one of my favorite street wear brands and their sneaker selection is pretty rad. I applaud them for being one of the few retailers in the LA area that carries a nice selection of Bape clothing. Here's my experience with undefeated on La Brea. First they had posted something on their instagram as available, so I drove 30 minutes to their store to get it, only to arrive and them say they accidentally posted that and they weren't actually available. So they apologized, no big deal to me accidents happen. The next day when the shirts were supposed to be available and also a pair of shorts they said would be available if we arrived an hour before they open. So I show up the next day 2 hours before they open and there are 3 people in front of me. So I feel good about my chances of getting this product (considering it's one piece per customer). 15 minute before the store opening and employee arrives to open the store, and two other guys come and stand at the front of the line with the employee. So I've now been moved to 6th in line from 4th apparently. Whatever no big deal there's definitely more then 6 pairs of shorts available says the employee at the door letting people in. As the first 4 guys walk out who all went in together, they have 6 bags full of shorts, so I'm getting nervous because this was a birthday gift I was buying for my fiancée. So finally it's my turn in the store and two of the original 4 guys are still cashing out at the counter and I notice they have 5 pairs of the same shorts they were purchasing? On top of the other shorts the two other people bought as well. I ask for my size and they are now sold out, over 10 pairs of the same shorts sold to FOUR people as 15 others waited in line for hours to buy these shorts. Terrible business I've never seen anything as pathetic as this. Never would recommend anyone to take their words for anything they lied straight to our faces countless times. read more

Great store!! The best shoe selection in town. They have all the hard to find and the classic kicks. The Undefeated clothing is like the store, simple yet effective. Everything is quality!! Great staff!! I've been to every shoe store in LA and the surrounding areas and the staff at Undefeated is top notch. Fred at the La Brea store knows his stuff and is very helpful. Although UNDFTD has garnered widespread acclaim as a premier sneaker afficionado hotspot, to me personally it doesn't quite live up to its legendary expectations. But it does come close! They have an eclectic and well curated collection of sneakers for sure, from classic throwback Vans to the most technical of Nike ACGs. But that doesn't necessarily mean you'll find something exactly to your liking -- UNDFTD rewards repeat visits because its somewhat narrow selection of shoes are continually refreshed and rotated. They have amazing and relatively hard to find sneakers, but sometimes finding the perfect pair depends on the luck of the draw. read more

Arrived for a recent release, upon arrival 2 lines were formed. Upon opening (15mins to be exact) customers lined up in FRONT of store are told in a rude manner, they are in the wrong line and they are not getting any shoes for not following rules. Spoke with Manager who is a bit rude/power hungry state people already know rules yet they are posted nowhere. Despite multiple people waiting even before my friend and I, to go to the back of the line ACROSS the street where line has already extremely long. Picked the line across the street mainly due to buddies being apart of the line. Definitely will not be going back to ANY Undefeated store as I never had to deal with a rude manager who obviously does not know how to treat all customers the same with respect. I even told him I wasn't just buying 1 pair of shoes, I was buying others and he didn't care. All we wanted was for it to be fair and he couldn't do that read more

I walk up to the store from 2 blocks away and an employee hanging outside with his friends instead of working tells me the store is closed. That they close at 7pm. I sadly turn around and walk two blocks back to my truck and realize that it says 6:56 on my navigation, personal phone and work phone. Turning away customers to hang out with your buddy's isn't good for business. You guys should change your closing time to 6:45 if that's when you're going to start turning away people. Woulda been my first time at this location. Won't be trying again due to lame staffing. read more

Going here legitimately makes me not like humans. I've walked in here five times. Never once has someone asked me I wanted to try a shoe on. Good for shoes, blah blah. I'm not a sneaker fiend, so I can't write about their collection. However, back in high school during my senior year, I had friends that would camp out for these suckers and blow around $120 for a pair. Those were good times. We would bring a mini grill and have carne asadas. If we got thirsty, we made a run to Ralphs for some drinks. The REAL story is that one night, when we were camping for these exclusive Nike's that were going to be Mexico-based (with the Mexican flag on the back), we got shot at. No joke. We were grilling carne asadas and some tortilla, and there was 5 of us. Me, David Rodriguez, Jose Lopez, William Moran, Julio Perez, and Ray Casanova. While David was grilling, Jose said, "OH SHIT GET DOWN!!!" Just to let you know, it was like 2 PM but there were already a few guys behind our group (camping out as well). Since we were outside on the sidewalk, it made us easy targets. So I look to were Jose was pointing, and saw these fuckers with guns slowly driving by with their windows rolled down, grinning from ear to ear. I thought, "FUCK!!!" and shot down, and so did everyone else. However, David wasn't so lucky. He just said, "What the fuc*" and got blasted. When the fuckers drove off, we crouched up and checked on David. His cheek was stained with bright yellow paint, and behind him were 6 other blotted out yellow spots. David totally took one for the team. He didn't want to meat to burn, so instead of ducking down, he stood his ground and got shot in the face with a paintball gun. In fact, we don't even call him David anymore. We just refer to him as 50 Cent. True story. read more

I love this store! My friends and I always pop in to see what they have while waiting to eat at Sugarfish. The last time I was there, the tall worker with a the Bart Simpson-like haircut and beard help me try on a pair of Puma Creepers. He was attentive, patient and fun to talk to even though I ended up not buying the shoes since the sizing was off. It was a comfortable experience, and I'll definitely continue going back whenever I need some fresh kicks. read more

undftd was one of my first sneaker boutique experiences. it actually brought back that love for sneakers that i turned away from for a while. the prices are not too bad and the decor is cold and original. this is a must see for any visiting sneakerheads. the staff is cool and will help you with anything you need. la brea was the first one i went to but i live santa monica just as much. read more

Being a personal shopper, I honestly don't like coming to this location, only because the staff is always stuck up! They have limited sizes only because I'm sure they are a high volume store. I would like to start out by saying I dig Undefeated! Some of designs on the T's are weak, but every once in awhile you get a hot one, mostly known for there shoe collaborations. I currently live in Portland, OR, so my reasoning for supporting Undefeated is more to rep my southern Cali roots and my association with the street wear culture. Most of my homies rock Supreme (another topic all together), I'm the Undefeated one of the krew. I have one thing to say to Undefeated"Your making me look BAD!" You are selling your items at Urban Outfitters! Damn, I will prolly be able to find your clothing in the mall...its just a matter of time. Undefeated represents street culture, which as of now is a mash up of several subcultures. Sneaker heads, Underground Hip Hop, Sports fans and skate culture. The Street culture who supports you likes the exclusivity and the rareness of your items. Look at LRG! Came onto the scene strong and started that mainstream crap...now look at them. LRG is like wearing Rockawear or some shit! LOL (My opinion). I understand that from a business perspective you have to do what you have to do...but do you? I told my self I wouldn't do it (compare Undefeated and Supreme) and I wont, but look at what Supreme is doing...im just sayin'! Please Undefeated get your priorities straight, "Keep it street" (for those of you misunderstanding I said, street not hood). P.S. I just bought my first piece of Supreme clothing, a camp wool hat. The shit is dope..made with Italian fabric and the best part about it is that it's sold out. The first day it was stocked! I don't have to worry about a zillion people having it or the type of people who shop at Urban Outfitters (at least here in Portland). I could resale it and make my money back and some, due to the exclusivity! A win-win for every1 involved. Supreme gets paid, I get a piece of dope gear and I have the opportunity to resale it to an individual who was to slow or didn't have the funds at the time to make the purchase, but they can have it when I'm done. read more

Every time I make a trip to Undefeated, they always treat me like royalty. Always greeted when I walk in and asked multiple times if I need help with anything. To Tell you the truth i was soooooooo disappointed when i went to Undefeated. i go on there website alot and ive always wanted to go there. my first time going there was not good. right when i walk through the door i see to workers a tall girl and a baldheaded guy . they look me strait in the eyes and dont say anything to me. they made me feel so un welcome. i ask for sizes in some pumas size 10 they dont have it, without even checking the pack. instead of offering a 10.5 maybe, they offer a whole different shoe. all i can say is nice looking shop. horrible service. never going back again. read more

I've been coming here since it first opened, and they didn't even sell apparel yet. I live right up the street, and I have been through many releases and they keep their word about being one of the few stores in LA to utilize first come first served, which I feel is fair. I love this place, and have been a fan of the line before it became an icon in streetwear. I've always supported them, and they've always treated me well. Which is why I made my way over there this passed Saturday to buy the undefeated x nike AF1s, however, when I asked the girl working there for my size, she just sat there behind the counter and ignored me. I have never been treated with such disrespect before in this shop. Another customer asked her what was released that day and she just pointed at the shoes, he asked what was so special about them, and she misinformed him, I don't know if she was just lazy, or really didn't know what she was talking about, but I took my business over to the Silverlake location. There, I bought both pairs of shoes from the tall black guy. He was very informative about the shoes and was very enthused about the release. He sold me on both pairs. I really enjoyed talking to all three of the employees there who gave me better customer service than I have ever had at the La Brea location. I know where my new spot is. read more

its a sneaker store alrite. the thing that sets this shoe store apart from the other shoe store is because they carry visvim shoes and some limited release such as adidas azx wood wood, but i still feel that the majority of the stuff they sale here can be founded in most of the sneaker store. the price is pretty high, and i never seem them ever to have any sales. the customer service i guess is pretty good mostly because of one particular staff because i only really been there a few time, he remembers me everytime he sees me walking along la brea, regarding me as the "HENRIK VIBSKOV BOY". read more
