This particular Under Armour is located in the outlets and overall, I have to say that my complete experience here was positive. First, the staff were friendly and professional. I was here on the Saturday after Black Friday and they were all smiles (though I am sure all of the customers were not so cheerful). The price and selection were both good, especially since they were doing their monster Black Friday sale. I bought several sweatshirts, sweat pants, socks and T-shirts. Yesterday was my first visit to the Under Armour store in the outlet mall. I will say that its annoying that so much of the parking is paid parking and the rest you have to fight hoards of people to get. Someone almost hit my son and I while I was pushing him in his stroller! The Under Armour store was clean, organized, and had a great clearance section. I really like the concrete wall with backlit emblem and signage. Both my husband and I found a pair of shoes that we liked. We were also really excited to see that there is a 10% discount for healthcare workers, veterans, and active military members. So instead of getting our shoes at 50%, which is the clearance price, we got them at 60% off! We got 2 pairs of brand new, stylish, supportive shoes for just under $100! We spoke to a couple of employees at the store and they were friendly and helpful. The only thing that I didn't like was that when our items were rung up the cashier accidentally scanned one of our items twice and didn't realize it, which is just an accident, but when I mentioned it to her she did not even check before she told me that I was wrong. After insisting that the price was not right she checked, and saw that I was right. If I wouldn't have been paying attention I would have paid almost $60 extra. Even though this was my first visit to the store, it will not be my last. I will just make sure that everything is rung up correctly. Rating from F to A+++, I give it an A++! read more

Ugh! I had never been to Outlet stores until recently and I will never return to them. Any of them. Ugh! Just Ugh! For one, people think they are getting a good deal here. Really? Head to the UnderArmour store at Downtown Disney (Disney Springs) and you'll see the prices are pretty much the same. So, I'm not getting any great deal here. The store was shabby and dirty. Not in a "dirty-dirty" way... but just in a "I really don't want to be here because EW" way. I only gave it two stars rather than one because I didn't manage to find my husbands a couple of shirts here. That was all. Again, I didn't pay any less than I would have at Downtown Disney. But mark my words, I will NEVER, EVER return here! read more

The Under Armour Factory Outlet looking for children's sports clothing. Unfortunately..they did not carry any but while I was there I found a couple of items for myself at a good price. The store was organized and clean. There was a friendly sales associate on the floor assisting customers. I will definitely return to this store to take advantage of the sales. read more

(At the UA Location Orlando International Premium Outlets) After talking to a VERY LAZY worker at UA - who told me what you see is all we have ....and ... the bins under were not to be touched as they were reserved .... SOUNDED CRAZY TO ME ! I approached another Sales Rep - and asked for assistance. Stefanie assisted me in looking for my size ... on the display, under the display and in the backroom. In fact, she went up and beyond and looked for the shirts I selected on their Web Site AND offered to ship the products to me as well !! She also took the remote ipad like systems and allowed me to purchase without waiting on the line. She was attentive, thoughtful and friendly ..... This girl should be praised and promoted !!! She is the definition of Customer Service. She obviously, takes pride in her job. The other employee - needs training in customer support - and possibly fired. I come here often. Most of the time it feels a little dead compared to the other athletic shops causing the greet by the greeter to feel a little awkward almost like after you walk in they are watching your everymove. But I assure you they are not! I love this place because they are very helpful. They have helped or given me advice for everything besides a discount lol! But they always have great sales and stuff on clearance so you don't need to ask. It's a decent size shops mostly with their hot or cold gear depending on the season and they have a golf section which I love. I think UA golf polos are the best! But if you have any questions the greeter has helped direct me on whats on sale and new items for the season. The manager even offered me a job one day out of the blue so once again the staff is friendly and very customer service oriented. read more

This store in the Orlando Premium Outlets is although better than the clearance store at the Outlet Marketplace across the street is your basic UA store of the Outlet variety. They have good selection of all around clothing but not necessarily any specialty items like you'd find at the Disney Springs or Brand House stores like the flagship in Chicago. This store does have a lot of the not so old lines of styles as well as a decent selection of sizes for shoes and clothing alike. Generally they will have some standard specials and promos but if you check in via Yelp and pick up the discount book at customer service in the food court of the mall, there's a code in there for 20% off for UA. It's well worth it to use that offer. read more

UA has an outlet mall close enough to Chicago, but driving to Aurora is pure torture....for me, at least. However, there is only so much swimming and tanning I could handle while in Florida, so I was excited to find they had an outlet in Orlando. The employees were....well they were there. No one seemed to know anything though, except for the guy who recommended a place for good beer. He was actually really friendly and helpful and I could see why he was the greeter. There wasn't a huge discount on items, but I still spent way too much money here because the deals I did find were worth it. Frankly, I love UA products. They last longer than some other brands I've tried, they're comfy and they're not ridiculously expensive. The store felt a little crammed though and their clearance rack was really...disorganized. Plus, their clearance section is right by the fitting rooms. I don't like people, I don't like people invading my personal space and I don't like getting hit with a door when I'm browsing for clothes...so I pretty much just gave up on looking for a sports bra. I went on a random day in summer and it was busy enough. I'm sure it's hell during the holidays, but I still think it's worth it. They have items (and colors) that aren't listed online, which is really what brought me in. read more

They were all very helpful and had great product knowledge. I have visited this location before and consistently receive fantastic customer service which my family and I appreciate. I was visiting my old hometown and decided to look for a pair of shoes for my grandson. I found exactly what I wanted, just not in his size. Fully aware it was an outlet store I went ahead and asked the stupid question do you have stock in the back? Of course the young man said no. But then he said " let me check the online stock". Really?? Nope, no size three anywhere. He then proceeded to check every shoe that fit my specifications. Black. White soles. Laces, but the elastic kind you don't have to tie. Essentially a slip on sneaker that looks like a regular one. Not only did he find a pair, they will be at my house, 200 miles away waiting for Liam to open the package when he gets here 4 days from now. That's the kind of service you would expect from, say, Tiffanys. Not an outlet store with only 2 employees on duty. Impressive. read more

Went on Sunday, February 16th, 2020. Store was closed. No sign on door stating why. FedEx had left a sign on the door that they tried to make a delivery, but the store was closed, as well as the Under Armour Shoe store next door. That was the only indication something was awry as you walked up to the locked door. Huge line of people outside wanting to shop there, but they all left... disgusted. After reading the reviews on the staff, sounds like this place needs to clean house with both, managers and employees. I think this outlet is doing a great job at keeping there store clean and organized. I feel that when things are cheap people just come in great numbers and don't pay so much attention to how the misplace things. Under armour isn't cheap but this outlet does offer a lot of savings. On top of clearance items they also have discounts on some seasonal wear as well. This store is also large enough that you don't feel too cramped in there, unlike the other store around it. But do watch out because on busy days like the weekend it is a bit harder to navigate through the cloths racks. All in all great experience here. Will come again. read more

Usually when we go to Orlando we never had a problem shopping at the under armour in the premium 1 outlets and for some reason on Wednesday the 18th of February we had a "wonderful" experience. There was this Hispanic girl about 5'5 black straight hair and average size, there and as my boyfriend was going through the shirts neatly she came up to him and rudely said "can I help you with something" and he said no that he was looking for a medium sized shirt and she rudely replied that they didn't have that size (without looking) and then turned to her coworker and said that "now I have to refold this whole pile because these people". I am highly upset and I tried to keep my peace but I'm going to speak up. And I know we will never be going back. Their deals suck anyway we just like the brand. read more

I had bought a pair of sneakers and without realizing it when I got home they were two left feet one size 8.5 And 9.5. When we were packing to head to the airport I put them on for the first time and realized what had happened. It was 745am when I called the store. The manager had answered the phone and told me to head right over and she would exchange them for the correct pair. The whole service I had from the time buying them until switching for the correct pair was amazing! Perfect customer service. I look forward to visiting next year! read more
