He communicated everything very clearly and frequently as he was diagnosing the problem, ruling out simple issues first. While the problem took some time to identify, luckily it was not a costly item to repair. He had us back on the road in a timely manner and the car performed well during the remainder of the trip to middle Tennessee and has been problem free since. They went out of the way to get 2 new front tires for us even though we had to wait 3 hours they reccomended places to grab lunch and wait out of the heat. We expected a high bill being a mom and daughter on the interstate and with the diagnostics, but our bill was VERY reasonable. These were good and honest people that I highly recommend.

I threw a Hail Mary via yelp in the Projects section and one company ignored me altogether while another flat out told me they couldn't help me. Not only did Marcos answer me very quickly on Yelp, he kept me updated on the entire process every step of the way with phone calls and text messages. I was assured they were very familiar with the 6.0 engines, which was exactly what I needed. These guys even brought their flat bed all the way to Espanola to pick up the vehicle at a very reasonable price as it wasn't in running condition at the time. The truck was done in only 3 days, and that was even with having to get a part shipped in. The overall cost was fair, in fact it was great, and you can tell these guys love their work and have a great deal of interest in these trucks. They honored some of my additional requests as well. I'll be taking my Ford to them any time I'm in need of work and would highly recommend them for any vehicle. It is now one week later and my truck is running great, I'm very happy with their work.

It's great to read positive media coverage about the owners, but the media has failed to paint the whole picture of why they are successful. Has your truck broken down nearby? Their towing service is cheaper than the competition, but they charge unbelievably astronomical prices for their repair work (and parts) once they have you at the shop (where you have no other choice but to accept their rates).

First off, if you are traveling through Moriarty,NM and have car troubles, They will take advantage of your situation. They do not know how to troubleshoot codes in gas vehicles. Leaving you in the waiting room for hours on end. They break your working items, then not want to replace them with the OEM part they had broken, rather want to replace with cheaper item.
