On one occasion, I arrived to find the employees waiting for their manager to unlock the doors. He was over an hour late, and the staff was discussing how he likes to go out at night and have fun. It was already 10 AM, so I assumed he had overslept. Another time, I showed up, and they didn't open on time. It was ten minutes past opening, and I had to go to another AutoZone because I couldn't wait. This has to be the worst AutoZone ever. They have almost as many one-star reviews as five-star reviews. With all the reviews they have, their average rating is three stars, which blows my mind. If I could give this review a zero, I definitely would.

The good thing is that they have them on the first aisle right when you walked inside. They carry a decent amount of brands but I notice the price was on the high side. I didn't see any product that caught my attention so I look at other stuff in the store. The store was busy and had a lot of people in line. Finding parking in the plaza this store is in was also tough. I was lucky to find a spot but it gets filled up quickly.

They had the battery for no more than 30 minutes and Vee and the O'Reilly team here refused to take back the battery. I looked up their return policy and I see no where saying that there would be any reason for them to not honor this return; clearly trying to make monthly quota. They wanted my parents to take store credit or purchase something before returning. They ended up doing the full refund, but shame on them for trying to take advantage of two elderly people.

I don't drive much these days, but when I need anything car related for myself, a friend or my person I try to stop in here for the easier stuff. If it's not in stock they can order it or have it brought over. A lot of great knowledgeable people. Sometimes I pop in just for a can of WD40, AA as well as AAA batteries or something practical. Service is fairly smooth and prompt also, even when there's a bit of a line. Super clean, organized, attentive and thoughtful. Every customer matters to them and they're often willing to help you on the floor/in store as well as directly out front. Definitely Parts Experts/Parts People, but more than a few go above and beyond and even have some mechanical knowledge.
