I love everything about Under the Mango Tree! It's such a cute and cozy spot. I love coming here anytime I'm in Miami Beach. I ordered the açaí bowl which was delicious! The service is also great and all the staff are really friendly. Great vibes overall!

Angie recommended the brownie and a vanilla cinnamon coffee with oat milk. I gotta say, the coffee was excellent, but I ended up eating the brownie before I could even try it. The brownie was delicious, and the coffee definitely lived up to the recommendation once I got around to it. I definitely recommend both items. The brownie is vegan, so expect a slightly different flavor profile than a traditional store bought brownie, but it was still very enjoyable.

This place resembles a combo of a yoga spot + reading space + smoothie spot + hipster space. It's cozy, and the employees are friendly. I had the Easy Pineapple smoothie ($11 for the larger cup) and it was really delicious. It was light, as pure as I like my smoothies (no extra things added other than fruit), and contained pineapple, mango, and coconut nectar. Will definitely be back again!

I love everything about this cozy, shaded, and adorable cafe serving up delicious healthy vegan food to the sounds of Bob Marley. Although it's small, they are creative with the seating and have made good use of the space and also have tables outside with umbrellas. They have a restroom that is clean. The service is very friendly and they are happy to answer questions or make suggestions. They are also patient and you don't feel rushed trying to decide what to order. I recommend taking a look at their menu online first to give you an idea of what you would like to order then when you arrive in person view the special board before making a final decision. All ingredients are fresh and beautifully presented. Also reasonably priced for the quality of food you're receiving. Parking is paid street and somewhat difficult to find on a busy day but you should find something in walking distance. If you live close by you'll want to walk or rideshare. This visit I had the turmeric latte which is so yummy, the ingredients are perfect and the consistency is very creamy. I also had the papaya special, I think it was served with chocolate nibs and agave. A very filling and satisfying breakfast that was beautiful. You will not regret stopping by and supporting this small business.

This place hands down has some of the best smoothie bowls in Miami. The açaí is very fresh and not overly sweet. The granola is homemade and not too crunchy or hard. The same goes for the almond butter which is clearly homemade. Everything altogether was great and this is a stop I will absolutely make again.

I absolutely loved this spot. It gives every zen vibe imaginable and they are focused on sustainability in every way. Everything on the menu is healthy. I ordered the chia pudding with fruit and my friend had their avocado toast with pistachios. We split their choco donut and apple muffin as well. Bear in mind everything here is vegan (just in case that's a no-go for you). The donut was yummy but the muffin lacked the crumble that a regular apple muffin might have. We both loved our coffee selections - she had a regular latte and I had one of their specialty lattes that had tumeric in it (a little bit of a kick but nothing crazy). I'd try one of their smoothies next time. Check this place out!

It's healthy, organic, and reasonably priced for the quality of food offered. The tumeric latte + summer lentil bowl are both DI-VINE. The tumeric latte is very ginger-forward + has a fruity pebble-like aftertaste. The bowl is just bomb. Period. My husband isn't a fan of vegan food, and he inhaled his party Sammie. The staff were pleasant, helpful and very patient with me as I asked a million questions about their menu. The space is small, but immaculately designed in am organic boho aesthetic that's warm + inviting. This place is a MUST if you value your health while visiting Miami Beach!

If you're looking for a healthy café that's not some trendy chain, Under the Mango Tree is the perfect place. First of all, you must try the Superfood Frap. It is chock-full of goodness and is absolutely delicious. It's a unique drink that you cannot find anywhere else. I also recommend sampling one of their acai bowls. These are also brimming with good-for-you ingredients, which leaves you free to enjoy the amazing flavor. I tried the Super Cali Ali and subbed the gluten-free date nut crumble for the granola (so glad they have that option). The restaurant has a homey, community feel. They even have pictures of local, adaptable pets on the wall. This is a true neighborhood spot.

Honestly one of the best restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of visiting! Healthy superbly prepared food! Genuine out of this world friendly service! Ambience was amazing too...good music (not too loud), a live mango tree amongst seating indoors and outdoor seating on tree lined street for people watching! It has a European cafe flare with a mix of South American creativity and warm hospitality. Top notch coffee too! A must stop for brunch or lunch in Miami!

Stopped by as it was recommended because I wanted soup. I ordered the soup - it taste like squash soup. Samosas- dry and little taste. Banana bread- dry but good, not sweet and went great with the earl gray tea I had for a beverage. The place itself was very chic and cute. They also had seating out front. The was a pretty tree inside the quant space. Plus a dog. I love dogs, I have 1 that I adore. But a customer let her very sweet dog walk around the small space as the dog went all around. She finally put a leash on him as she waited for her food. Overall, good vibes- but it's a 1 time visit for me.

Very generous portion and friendly staff make this place a great spot for breakfast or lunch. The açaí bowls aren't the best I've ever had but they definitely hit the spot and are well above average. The outdoor seating during COVID was nice for parties of 2 - any larger and you may have a tough time on weekends. Would absolutely go back. On my trip to Miami, my sister found this super cute Juice/Smoothie shop. It's a lovely place to grab a smoothie or an açaí bowl to go. I took a mango smoothie bowl and my sister ate a frozen açaí bowl and it was so good! I have to admit that I usually don't like frozen or just sweet stuff for breakfast but I really enjoyed it. The shop on its own was beautifully decorated as well and the young woman at the counter was friendly. unfortunatly there are no places like that one in Germany read more

Absolutely amazing!!!! Right when you walk in you feel as if you've entered a little green paradise hidden behind the concrete sidewalk. The people are extremely nice and hospitable. If your a health nut like myself (sometimes) I definitely recommend trying Under the Mango Tree. Great aesthetics and atmosphere and a fairly priced menu. When you walk in there is immediately an earthy and calming vibe that makes you feel relaxed and zen. They have a wide variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and bowls. Great, healthy, local place for delicious smoothies and acai bowls (they have more but those are my go-tos). Local Tip: They encourage sustainability so bring your own bowl/cup/container and you'll save $$$. I like the detox bowl and it's almost $2 cheaper when I bring my own bowl. read more

This place is a must do when in south beach. They have excellent grilled sandwiches, juices and acai bowls! Order to go and eat at the beach or somewhere else bc there is no seating. Eh. Got the classic acai bowl plus cacao nibs and almond butter. Almond butter is not mixed in and instead is two scoops on top making it not fun to eat. Acai was good but way too small for the price. Not my kinda vibe and not enough seats. I think I'm more main stream. read more

This was my 2nd time in this place for breakfast as i was visiting from NYC. I ordered an acai bowl. The ambiance in this spot is great and i love their incentive to reduce waste and give $2 off on average to those who bring their own bowls. The bowls they provide are their house bowls and are washable so i didnt really get the price difference here. I understand if it was plastic... Anyway, my acai bowl "superfood" with added nut butter was $16. It was delicious but had maybe 7 goji berries in it. I think for the price they shouldnt skimp on the superfood ingredients!!! Also the wifi isnt really good so if you are there trying to work it might not be the best spot. read more

I love the NEW LOCATION. It's very quaint but mighty. There is an actual mango tree in the building. The Sonos sound system is also a plus. If you are looking for a place to have a juice or smoothie and need somewhere to cool off, this is the spot. The service is also good. read more

This is a great breakfast place for vegans and vegetarians. When we were visiting Miami this was a perfect place to grab some healthy food. We tried their regular açaí bowl and dragonfruit açaí bowl. Both were really good. This place is pretty small from the inside and it's typically crowded during breakfast time. So if you're looking for a place to sit and eat I would recommend taking some time out so you can find a seat. There is a tree inside so you could literally sit underneath the mango tree! Would definitely love to stop by here again on the next Miami visit. read more

Love the overall vibe of this place. Small and cozy, reggae playing over the speakers. Down to earth people taking your order. Amazing menu with fresh ingredients to choose from. I had the dragon fruit bowl with vegan protein, it was a technicolor paradise. It reminded me of the first time I had a dragon fruit smoothie in Bali. Anything that color had to be awesome.I saw tons of people eating bowls of what looked like chocolate pudding, I plan to try it on my next outing. The açai chocolate bowl. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is very welcoming. They'll greet you with smiles on their faces and make conversation with you -- something you rarely get from an employee in Miami. On the right hand side when you walk in, you can find a couple of shelves with books, incenses, sage, etc. that you can browse and purchase. There's barely room for seating; maybe 6 people sitting and it already feels packed. I have previously tried the chocolate acai bowl and it was great but I was looking fir something less sweet this time, so I ordered a classic acai bowl. A friend of mine ordered the marley acai which comes w/ peanut butter. Both were great. We decided to share a slice of vegan chocolate cake but after a bite, we were kind of disappointed. It was really dry and kind of lacking taste. Besides that, everything was great. Customer service, atmosphere, bowls; all great. The location is kind of hidden but right by Ocean Dr. There's street parking, of course, but if you don't mind getting a few steps in before and after your meal, you can park in a public garage a couple of blocks down right on Collins and it is much cheaper. read more

This place is a hidden gem in South Beach. I found it as I was looking for a place that sold acai bowls. didn't know what to expect, but when I got there I immediately loved the vibe of the place. Very eclectic and smelled really good, from the arrangement of organic and homemade candles and oils for sale near the entrance. The bowls are moderately priced and I think I paid around $10 for it. I ordered the classic one, which consists of acai, banana, and berries. It was good. I also tried a turmeric latte for the first time, as I jokingly mentioned I was hungover and the women behind the counter recommended it. Tasted great, don't know if it helped the state I was in at the time, LOL. Other than that, the only thing I would love even more is if it were bigger, because I would definitely bring friends and stay for a bite and coffee or smoothies. read more

This place is one of a kind. I love how they love the earth and cherish what we put in our bodies. Both the pineapple smoothie & patty Sammy melt was delicious. Perfect for a day at the beach. They use recycled materials as cups and I love to see it. I wish more places were like this. Plus they have a beautiful tree inside. The pineapple smoothie was $7.50 for 16oz and the melt was $11.50. Unfortunately, you do need to pay for street parking. read more

Superfood acai bowl is a must try ( its around 11.70 and well worth it ) Best in town!!! Also tried pb bowl $7 which it's probably the lowest price of an acai in town. She only uses pure ingredients which shows in taste. This is a hole in the wall- you really have to know the area to know it exists. read more

Super nice and cozy spot in South Beach Miami. The atmosphere is very chilled and the customer service is great. They have an actual Mango Tree inside. Our waitress was so friendly and cheery and the menu options are great and healthy. Everything is pretty much vegan/plant based. I had the Avocado Toast and my husband ordered the Spicy Kale Melt. Inspired by nature, I decided to open a small but unique local shop in South Beach, my hometown. My original fascination for earthy style and natural living was personal but soon transformed to the Under the Mango Tree shop. Every product is handmade and most of them are made by locals from our neighborhood. By buying from locals we could all reduce our carbon footprint because it didn't have to travel far The shop is all made by reusable items, from chairs to shelves... We also serve fresh made - health conscious juices to spread the word on its healing power.

Meet the Business Owner: Patty P.

Born in Peru and raised in Miami, I decided to move to South Beach ten years ago. I have a need to be close to the ocean. I always had an urge to learn about ways to heal ourselves by natural ways and positive energy. So I decided to open this Natural Boutique blocks from my apartment to inspire people from my neighborhood. I am my number one customer, I love everything I carry, every single item has been hand picked to get in touch with nature; from handmade - by locals - jewelry to superfoods; like maca, quinoa, spirulina.. Very interesting looking place with a tree in the middle of their restaurant (one would expect by the name). The prices are very fair for Miami Beach with a lot of variety to choose from including acai, smoothies, juices, melts, coffee, and other items. The only items that were very expensive were the juices at around $10 to $12. Seemed steep considering other FRESH juice spots are around $7 to $8. My daughter made her own juice with apples, oranges, and pineapple for $9. I had the Chocolate Acai Bowl that seemed kind of watered down but it wasn't horrible. Cost a little over $13 with tax. The smoothies are incredible, healthy, delicious and very tasty. My favorite ones are the strawberry, banana, apple and the healthy antioxidant carrot, beat, orange, apple one. Probably one of the most disappointing açaí places in Miami. Not only was the staff extremely rude, the açaí was overpriced and the taste was awful. The only thing that I was able to taste was the extremely ripe banana in the açaí that left a bitter aftertaste. The bowls are also very small and mine was definitely not as full as the ones pictured in other reviews. I was also charged $1 extra for honey and the amount that they gave me was not worth the price. The business itself was beautiful and had a very cozy ambiance, however the food and employees did not meet the standards. came in with my best friend while on our search for a good acai place in miami and i have to say, this is one of the most disappointing ones we've tried. the interior is beautiful and very welcoming as an environment but the staff was a little rude. our bowls weren't as filled as the ones we saw in pictures and in my friend's acai you can taste that the bananas used in them were bad. we cleaned up after ourselves and brought the plates up the one of the workers and she gave us a dirty look which was really confusing. i don't think i'd come here again solely for the fact that the $14 bowl i bought left me hungry and i had to go get food somewhere else. read more

Went to get a smoothie. Waited in line a while when there weren't many people in front of me so left and decided to come by later since I had my dog and had to walk him anyways. Came back at 5:45, doors were open, but the employee told me I couldn't order since they were closing cause they want to clean up. Seriously? Their hours say open until 6. They are usually nice there and the smoothies are good which is why I updated this review to 3 stars, but they really need to get the lines moving faster. This is my favorite juice bar in the world! Not only is the service impeccable, but the decor is very quaint and inviting. They offer not only the freshest in juices and smoothies, but also small vegetarian/vegan meals, hand-made bags and crafts, in addition to running a small local co-op. This is the ONLY place I buy my fruits & veggies in South Beach--you truly can taste the difference! Love Love Love! Great smoothies, bowls, and the veggie melt sandwich is delicious! I love coming here when I'm in South Beach because it's not only delicious, but refreshing. I highly recommend coming here if you're vegan/vegetarian/ or just love smoothies. The decor is also very cute and the people who work there are nice. I usually have the "Under the Mango Tree" or the "Pink Dragon" smoothie which are both delicious and I sometimes turn them into bowls. read more

unbelievable spot. I'm vegan and visited Miami for a week. Out of all the vegan brunch spots I hit, this was by far my favorite. Great acai bowls (get them "iced"), great avo toast with hemp seed and cucumber, fantastic black coffee, pure ginger shots (other shops put other ingredients into their shots, I like pure ginger), and the best vegan cookies I've ever tasted. Barely found this place, walked past it several times. I was hoping to have lunch there but did not realize that there is really no seating area...so I walked in and walked right out. There's so much space in the front, I don't get why it's not a cafe. I was really excited to try this place out.. so this review is merely a suggestion on improving the space in the front to make it more dine-in friendly. read more

Really good one Food is incredible. Atmosphere is fantastic. And place is MAGICAL, literally feels like you are in fairy's house. It drives Food is organic and tasty. Love this place! Very cool atmosphere. Just a little locally owned shop. Bowls can take a while when busy but they are worth the wait. Sitting in the back room is a cool place to catch up with friends. The choice of bowls is great. Go wth the BPT or the spicy bowl. Always ask for it to stay as that's part of the experience. read more

If you like coffee and a good smoothie, this is the place for you. Plenty of vegan options and choices if you are a vegan or just enjoy clean healthy eating. I have been here a few times now and the staff has always been nice and helpful. I would recommend this place and if you are in the neighborhood, give them a try. read more

SO I was There yesterday afternoon, I had a fresh Juice Apples + Beets + Carrots and I also Got a Soy Candle (Which by the way I happened to leave it inside my car and this morning on my way to work I was surprise on how delicious the smell is) I just have to say, that this Store ROCKS! read more
