If I could give 0 star I would. They cancelled my daughter's appointment and filled it with someone else without letting me know beforehand. No warning that if I did not confirm ahead of time that they would cancel. Poor communication skills, poor customer service and whoever that staff member that kept talking over me, was very rude and no professionalism. You have lost all of our business. Look elsewhere if you want better service cause I know I will. Oh please Mr. Manager. All you guys did was leave a voicemail saying you guys cancelled the appointment. I had allowed your staff to talk but when it was my turn to speak she wouldn't let me speak and kept talking over me so of course I had to raise my voice but she still kept talking over me. Of course you would stand behind your staff. It goes to show what kind of business you guys run over there and how you really view your patients. All you care is next customer. Do better. read more

My mom was getting dental implants and it turned into her worst nightmare! She was referred to this place from her friend. Her appointment was at 9:00AM and didn't leave until almost 2PM.. this is why. My mom was getting implants in the back of her mouth, where she hasn't had any teeth there for years. The dentist (a young female around 30-40 years old) really messed up. The main dentist (an older Korean man) couldn't help either. She drilled a hole too big and put in a screw too small... they spent hours trying to "find" the screw and now it's somewhere floating in my mom's membrane. They had to close it up because "my mom was tired." My mom wanted it out that second. They couldn't find it. Now, they're saying that she has to do a CT scan in two weeks and another one in 3 months.. and then they can take it out. Why did we have a problem? Because the assistant kept telling me that my mom's case was "unique." My mom grew extremely frustrated because they weren't explaining anything to her. Granted.. my she doesn't speak English, but their assistants spoke Vietnamese. We are so disappointed with the level of professionalism and the lack of communication and the level of incompetence this office and their entire staff has. Long overdue review but tldr (too long didn't read): they left me with a scar on my cheek. I got wisdom teeth surgery done here, and it was horrible. Despite the 6 numbing shots they gave me, I STILL FELT PAIN. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?? Anyways I didn't enjoy my wisdom tooth extraction at all. I was fine for a few months after the surgery. However, I started to feel something inside of my cheek growing. It was round, like a cyst but it wasn't visible. I came back to let them know, but they said nothing showed up on the x-ray and nothing they can do. Whatever, I thought it was nothing. Months later, it did become visible enough for the whole world to see and also it was PAINFUL. It was big enough when I hit things aka the wall, it WOULD HURT SO BAD. Or someone accidentally touching my face, I'd flinch. I had to get surgery to cut that cyst off. The dermatologist said this cyst happened because I had an infection on my gum when doing the surgery (so either the doctor didn't do a good job cutting me up or good job cleaning it). I am now left with a scar on my right cheek because of this incident. I can't sue them either due to the fact there's a contract saying whatever happens isn't their fault or something like that. The sad part is I was a regular patient and I came here often. I loved the service from everyone because they were all very friendly but I'm not coming back here ever after this incident (especially the way they handled it so poorly). I will say this though, JUST DON'T COME HERE FOR WISDOM TOOTH EXTRACTION! read more

So I called my insurance company to ask which dental office takes my insurance. Union dental was one of the offices they gave me. I called to make an appointment for my daughter since she needs a tooth extraction. I informed them that I would like to make an appointment, they said I need to make sure they take my insurance... I tried telling them my insurance says that office does take my insurance and gave me their number to call. They want me make sure their office takes my insurance and to come in with my insurance card before they would make an appointment. I'm sorry but if it's that difficult to make an appointment with them and the customer service was like that before even seeing the dentist. I will take my business elsewhere. Shouldn't they be the one getting my information and verifying it even though I told them instead of me coming in first before I can even schedule an appointment. There are too many dental office around here to be making it difficult for a patient to make an appointment with your office. Customer service is key for a thriving business. read more

Back in the day when Daisy was still working there was so wonderful and helpful after she's gone new staff and new schedules doesn't fitted my needed anymore, the Surgery doesn't perform in this office anymore, they move you to Stanton location, Stanton location the receptionist vietnamese girl is so Rude and unprofessional, i has going to them for many years lately after Daisy left new staff, giving me a false reminder very annoying when calling me, schedules is all messed up, also too hard to contact them now a day they have 3 locations each place only open for 4 hours, not a very convenient place to suit my whole families needed. so i have to find a new Dentist that concerning opening longer hours, giving care to their patients instead of money and money.. if the vietnamese receptionist in Stanton removed I would be more respecful and less headaches with complaining . the sound of her voice and personality so rudes. read more

Union Dental Group, located in Garden Grove is awesome, primarily because of the Doctor there named Jimmy. He was able to do two fillings in one day within 10 minutes or so without using shots to numb my teeth. Now that takes skills to be able to do so. I would definitely come back here as they accept any form of Medi-cal. read more

Hi everyone, I always don't like to do comment on a public services in general#. I was told it a good place and reasonable for dental care. Before I agree to have my teeth serviced. I was treated so nice and luring me for the service. After all payment was made and the service was done horrible. After my 2 teeth implants and 1 crown done. Paid roughly $4300.00 with all the discount. It's last for 9 months 2 of my implants started wobble and one of my crown turning dark back color. I came back to show them, what's happening to my teeth and what I paid for. The fucking Dr and the receptionist F so, so rude. Don't want to do repair unless it's paid? These people are hypocrisy and money hunger. Please thinking twice, never suggested and recommended or going back there again. read more

Dr.Chung is a superb dentist. He was able to patiently listen to my concerns, do the numbing quickly and without additional discomfort, and work neatly and efficiently at the dental filling. I highly recommend Dr. Chung! He is a doctor that has your best interests at heart. Not only did he address the cavity and my reason for the visit, he also gently brought up other dental concerns which I had previously ignored. I highly recommend this dentist. Additionally, the entire team here is fantastic. The front desk receptionist Daisy was so kind and helpful at helping me secure an appointment for the same day.
