I stopped by and was greeted with great business attitudes. I explained my wants and concerns about my father's truck. Bo and Joanne picked up on the importance of my wants and concerns. A day later, they called me in. They had my truck on the lift, and the mechanic, Bo Jr., walked me under the vehicle and had me touch and wiggle the front end. I agreed on the work and asked if Bo would put new rims and tires of his choice. I got a call 2 days later, and my truck looked great! Priced right! just got my second alignment done here and I'm more than happy! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs an alignment because that is their specialty. I've had a Jetta and a lifted jeep done here which were both done perfectly. They were not able to get the jeep into spec but this is due to a ball joint that won't allow the camber to adjust far enough. However they called me right away and gave me all my options and made sure I knew what was going on, as well as giving me a discount. fixed my death wobble and the shop owner was very helpful. What a stroke of luck that my husband called these guys for his frantic wife, who had pulled off at the Isleta exit on her way out of town when she realized there was a serious problem with the alignment. "If she can get here by 4:00, we can fix her up," they said. Hallelujah, I'd already been on double-hold for nearly ten minutes with two Firestone locations. (iPhone magic. I accidentally made a second call when I thought I'd hung up in the first!) I was really afraid I'd forfeit my hotel reservation in Sierra Vista because no place would be able to get me in this late in the day. I made it there with a couple minutes to spare, and, though their parking lot was almost too full for me to pull in, they put the van on the lift immediately (that never happens). They were done in about 30 minutes, thank heavens, as I was already late getting out of town. They advised me on a couple other issues they noticed, and encouraged me to come back after my trip to take care of them. But they let me go without pressuring me or trying to scare me about the [frankly, pretty obvious] hazards of my vehicle. Alignment and four wheels balanced for $200 after tax. I don't know whether that's a good price or not... seemed fair to me, especially considering the stellar service. My one other experience with the original Wheel Align It shop years ago was equally terrific. These guys reminded me of that, and they won a friend and future customer this week. read more

If you need your car fixed please BEWARE! They kept our vehicle for 6 weeks and it was still broken down. It doesn't end there. We had to call every week to ask about progress and they gave excuses on how one problem led to another and to hit us with a big fat bill to release our keys. They will keep your car forever and not fix it and charge an arm and a leg. The owner was not willing to cooperate or negotiate and stated "they wasted too much time" on a vehicle they could not fix. This is literally highway robbery. They told me I owed them $1400 for work that wasn't done and they tried to get another $5000 for a transmission since they think that may be the issue. I took it somewhere else and it was fixed for $300. What a joke these people are. read more

AWfUL Experience! Charged me for CODES but was unable to provide CODES due to my battery "dying" and my LEXUS sat there for TWO weeks NOTHING was done! NO Call, No Nothing! In the mean time the grill of my Lexus was stolen considering My vehicle had been Vandalized! Still, NO Call! I waited 3 1/2 weeks to just be told they called me and I stated I didn't want to fix the battery?! Still got chargerd for the CODES that were NEVER produced?! Then when I told them that my front grill was missing, they stated it was MY fault for leaving my car there for so long! Said they had called me but NEVER Had! My friends recommended Wheel Align It and I'm so glad I went here. My check engine light was on and they were able to clear the codes at a decent price! The only thing is that you might have to wait a while for your car to be looked at. I dropped it off at 11am on a Wednesday and didn't get it back till Friday but it was worth it to have my car taken care of. read more

Great expertise in alignment and suspension, Wheel Align It 2 is the place to have your vehicles checked for any steering or suspension issues. I have my Jeep, Mountaineer, and Toyota checked and fixed here. They keep my family's cars running smooth after hundreds of thousands of miles. Robert is an excellent master tech and has found some issues puzzling to most mechanics. There is little COVID-19 protocol here. The staff doesn't wear masks unless close to customers. At least they seem to clean the waiting room seats but not much else. So be prepared to just drop off your vehicle and sanitize it after they're done. read more

They did a bad job on my alignment and then I took it in within a week and they tell me that they don't do warranties on their alignment due to the fact probably because it's crappy work So I spent a $160 on an alignment and my truck stopped in A-line and they told me that I did it by offroading which is not possible because my tires were dirty I live on a dirt road come on you expect people not to touch dirt like it's not dirt that ruins the alignment it's shitty work read more

My daughter took her 2002 Lexus ES 300 to this shop for the second time and it was a total DISASTER. Went from a power steering leak and problem with emissions to 10 codes. They charged her $120.00 for the diagnostics. Then they said the battery was no good and wanted $250.00 for a new one. We bought one for $125.00 at a parts store and the car doesn't even click when the key is turned on. The car was still at the shop when we tried the battery. They said someone must have fried the electronics. Who is the "someone" since it was in their shop? The driver side window was left down, outside, and they then covered it with a towel (There was no problem with the window when brought in. We decided to take the car somewhere else at this point and when we went to tow the car (It was totally drivable when she took it in), we noticed the entire front grill was missing !!!!! No explanation as to why any of this happened but that they aren't responsible for what happens to cars parked at their shop. Now we have no real choice but to sell it as a junk car. My car was having major trouble with pulsing brakes and bottoming out. Been dealing with these guys for a while and they are very informative, helpful and nice. I took it in and they told me my front brakes needed replacing and the shocks and air suspension needed to be replaced. They fixed it up and now it drives like a dream boat. Plus they noticed my tires were really really bad (which they showed me) and recommended getting those fixed, which they did as well. **BEWARE** This shop charges for work, but does not complete it. They do not even deserve one star. I took my Jeep in for a busted water pump. They advised the pump and thermostat were both needing replacement. Understandable because the two go together. After the work, my car was still having same issues minus the actual antifreeze leak. Before their initial work there was a major leak, but after the repairs my jeeps heater still did not function properly. I checked my antifreeze and noticed they had only filled up halfway to the full line. I waited days to make sure there was no leak and found that the line did not move. They told me there was a leak in radiator and needs replaced! INCORRECT! They fumbled on words when asked about filling up the antifreeze appropriately, and when I said to apply epoxy on supposed small crack in radiator they accepted. I asked them to show me and told me, oh you have to take everything apart... My heater has not worked since last winter, but I was able to tolerate because summer was close. This winter I went to check the thermostat myself and found it was original factory! Replaced and now my car functions the way it should! Do not go to this shop! They charge for work that is not needed! They lie and steal! read more

This shop was amazing. It's been a few years, but I remember being a young lance corporal in the Marine Corps, I had just come home from the war. This was during the Bush administration, so it was before the time when everyone expected people to thank our veterans. When I took my car and I did not tell him I was in the military. I had a uniform in the backseat, when he found out I was a Marine he refused any sort of payment. He fixed my car and sent me on my way without paying refusing anything, which I thought was amazing. After I got out of the Marine Corps I just thought that any man Who was that honorable would probably take care of my vehicle so it's the only place I've ever taken my car in the city. I've never told them that I remember what they did when I was that young. It's been about 10 to 15 years, and I love going in and paying full price, I don't think they realized what an impact they had on me when they paid for a simple alignment, back in the day when $80 plus was alot of money to me. When ever I come back to Albuquerque, this will be the shop I choose, I know they care about their community and vets! Screw the National chains, shop local! I wish I could meet the owner, and buy him a beer, just to let him know, how much his simple act ment to a young marine back in 03! Go here! They won't rip you off! read more

Took my Jeep to Wheel Align It II and am incredibly happy with the results. Had a "custom alignment" done. My Jeep is lifted and has an aftermarket steering setup. It had a bad death wobble and overall didn't feel right. Dropped it off in the late morning and got a call saying it was ready in the mid afternoon. My Jeep doesn't death wobble at all anymore, and overall feels like it rides much smoother. Robert did a fantastic job, highly impressed. read more

I took my Buick in to have an alignment done. The car was pulling to the right. They found that the seal on the bearings was cracked. I had them replace the bearings. He took the car for a test drive. When he returned he said the drums needed to be replaced there was a vibration in the peddle when he braked. I told him the vibration was the anti-lock braking system. He insisted that the drums needed to be placed. I took the car to my mechanic. He said that car does not have drums, it has a disc braking system. The car is working as it should. The car still pulls to the right, just not as bad as it was. It makes me wound just how honest Wheel Align It II is. I wont be back. read more

Who ever is writing bad reviews concerning TINT work is completely full of SHIT, as they do not do tint work at this shop......My experience with Wheel Align It, is that they do a great job with their specialty....front end work/alignments,new/used tires and tire service, general Automotive work, and anything that they can possibly help the customer with.....they will, or refer you to someone good that can help. Bo and the guys over at Wheel Align It do a great job. They're my friendly neighborhood tire and alignment shop, but they do so much more. Anytime I have a car issue I bring my stuff to them. They've done tires, oil changes, alignments, belt replacements, and brakes for me on 3 different cars/trucks. They do great work at a fair price, and get you in and out super quickly. My experience here as a customer was an (F --) grade. I brought my truck in to have the front end aligned, it was sloppy to drive, it floated from side to side. I also brought the parts that needed to be replaced 1) idler arm 1) pitman arm. Robert was the customer service representative that I spoke to when I dropped off my truck. I explained to him the symptoms of the steering and left the truck with him. The quote to align the front end was $69.00. I called Robert the next morning asking about my truck he told me that the arms needed to be replaced and that it would cost $375.00 to replace the parts and align the truck. I explained to him the parts were already in the truck and could he quote me a better price if he didn't need to wait for parts and finish the truck while it was on the rack. We agreed to a price of $200.00 for the labor to replace the parts I provided, adjust a wheel bearing and align the front end. I considered this to be a fair price, he agreed to the terms for service. When I called back later that afternoon to pick up the truck he said if I bring in cash he won't charge me tax. When I arrived I paid Robert $200.00 dollars and he told me that the caster and camber were not adjusted that the plugs were not knocked out and that if I wanted to spend another $400.00 dollars on there fine service that he could align the truck properly that the job they did was not to factory specs. But not to worry it's ok. I left thinking that we had done a fair trade cash for labor. When I got home and parked my truck in the driveway and walked around it I noticed two greasy hand prints on each side of my front bumper where the mechanic grabbed the bumper to pull himself out from under my truck, ( my truck should have been on a rack for front end work). Two greasy hand prints on each side of the hood. When I walked down the passengers side if the truck I noticed black oil splattered all down the side of my truck from front bumper to rear bumper, camper shell and all. I returned to wheel align it ll at 10400 Menual blvd ne and asked for Robert, I was told he had left for the day. I asked for the manager, Joe told me he was the manager if Roberts gone. I asked him to come look at my truck that it's dirty greasy and oily. He came and looked at my truck and said that my truck was parked in front of another care he was changing the oil in, and that a gust of wind came up and sprayed oil all across the parking lot all the way to the wall dividing there property from the next property and my truck was right there in the path of old engine oil. Oil went everywhere! I realized that this is the guy that was responsible for the mess on my truck and knew that my truck was covered in oil and did nothing about it except to, not tell anyone, not to clean up his mess, but to send the truck out of the shop as is! He must think that this is acceptable customer service. I however don't. Joe went to another employee and told him to clean my truck, they argued as to who was responsible for the oil on my truck and who was responsible for cleaning up the mess. Eventually the other employee came to the clean side of my truck with a spray bottle and a rag looked at me as if it was me who was the problem in this situation. I went back to joe and asked if I could just take it to a car wash and get it washed, surly as a car repair facility you have some agreement with a local car wash for washes send me there and I'll be happy. (This guy is not going to clean my truck with any concern) Joe told me no. So I left went to the car wash had my truck cleaned. Cost me $14.92 The next morning I called and talked to Robert I explained to him the situation I asked him to reimburse me for my car wash he said no! I should have waited till the next day to talk to him and I should have left the oil on my truck overnight. That because I negotiated a fair price (we both agreed on). That I did not deserve the same service another customer deserves. I asked him to talk to joe and reconsider the situation, if he felt that the shop was not responsible for cleaning the oil of my truck, after joe admitted to being responsible for his own mess. Robert called me back and said no we won't pay for the car wash! I wish this was the end. When I went to fill my truck up with gas ( I always reset my trip) for the up coming road trip to tucson, 170 miles on my tripometer. There's 230 miles missing, or ten ( + -) gallons of gas missing! Really???? Oh well reset the trip and head for Tucson. Highway bound 55. 65. 75. Open road! So the steering still floats from 8:00-2:00 to 10:00-4:00 The steering wheel should ride at 9:00- 3:00 and a vibration at 78 mph. Mmmmm. is that the wheel bearing that they adjusted? So I have no confidence in there ability to make good decisions, I believe that they replaced the parts I brought, siphoned 10 gallons of gas, got it dirty and said here ya go... Be aware of wheel align it on manual! read more

We had upper and lower ball joints replaced here. Our truck has not driven the same since! We have gone back 4 times to ask for them to fix it. They would not even put it back on the lift to look. First, Robert said the ball joints needed to break in. Second, another mechanic said there could be other problems with the front end and couldn't be the ball joints. The third time the owner, Bo, drove the truck and claimed he couldn't feel it drift. This last time, Robert offered to put in Dodge ball joints in for free - BUT - we had to go buy them!! What a joke! Charged us over a $1000 for all this BS. DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I WOULD RATE THEM ZERO STARS IF IT LET ME. read more
