We came today after a long period of doing haircuts at home, and growing out length. The barber that saw him today was Miggy; he was nice and was able to fit my boyfriend into the schedule today. My boyfriend unfortunately left the appointment feeling embarrassed by what he received and sad after previously looking forward to the change. I have included photos of the length he came in with, a reference picture and then what he got. We paid for the clean up fee in the end. My boyfriend explained to the barber that his hair shrinks after it's dry so to please cut much longer than he would originally think. After the barber took a majority the length, my boyfriend checked in to see what was going on. He didn't get to see what was going on until it was too late to redirect. There was multiple points during that cut that lead to him feeling something was not going right and he tried to address it without sounding disrespectful to the barber and his service. I tried to talk to him myself and he said there was parts of the haircut left to do. We did come to the conclusion that the hair was not what was requested after reviewing the reference photo with him. To cut it short we did try to communicate with the barber and he was apologetic in the end but it doesn't help that he left with a completely different cut than he asked for. I cut it at home to make it look tolerable. I wish we were just told they weren't able to do it honestly.

10-15 mins turned into over an hour wait and still didn't get a haircut for my son. Watched 6-7…read morepeople walk in and get served before us. Simple telling people how long the actual wait is better than wasting peoples time.

Charlie was extremely kind and patient and took more than the allotted time to make sure that our son was happy with the new look. Just a few notes: 1) it was extremely hot, like sitting in a sauna for 45 minutes before the AC was turned on. That didn't make it a very welcoming experience. 2) I was wondering why there was an ATM inside until I saw a sign for "cash only". For new customers like ourselves, we weren't aware of this and it did not state when we booked our reservation nor was it listed on the confirmation of the booking. Luckily we were able to pay by Zelle. 3) Charlie was past 5 minutes late coming in, so we kind of just sat there and waited not knowing was going on, a heads up would have been nice. Especially when you have it listed that fees will be charged to customers if they are late/miss their appointments or cancel same day. 4) Don't expect to be able to just do a spur of the moment walk in, it's by appointment only! This was just some feedback from our first experience here. Would it deter us from coming back? No. Would it keep me from recommending them to others? Also, no. Charlie was exceptional and more than made up for the few early on hiccups.
