1/26: Demna is out (gone to Gucci) and Pierpaolo Piccioli is in, ready to bring some refined luxury to this brand which (IMHO) had been bordering on street wear. The new look is a hit! For sure one of the prettiest stores on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, Balenciaga still reigns as a luxury brand with an unmistakable, but usually subtle, "B" logo on bags and other stuff. You can tell the Balenciaga leather right away -- super soft and supple -- unlike other designer lines with stiffer material that may or may not even be leather anyway. I'm a fan of their jewelry, bags and shoes. Definitely worth saving up for one or two of these pieces per year. Sales staff here is not snooty in any way, actually just the opposite. I stopped in recently looking for a certain bag and my sales person found the exact bag, at a huge discount, on the shelf at Balenciaga outlet (Cabazon). One phone call and it was shipped to me the next day, free, from Palm Springs! At the Rodeo store, I was able to pick up a ring I haven't seen anywhere else, giving me permanent Balenciaga bragging rights. But I'm not bragger. read more

I've been visiting Balenciaga stores all over the US and this has got to be my Favorite location in terms of customer service and product availability. The only Con is how addictive this place is and how I've almost spent 5k at balenciaga in a month lol. So good but so baddd! read more

I am in agreement with Yelper Yumma B. This store is operated by rude staff. The security guard was actually a sweetheart when I paid them a visit, but the overwhelming majority of their staff were rude and by no means helpful. It must be a miserable place to work. I had not known this store to do brisk business, as it is pretty empty. The Beverly Center store was always bustling, probably because the sales associates there are incredibly kind, helpful and will ensure you receive the latest and best of their merchandise. If you want Balenciaga, I recommend patronizing the Beverly Center location. read more

I recommend you go to a diff store location if you are coming for balenciaga, save yourself the headache and go to Beverly center. came in and had super rude customer service from Symone. Also everything is out of stock here. Shopping should be an accommodating fun experience, she ruined my experience with the brand. Went to Beverly center and got way better service with no issues and a welcoming atmosphere. She seemed annoyed the entire time she was with me even though I was being extra nice. If you come here, don't have Symone as ur SA. Giving one star because the security guard was nice. read more

This store is wonderful! I went in today to purchase a pair of Speed Sneakers that the Beverly Center was out of! The employees were so helpful, they were unfortunately out of my size but the staff was so accommodating and was able to order a pair to be send to my house for free. I ended up taking a look around while the staff was finishing my order, and found a few other pairs of shoes I really liked. The selection here is extensive and they had a lot of pieces I did not see at their other locations. I visited this store last week. Immediately upon entering I was greeted by Taylor. She had such an amazing fun energy about her and started chatting me up about how I was feeling, where I'm from but she was so curious about me it made me feel welcomed. Especially, going into a store on rodeo drive where I could be super intimidating. I had no intention of buying anything but she immediately started introducing me to few of there handbags, keychains, jewlery. I was mesmerized and ended up leaving with a small handbag. Taylor taught me so much about their brand Balenciaga and will definitely be interested to getting other beautiful products. It's so nice to see and experience that there's still genuine kindness out there especially during this pandemic time where so many are full of hatred. Went into the store today and my husband and I were only greeted by the security that checked our temperature and let us into the store. As soon as we walked in we weren't greeted nor asked if we needed help by none of the sales reps yet they all made eye contact with us. At the time we were in the store my husband and I were the only ones there so it wasn't as if they were too busy to attend to us or greet us. I was excited to look around and possibly buy something but we spent our money elsewhere such as Prada and Gucci were the customer service is superb ! read more

I called today when they were opened at 10am, 3x that Ive called and they would immediately send me over to their non-existent customer service line without a word. Their customer service line is garbage. They never pick up, Ive called two days in a row for an hour long and nothing. I had bought a bag a week ago with no real updates. I emailed days ago and nothing. Luckily the So Coast Plaza answered my ph call to help me with my online order because it ridiculous to spend $1300 and not get a update on my order. read more

If I could give this store a 0 I would I'm Very unhappy with my overall experience. My boyfriend bought me a pair of shoes for valentines and they promised to have them shipped out but when I wasn't home to receive my merchandise, I had to go to fedex to pick up my product no big deal but I got denied! Because my name wasn't on the package but i specifically told him they were being shipped to my house and that my boyfriend would not be able to pick them up . Since he works 7 days a week. So I had my boyfriend get off early from work to pick up my shoes ... and got he got denied AGAIN because his ID did not have my home address!!!! I asked if their would be any Problems and was told no and now it's feb 20 !! And I ordered my shoes on the 9th ! .. I can never get ahold of the manger ... when spoke to another employee they promised to call me back they even gave me their personal number and got no follow up call ... So disappointing. read more

Taylor is my go to at Balenciaga and she's the absolute best! I have her direct number so I'm always texting her even on her off days for ideas on colors/designs regarding my purchases. She's so sweet and was able track down my bag and get it customized by an artist at an in store event. If you want a real salesman who knows what hes talking about I recommend Pedro. Pedro Is friendly and attentive without being pushy or Overbearing.checking on us often. showed us lots of product. He is full of product knowledge including vintage items of the brand. What I liked about pedro the most was not only did he give you product knowledge of the quality the bags leather and workmanship. he includes the history of the brand. he encouraged you to purchase & related to the new hottest trend that the story is carrying. customer service and patience is what pedro has. my daughter & I was very happy to have met perdro. now that he included her to the mailing list she looks forward to shopping with him for the future. My wife loves Balenciaga clothes, accessories, and jewelry. While in Monte Carlo, we shopped at Balenciaga. In addition to other purchases, she purchased an expensive Balenciaga Cuff Bracelet. Unfortunately, she did notice a defect that required a small repair. We went back to Balenciaga, in Monte Carlo, and they informed us that it could be repaired once we returned to the U.S., at any Balenciaga store, at no expense to us. Since there are no Balenciaga stores in San Diego, we had to wait until we travelled to Beverly Hills, to have the Cuff Bracelet repaired. To our good fortune we interacted with Yamslee Hernandez, Balenciaga's Customer Service's Representative. Yamslee went "Above & Beyond" in first trying to have the Cuff Bracelet repaired, and when it could not be repaired, she arranged for a new one to be shipped directly to us in San Diego. Yamslee represents the Best-of-the-Best, when it comes to Customer Service Professionals, and what customers normally expect from Customer Service Representatives, but seldom get. She is a tremendous asset to the Beverly Hills Balenciaga. Because of Yamslee Special Assistance, my wife will make ALL of her future Balenciaga purchases through Yamslee. Love the staff here! Balenciaga was sold out of the sock show in my size for weeks nationwide, and once this location got a pair in they text me right away so I could come and buy them. What service attitude and treatment? Isn't it because South Coast is far away, or I rarely come to Rodeo Drive? I quarreled with the manager about returning a piece of clothing before. As a manager, still don't know how to treat guests and respect? Thought my English was not good and kept talking bad things there. After returned the point card to me. I thought to myself that I am a repeat customer who often buys clothes and shoes in Rodeo Drive. I endured it. But a few days ago I bought a pair of shoes online to give to a friend, the express delivery from the Internet did not have a bag. It's impossible to give a shoebox to a friend directly, right? I came today and stood outside for about fifteen minutes and then welcomed me very much. When I said I wanted a bag, the sale immediately changed her face. Is it because I didn't buy it from you and didn't mention it? From San Gabriel, there is half a tank of gas in traffic jams, and I don't understand what sales service the customers can do? Really, I promise I will never buy back again in Rodeo Drive. Enough! South Coast is much better and taxes are also cheap. Gucci and Ysl repeat customers.
