I have been very pleased with the work here. Several extractions, which all went without a hitch, as well as fillings and root canals. I never even felt the needle. I have never needed extra painkiller after a procedure. Never had to wait long for an appointment. They sent me texts to remind me of appointments. I am afraid of going to the dentist due to childhood trauma. Well I found my forever place. The receptionists were great by phone and in person as I enquired about same day crowns/bridge repair. The dental assistant was very caring and then dentist Dr Claire Kang was exceptional.I had major work done and quickly - they were very accommodating. First day I stayed until very late. So yes they deliver what they promise: same day crowns and emergency treatment. The office is modern and equipment is very modern. Very impressive.Pricing is reasonable too. I had to get oral surgery here a couple months ago and it's healing great. They only charged me $540 when my old dentist was trying to charge me $800. It's hard to find an emergency dentist if you're a first time patient but they took me in for an X-ray the same day I called and told them I was in pain then scheduled my appointment to get the problem fixed 4 days later. I've been going to Union Dental Center for a couple of years now. I currently see Dr. Yang for all treatments. She is awesome! She is committed to your teeth health, and she takes the time to answer any questions you may have. The treatments are appropriate, and Dr. Yang checks in throughout to ensure you are comfortable. The front office staff and dental assistants are also awesome. They are very friendly and do whatever they can to ensure a smooth, comfortable visit. The office manager is also amazing. Initially, he was the one who kept me coming back because of his great customer service. They are currently incorporating newer technology that help make the visit easier (i.e. handheld xray machines and teeth imaging to assist with crowns). Had a dental emergency. Called 5 different places and no one would take me. I was in excruciating pain and everyone said it was risky to remove my wisdom tooth that was damaged. This place saved me from that pain. Was In and out in 2 hrs. They were able to take me in on a Saturday last minute for the emergency. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Do NOT take your children here for dental care. My son had an emergency where his tooth needed to be extracted urgently. Dr. Kang came in and did local anesthesia and my son started crying his lung out because of pain which I expected. and then she came in after 20 min or so and said she needs to numb the area some more. And all of sudden, without explaining anything to me, she got up and said she can't do it. Meanwhile my son is in excruciating pain from the injection. She then went to who seems to be a manager of the place and told him " I can't do it" . Total nightmare for me and my son. read more

As a single full time working mother I never get time to go to the doctor let alone a dentist . I had a emergency yesterday I literally passed out from the pain from my infection on my wisdom tooth . I knew I would need pain meds and infection meds to feel better and function normally again. So I called every dentist around my area and decided to go to this one Union Dental care. The office assistant Leslie I believe was such a sweet pumpkin. Very helpful and understanding of my situation with my kids. This is where everything went wrong . I was being discharged with only medication for the infection absolutely no pain meds. I'm allergic to Tylenol and ibuprofen & apparently they only prescribe those two specific medications. ( they had no replacement meds) Well I had to go from their office straight to the ER so they can prescribe me some pain medication. I'm currently at the ER waiting room with my three children waiting to get a prescription that the dentist should have given me himself. There is always a alternative drug for people with allergies so this is alarming. This dentist is in the middle of nothing but Central Americans who don't speak English and now I just can't help wonder how many other people have been sent home with pain and no pain meds . Luckily I'm able to function enough to think and drove myself to the ER . My left side of my face hurts so much my bones feel bruised my ear feels so clogged I can't even hear from it and my skull hurts from my jaw bone to the top of my skull. Dentist said I had a infection on the top molar that looked like it was spreading all the way up. So u can only imagine the pain I'm in . Holding back tears in front of my kids because I don't want them to worry . This was such a horrible experience for me at such painful time. While I got the X-rays the technician kept hurting me to the point that I almost puked on her twice until someone higher than her told her to use a different machine. If he had never walked in this woman would have continued to hurt the inside of my mouth until I finally pulled my stomach out. The other machine took the X-ray in 1 minutes and I gagged not one time and was hurt not one time. Very unpleasant visit to the dentist. read more

Finding a dentist during Quarantine, was hard! I wanted to go to Pearlique Dental but their office is closed until May 20-ish... So, I called several other offices and got lucky with this facility. The doctor who helped me was great at scaling (lol) usually, I have dentist hurting my gums which irritates me because it is painful! It is my 2nd time with braces so my teeth are sensitive and I'm glad I had a good experience with the doctor in terms of the ,"cleaning". My only ,"frowny" moment is whenever I said something, it just seemed as if I had to ,"fight" him for him to just listen to me for a good 5 seconds before I got interrupted. Apparently having sensitive teeth and gums is something ridiculous. I'll still give them a try if things don't work out with schedule :) read more

Very satisfied with the work performed here to my 12 yr old son. Referred here for a crown placement and was extremely satisfied with the wait time and moreover the work done. Arrived feeling overwhelmed because previous dental appointment at another place was horrible. My son was scared of coming from the pain they had him go through with anesthesia, but thankfully the Dr here was very kind and professional. I started experiencing jaw and tooth pain a few days ago (again) due to a wisdom tooth problem I've been ignoring out of anxiety. I called my regular dentist and a few others in the area hoping someone could fit me in for an appointment, but I didn't have any luck. I called Union Dental explaining my problem and they were able to see me within a few hours of my call. I came here thinking I'd do what I always do when my wisdom tooth is bothering me, and ask for pain meds and antibiotics, but I felt differently this time after speaking with Dr. Jessie Yang and her assistant Amy. They didn't pressure me or anything but I noticed how clean the office is and how technologically advanced they are that I had a good feeling about it. Amy is sooo sweet, patient and kind and I felt very relaxed here. They offered to extract my tooth for me that same day and I took the plunge and did it. Dr. Jessie was incredibly receptive to my concerns and anytime I felt even just a TINY pinch, I let her know and she adjusted the local anesthesia as needed. The extraction took only 30 minutes and I'm already feeling so relieved knowing I don't have to deal with this pesky wisdom tooth anymore that was constantly causing me problems. I'm forever grateful for Dr. Jessie and her staff; I will continue to get all of my dental work done with her in the future. If you're scared of the dentist like me, COME HERE! The dentist is not a respectful courteous man nor is looks out for the wellness of his patients. Paid him cash for a crown job that he said I needed and he did a horrible job, went 2 months straight for him to fix it and shaved my own teeth and the crowns but yet still was too thick and not my size. Frustrated because I was in pain and couldn't eat right I got a second opinion and found out that I needed a root canal where he put my crowns. OMG! Something HE IGNORED. He had been working around my root canal telling me that it was me just being sensitive. His practice is all out of date and it seems he doesn't seem to care because his clients are mostly in the medical side. His insurance or administrative lady is very rude and is on the phone more interested in trading in her Mercedes for a newer model then actually helping patients. Please don't go here! I received my money back and when I did he didn't even have the decency to give it to me or face me but he send his medical assistant. He didn't apologize or at least own up to it. It saddens me that he is performing procedures... I am sad but relieved and now I have to find a dentist to solve the problem that he basically ignored. If you have medical find another doctor that actually cares about his patients and don't settle. Please rate him and share your experiences because he is only looking out for his pocket not for the patients health. read more
