But over the last 4 years they have gone terribly downhill. As a seller there are massive associated fees now which didn't exist before ~10% more than listed on my last cashout. In addition to this they changed onboarding software twice in the last 4 years. The staff has always been aloof, which they could afford to be when they were the only game in town. However now they also treat you like you are going to steal something from the moment you walk in. The vibe is horrible and the shoes are overpriced from the buyer side. Luckily there are other shops willing to work with resellers in a more favorable fashion. If it weren't for the international market for luxury goods that now exists outside the US, I don't think FC would survive.

No email after a week, so I emailed to ask the status and was told the main extra (shock absorber post) was being shipped there and would arrive within a week, and asked me to pick it up and bring it back in when the part arrived. I wrote back that I don't drive unless I have to (medical), have never ridden an e-bike so would be transporting it home to learn to ride it, and so asked him to store it until the part was in and it was a full build. Scott accommodated, and I got a fully built PERFECT bike for me yesterday. Scott helped me load it into my SUV (a tight fit, so grateful for his help) and I shook his hand. Got it home, unloaded it, and am more than excited to learn a new healthy habit. Thank you, Scott!

I would not recommend this shop…read more We were originally given an estimate for how long the repair would take, but it ended up taking significantly longer than we were told. During that time, communication was extremely poor. They rarely answer the phone and did not provide updates about the status of the bike, leaving us to repeatedly try to get information ourselves. When we finally picked up the bike, we discovered that something else was now broken that had not been an issue when we brought it in. We called the shop to explain what happened and asked them to look at it, but instead of trying to address the concern, they were dismissive and unwilling to help. What made the experience even worse was the way we were spoken to. The communication was rude and condescending rather than professional or customer-focused. Mistakes and delays happen, but good customer service means communicating with customers and taking their concerns seriously, especially when a bike comes back with a problem it didn't have before. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

So I walked my bike to van nuys and gor there there was only one person working. He saw me get there and he picked up the phone. And was talking a cool 8 mins and I'm like wtf in my head. I came just to get 2 new inner tubes. After he got off the phone he then quoted me which I was like damn was kinda pricey. 60 for both. He fixed it by the close of shop which was 5. He broke my chain guard. While he try to tell me that it was already broken. I told him no I walked here and I would know if it was broken. I brought an electric bike so I wish he knew if he worked with them first. But he said to come back next week and he will replace the chain guard. I came back and I called him the day before and he said to come. So I came the next day and I had to wait 30 mins and them he didn't have the part and he took the part of another bike that wasn't the same brand. I will never come back to this place. Bad customer service and there is no integrity here. The Light_skin_dragon will find a better bike shop that gives you way better service
