DO NOT PAY their parking citation notices. This demand is illegal! I really wish I read the reviews before I parked here. I paid $15 for all day parking and clearly displayed my ticket on the dash. I returned two hours later to notice a citation from them for $56! For, "Parking receipt not visible on dash." Not only is that NOT true, it's irrelevant. You KNOW I paid! You see the paid ticket and can look up the corresponding space to KNOW with full certainty it's PAID! You won't get my money you scam artists! There is a special place in hell reserved for people like you! I'll NEVER park here again and I'll make certain to tell EVERYONE I know not to as well! Here is what the law says: Absent statutory authority, a private property owner may not issue a parking citation imposing monetary sanctions on a vehicle owner. A vehicle owner who has received an unauthorized demand for payment from the private property owner needs no rights or remedies with respect to the payment itself; no payment is due. However, the vehicle owner may have grounds to seek damages arising from the property owner's conduct, such as threatening to report or reporting a delinquency on the part of the vehicle owner to credit reporting agencies.

Just one photo of 32! The police have the rest. Don't EVER park here!

This company are THIEVES! They vandalized my car with over $17,400 in repairs, stole over $12,000 of personal property from inside my car and have yet to respond to my insurance claims. Whatever you do, DO NOT tell them the time you will return to your car. They will set you up and act as if some random person committed the theft/vandalismUnified Parking YOU WILL PAY ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. Don't park here unless you want to be a victim!

Parked at their structure that required you to key in your license plate before paying $15. I went back to the car and placed the ticket on the dashboard. When we came back from dinner , saw a red parking violation ticket for $56 saying ticket was not properly placed since half fell on the dashboard. The fact that the attendant saw a ticket means we paid and they also should have a record we paid since we keyed in the license plate when paying. Saw the parking attendant giving out ticket and tried to talk to him and he said , "speak Spanish?" He couldn't converse in English. THIS PARKING STRUCTURE IS A SCAM and gives out tickets so the people will just pay additional $56 because they will be too lazy or tired to dispute. But it's the principle of the thing that we already paid and shouldn't have to pay more.

Parked on a disable parking slot and got a ticket...does the people who work here knows the rights of having a disabled placard...they don't know what they are doing here...they are just after issuing you a ticket ...

I have parked in the garage on 25 W Green St, Pasadena CA and paid $15 for the parking and also received the receipt which I had displayed on my car dashboard. However, I got a violation $56 for the parking receipt not being visible on my car dash. I saw 3-4 cars got violations with same issue. Do not park at Unified Parking.

Paid for parking and left my car for a few hours and came back to a cite saying the ticket was not properly displayed. The ticket was properly placed and have a picture to prove it. Will dispute the $56 cite. I just saw the Yelp of all the other people who had the same thing happen.

Horrible service. Paid for parking and still recieved a parking violation.

Horrible! Paid for parking and still received a ticket! When i went back the person who gave the ticket did not acknowledge his mistake and he said to just call the company. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Well this particular time, I wondered to another location for drinks nearby and came back after Valet was closed.

There's a couple parking structures in this area of Pasadena, some street parking, or if you're…read moreokay with walking free parking and you just have to traverse some distance. Just make sure you read the signs so you don't get ticketed or towed, since we've definitely seen some live ticketing happening while dining here and of course, don't leave valuables in your car. This is probably one of the top urine smelling parking structures I've been to, but I guess it depends which stairwell you have to exit from, since I've been spared this a handful of times (not all the time). People speed in here and are pretty reckless too, so keep your head on a swivel, or better yet, just park on the roof. Some of the lower level spots can get a bit tight. Take your parking pass ticket with you so you can pay at the machine before leaving. You don't have to insert the ticket again because nowadays, most parking lots use Big Brother technology to read your license plate and identify if you've paid or not (I'm assuming). $1 for 2-ish hours is not bad! Especially if you're just in and out to grab a quick bite or to do some shopping. Random, but don't get suckered into going to the Church of Scientology right next to the parking lot pedestrian exit. I saw cookies and almost walked in immediately.

Review #989 2026-059…read more Old Town Pasadena no longer has garages that offer free parking for the 1st 90 minutes. De Lacey Garage is 1 of 3 "Park & Walk" city-owned garages that offers the cheapest rates in the area; Schoolhouse Garage (33 E. Green St.) & Marriott Garage (48 N. Raymond Ave.) are the other 2 sister garages. Both De Lacey & Schoolhouse (1 block east) Garages are more centrally located in Old Town, whereas Marriott Garage is at the edge across from Memorial Park. Rates (as of April 2026): $1: 1st 2 hours $2/hour thereafter $12 daily maximum Or if you truly don't want to pay, you could walk a few blocks west & park at Ralph's (320 W. Colorado Blvd.); however, I'm not sure how vigilant the supermarket is about towing if you're not a customer. When I was a student at Pasadena City College, there was free street parking & limited free time in parking garages in Old Town Pasadena. Since 07/2022, the longstanding 1st 90 minutes of free parking in city-owned parking garages were eliminated & a new policy was implemented to $1 for the 1st 2-hours to fund maintenance & repairs. I was in the area for a Yelp event & wasn't sure if I can find free parking nearby & with my time constraints to return in time for my daughter's swim meet, it was easier to use a parking garage. Luckily, De Lacey Garage is just around the corner of Lather so it was perfect! When I returned to my car, I had a hard time spotting the payment kiosk(s) since there's notices that state you need to pay first before attempting to exit. There was no kiosk by the stairs & elevator, which would be a sensible location to place a kiosk since it's an exit point. I looked at both ends & didn't see one, so I drove to the exit & paid there. It wasn't until I checked the reviews that there's only 1 payment kiosk & it's located at the ground level. If you're planning to dine or shop in Old Town Pasadena, I recommend parking here at De Lacey Garage or Schoolhouse Garage; they're centrally located & cheaper than metered parking.

What caught my eye were the two red phone booths (feels like you're in London) but it had no phones inside, but it's okay! There is still a Christmas tree in the middle of all the restaurants. Looking forward to try these! For retail and services, there's the Dry Bar, Soulcycle, Facile Skin Care and Williams Sonoma. It's a small complex and not too crowded. I would take family and friends here to eat and relax.
