have leading up to liftoff. It was a perfect way to celebrate my wife's belated birthday. Challenge yourself, make your significant other happy, and sign up for the next tour! read more

First I want to start off by saying I never leave reviews but I had to for this. This company ROCKS!!! When I say it's the best, I truly mean it! From start to finish, they made everything such a fantastic experience. The booking process was a breeze, then just wait until you join them for a tour. We did a balloon flight and a wine tour, and both were INSANELY AWESOME. NOT TO MENTION THE PARTY BUS! That was so luxurious. All the photos turned out cute... So memorable.. Thanks for capturing our bucket list. The staff is so fun and everything about it was great. I can't say enough good stuff. This has been a bucket list for my life, and I am beyond thankful for the amazing service I received. We will be back again!!!! 5 stars and an A+++ from my family. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! read more

If I can give a zero star I would, josh which is one of the tour guides put his hands on multiple women. He also tried fighting multiple people on the bus. He made every single person on the bus fill very uncomfortable, I have multiple videos and a police report was also filed. MEGAN which is the OWNER was sticking up for his bad behavior and wasn't making anyone feel safe. This company needs to be cancelled. I've already talked to the wineries that are associated with them and they said they would cut all ties. Please do not book with them what do ever! read more

What a great day in Temecula!This is not my first trip with Uncorked Tours.... Each time seems to get better!!! We started out with an incredible balloon ride to see the entire valley to the ocean to the west and watched in awe the sun rise in the east in a majestic balloon hundreds of feet in the air! After that we enjoyed a wine tour that included a limo coach ride with the company of employees and wine experts Pete and Jessica. We plan to take my daughter and her friends for her 21st Birthday! My daughters gave me this tour for my birthday and it made it one of my best ever. The guide, Josh, was awesome and paid attention to everyone. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating to everyone. We were offered a variety of beverages each time we got on the bus including mimosas and water - both of which were very much appreciated. The wineries were lovely and had many offerings of delicious wine. I would do this again any time. Thanks Uncorked for an awesome day! read more

I had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. A special shoutout to Pilot Megan--she was absolutely amazing and made the entire flight smooth, enjoyable, and safe. The scenery throughout the flight was breathtaking, and everything felt well-organized and relaxed. It was truly a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a scenic and comfortable flight. Can't wait to fly with them again! read more

Joshua is the best wine tour guide in Temecula!! His customer service has been amazing! I am looking forward to our Hot Air Balloon flight! I highly recommend Joshua and his company Uncorked Tours! Megan Franks and Dan Glick are the "owners" of these operations (Uncorked/Sunrise Balloons), though I understand if you actually were to make contact with him, Dan Glick will likely claim he is "only" a balloon pilot. He's had a dubious reputation in the Temecula Valley since the early 90's. They also are the supposed "operators" of Tuscany Hills Resort in north Escondido. Those who feel they have been swindled may perhaps locate them there. read more
