There was a small dispute on one of the claims and she addressed it carefully. She does her best to explain the concepts in clear terms and she even taught me how to appeal discrepancies. I know insurance is real tough to manage so I'm grateful she works hard for her patients. Rosa did an great job assisting the doctor with the fillings. She communicates well and she's always focused. Going into the fillings, I was a little nervous. For the big filling, the old one had to be removed. Dr. Diep is just too good. He really put me at ease. The doctor knows what he's doing. It's like trusting Green Arrow or Hawkeye to make the shot. Or trusting that the Hulk can lift that SUV off the ground. I feel like he has become one with the drill. He got the filling out. Saw additional decay and a crack. Took the time to take photos for me. Took extra minutes to make sure my bite was aligned. And even showed me everything after we finished.
