From the first time I came into contact with this Dentistry the office receptionist was super kind and helpful. I went in for a root canal and was a little hesitant because it's a new dentist. I can say that I'm so happy my appointment went really well. The dentist is very efficient and did a great job! She is also really friendly and personable. I went in a few weeks ago, to get a cavity filled (which I did not do there) Everyone was very friendly at the front desk. Very nice. The office and equipment really need a HUGE update/remodeling. The carpets are dirty. The chairs are filthy..and stained with dirt and wear. The blinds were even dirty. There were drawers that had missing doors to them- like the handle part. I can't imagine how a tech/office staff or even a dentist, can look at that everyday and not immediately think "enough is enough". Everything just looks outdated (think of the Brady Bunch era) and unclean. It makes you 2nd guess the level of expertise and cleanliness of tools, equipment and staff. I love dogs, but not in a healthcare setting. There's a dog that walks around in and out of care areas. I was told it was the offices "care dog". The dog climbed onto my leg. It's unsanitary. It's also not legally allowed in treatment spaces. Cute dog but nope! If this place did a major up-haul, cleaned common areas..replaced everything- it might be better. I was a new patient here. I haven't been to a dentist for about 5 years. So it's been a while. The front staff was friendly. I was seated and the assistant Aaron got me prepped for Dr Tanya. At my consultation the week before,Tanya told me my fillings were leaking so it needed to be removed and placed with porcelain fillings. Also a cleaning since I'm already there for a fill. She grabbed the lidocaine needle didn't say a word, just stuck the needle in my gums. She barely spoke to me during the whole visit. She numbed my upper and bottom gums left side. After that she began cleaning my right side of my mouth while my left side is numbing for my fills. She was very rough and my teeth were very sensitive due to crowding. Before she began, she never said anything to me. Didn't even tell me how to signal her if I have pain or to stop. That should've been the first red flag . Also she was wearing an ear pod left ear similar to Dre beats I thought was very unprofessional. That was the 2nd flag That could've been why she was so quiet and didn't say much to me until she accidentally cut me. Yes, she accidental cut my left cheek. She was drilling my old fillings out, going hard and fast the drill slipped from my teeth to my cheek. I automatically knew something was wrong when she GASPED and looked at Aaron her assistant. I'm numb couldn't feel the cut, but from her reaction I knew she messed up. I was bleeding so she put some cotton on my wound to apply pressure. I asked her what happened? She then says " so you have a cut on your cheek because you were moving". She is a LIAR. Why in the world would I move if you're drilling inside my mouth? She automatically blamed me for her mistake. At that moment I begin to cry because I cant speak correctly while half my mouth is numb to defend myself. I told her I don't want to finish this I want to go. She says I can't I have to finish my fillings. So I'm laying there very upset and crying while she finish my fills. Did I mention she laid the led cure lamp for the porcelain on my chest like it was a tray to rest her tools on? Yeah another red flag Long story, I will not be going back there and taking my business else where. Aaron the assistant was there and saw my experience of how unprofessional she was. Dr Vilderman was wonderful when I went in for few root canals, no other dentist was able to numb my tooth for the root canal. 4 different dentist at my old dental office couldn't numb the tooth, the second I sat in the chair at dr vildermans office she was nice, sweet, and understanding. She was able to numb that tooth in seconds! I was shocked! She's an amazing dentist with a lot of experience. The whole team is great! Highly recommend. I had an extraction and implant on the same visit (last Saturday). Alice and Gina at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Sam, the assistant, was very efficient as he took my X-rays and answered a few questions I had. Dr. Vilderman was very professional. During the procedure, she constantly checked if I was ok or feeling any pain ( which I didn't) . That night, I didn't even need pain medication. My Advice: Please read the reviews before booking an appointment. My Experience: I've been a patient here for a couple of years now and I've enjoyed the professionals who've conducted my deep cleanings (I don't believe these individuals were apart of their regular staff). Sadly, I've always felt uncomfortable and unsafe during my sessions with Tatyana Vilderman; there were times where she has neglected to greet me (and we all know how important this is because most of us are terrified of the dentist). During our sessions she would not warn me of her next steps (especially during the numbing process), she moves very quick and spent more time speaking to the assistant while working on my mouth, as opposed to checking in my my comfort level. I continued to work with this company because their rates were reasonable and because I am a huge advocate for myself, but I should have went with my gut and sought out a different dentist. Final Straw: In 2023, I called to schedule an appointment because I suddenly started feeling tooth pain after the removal of my braces. When I called, the receptionist was so focused on scheduling my deep cleaning; causing me to consistently remind the young lady that I was calling due to tooth pain! After 3x of expressing my reason for calling she then scheduled me an appointment. When I went in, I went through a serious of panoramic images........ when it was time for Tatyana to take a deeper look she knocked on my tooth (without warning) to pinpoint where the pain area was coming from, she then determined that it was an infection and prescribed me meds and sent me on my way! I was told to come back in 14days if the medication did not take affect. By the 10th or 12th day I called the office just to inform them that my tooth pain had not subsided; the gal at the front desk wanted me to schedule on a day that Tatyana was available (although there was a a dentist at the location that could see me sooner). I kindly explained to the receptionist that it DID NOT MATTER WHICH DENTIST, and that I would prefer the soonest appointment because I was in excruciating pain and could not chew or sleep. Unfortunately, she told me that I was required to only schedule with Tatyana (a time slot 4 days away). I was furious and did not have the energy (due to tooth pain) to debate or push the issue. Needles to say, billing is above patient care at this particular facility and I will not be a returning patient. Good luck all! read more

Staff are very friendly and professional but I did not feel the genuine care over all. I was expecting to have the basic procedure to be done but I was being offered for a different procedure. Doctor said my teeth were fine but my teeth spot discolorations and broken teeth filling were so obvious. Her goal right away was major procedure i understand that but it should be brought up only when MINOR issues has already been addressed first. I am a client here. I received a bill in the mail that looked like it was eaten by an animal from 2022. I called to inquire about the bill and the receptionist who answered was extremely rude. She told me that she had a customer in front of her and did not have time for me. I was simply calling to ask about a bill I received that was six month old and was treated with utter disrespect! I have never had an issue here before and the staff has always been pleasant but today was horrible. She told me to call her back at a better time! Had to take the star for Rochelle back smh.. at the end of my first visit I asked her for the out of pocket price on my upcoming visit. (My cleaning was broken into 2 treatments/ 2 separate appointments) Rochelle quoted me a price which was consistent with the price I received from Jared when I called to confirm my appointment for a few days before... when I arrive to my appointment I paid and Jared using my debit card and the amount that he quoted me over the phone I later received a bill in the mail stating that I old a Nother amount in addition to what I had already paid in the office with no explanation. I went here back in February because I had a couple fillings that were coming out. After getting x-rays, I was told I needed two root canals and told that my gums were irritated. I was a little caught off guard by hearing I needed two root canals so I went to another dentist to get a second opinion. Turns out I didn't need two root canals at all. I just needed two crowns. My gums were still irritated so the dentist actually gave me prescription for a mouth wash to help with that. After getting the second opinion I felt like I was possibly getting scammed at Eden Dental (root canals are way more expensive than just a simple crown) or the dentist wasn't confident enough to do the crowns? Idk, I won't be going back to Eden after my experience. read more

The previous dentist was great. The so called dentist that has taken over just about killed me by prescribing a drug I had told her I had a reaction with in the past. This office has many good reviews, and I also had had mostly good experience with Dr. Vilderman for some of my teeth work, the implant has been good so far, the fillings - fell out within a year. But what happened with my Mom really changed the impression. PLEASE, READ!!! My Mom went in for an assessment. Her dental situation is not good, she does need a lot of work. Dr. Vilderman assessed the situation and proposed a plan, which involved the dentures work and extractions. The plan was agreed on and partially paid at the first visit. A couple weeks later we received a refund on the card for the initial payment we had paid for the upcoming work to be done. It came as a total surprise as NOBODY contacted us from this office. I called back and was told that the doctor wasn't willing to perform the procedures on my Mom. No reason was provided, no call-back, no email, nothing! I called the office and was told the doctor would call back with some details, she never did! We are still confused why this happened and would really appreciate some explanation to why the doctor Vilderman cancelled a scheduled procedure without providing any explanation and at least further guidance for the patient. Very bad experience!!! Also, the office and equipment is really outdated and, honestly, dirty, and they will do your full mouth scan in their kitchen with food scraps scattered around. I went so that I can get my teeth cleaned and to have them look at my wisdom teeth , but when she was done they literally left me there and I had no idea if I was suppose to go to the front desk or if they were going to do something else to me but I ended up going to another dentist to have my teeth extracted and I called so they can email my x- rays to them which they stated they would email by Wednesday the LATEST. Now today is Friday there CLOSED. I called her on her personal cell (which said for emergency only ) and was COMPLETELY rude saying she was out of the country. I had my surgery cancelled due to them not sending the email when they said they would. AVOID THIS PLACE !!!!! Save your money and go with someone who actually cares.
